I was there for an earlier afternoon class so my class was small just a few people so I was very fortunate to get some one on one instruction with the Coach for Olympic lifts. Like, I can't believe I've been here 8 weeks and haven't done a single workout lazy. Le sigh. Anyway, I was recently encouraged by a colleague to check out REPS, and so I took her up on the offer. They were kind enough to let me stop in, do a tour, meet some trainers and even try a free class to see if it was the right fit. One of the biggest draws for me was the fact that this gym has several membership options and price categories. I've done CrossFit on and off for 4.5 years, and I liked the fact that I could buy either a regular fitness center membership - with access to cardio and weight machines, the training complex, free weights and group classes - or have that membership combined with access to CrossFit classes. They also have various membership terms that will fit any length of stay, whether it's short term like me, or a longer commitment. The pricing is very fair. In addition to the fitness fun, there are plentiful lockers for storage, showers, even a hot sauna. And it's clean! I think it's the first gym I've been in that hasn't had a foul odor coming from the free weight room. Major plus. Other perks: it's conveniently located right off the River Walk. There is plenty of parking, either in a lot dedicated to REPS patrons, or in a number of public parking spots on the street or in nearby lots. The people are super friendly. Seriously everyone here is so nice. And there is a shop that sells supplements, smoothies, etc if that's your thing. From the outside, it doesn't look like much, but the multiple levels allow for seemingly unlimited workout options. REPS comes highly recommended.

The instructors are very nice and helpful in a positive and non-critical way. The main yoga room has some nice features that, for me, aid in focus. If you are a yogi, you will probably like it here. I would usually practice here one or two nights each week. The studio is spacious, clean, and boasts a large selection of mats, blankets, blocks, bolsters, straps, etc. The restroom/changing area is large enough and decorated nicely. Marcee is a wonderfully patient and encouraging teacher. Often the attendees are of mixed experience levels and she will tune the class to suit the clients. Marcee is also very attentive and will give personalized instruction or focus on areas that you request. I took mostly the Vinyasa classes and some meditation. I also attended a weekend Acro Yoga workshop here. This studio is located on a fairly busy street, so noise from traffic can be heard inside the studio. This is really only a problem during certain times and if there's no music playing. Before/After class take the short walk north to the Arkansas River and check out all of the interesting murals - there's also a walking path along the river.

So what do they have? They have miniature golf…read more Then they have batting cages. They have a maze..altho I haven't seen it in use for a while..and they have laser tag in said maze. They have snacks, drinks, and a patio that you can sit on for birthdays. But some of the best stuff they have are the mischief Golf. Which ever other hole has a spinner that tells you to do some crazy things like putt with other end of club. And the next one is that ridiculous laser tag. Ok so I was hesitant on the hole (see what I did there?) laser tag inside the maze. I've been to ALOT of laser tagging. This one isn't the best, admittedly BUT never the less it is still a lot of fun with a large group, for teams, and with a small group, for free for all Anyways all in all its a fun littler entertainment spot in pueblo great for kids and birthday parties

We were very appreciative of the warm and friendly treatment we got from the head professional, Dave Lewis. He couldn't have been nicer or more pleasant. He let us hit balls on the range even though the course itself was not yet open. And he allowed us to tee off about 11:30, even earlier than he'd thought he could. Conditions of the course were just fine. We had no snow problem anywhere. The greens were in the best condition of any course I've seen and played in the winter time. The fairways were brown but "lush" (my word) and the greens were rolling as true as you could hope. We had a wonderful time. In spite of all these good things, though, the main reason I will be anxious to go back will be because of the wonderful attitude of the pro. There's a man who knows how to take care of customers!

I golf here a lot. This is the second time I had something happen you don't expect. The first time…read morewas drunk golfers. But this time today. I had an old ass women in pink rushing me along. I dealt with that. I'm dam near a scratch golfer keep in mind. She then proceeds to come back and say I'm not parked correctly and I'm picking up people balls on the course. I she accused me of picking up a yellow ball. I only play white pro v. Not only did she lie she said she didn't say that when later confronted about her lies. I love the course BUT I won't deal with the disrespect of an old women who is power hungry with what little power she has on the course. I paid good money to golf and that's just what we were doing. I'm huge on etiquette and I follow golf rules strictly. That women's needs a new job she has no place on a golf course. I feel sorry for her husband and has to listen to that bs all the time. I'd rather just kick the bucket. She sing handed ruined our whole match. I'll be golfing at Elwood for a while until she's not around.
