Each equipment class has only 5 people max so you always get lots of individual attention and support. I love how attentive they are to every client, making sure you're doing the exercises properly so you're being safe and getting the maximum benefit. With the new restrictions of COVID, there are some adjustment that have been made for compliance-- face masks required, temperature checks before entering, sanitizing before and after use of the reformers/equipment, individual sanitizers at each station, spaced out reformers & facility occupancy limitations. It's been a great work out with much focus on slower movements for long, lean muscles strength. If you've never tried Pilates with a reformer, you should certainly give it a shot-- all the instructors at this location are very knowledgeable and consistent with challenging routines in their own little styles/personalities. I do struggle a little with the 12 hour cancellation policy for pre registered classes (wish it was 1hr, 6hr max). All in all, I encourage you to try a class if you haven't yet.

Today (Saturday), I felt so good, I went to see Sandra Arellano at Denver Pain & Performance. Sandra specializes in Pilates and movement. Instead of taking accountability or offering a professional apology, I later received a hostile and insulting response on Instagram after leaving an honest review. I was mocked for expecting communication from a business, accused of wanting "instant gratification," and told I was hurting their business over a "minuscule first world problem." That level of unprofessionalism speaks for itself. Businesses miss messages sometimes -- that's understandable. What is NOT understandable is attacking a potential customer personally for expressing frustration. Customer service and professionalism matter, especially in the fitness industry where people are looking for a welcoming and supportive environment. The response I received completely changed my perception of this studio and confirmed that I made the right decision not to join.

I…read moredid not want to go to a class with other people, so when I saw that Hotworx lets you work out in private AND has 24/7 access I was all in. It was ridiculously easy to sign up for a membership, I was able to do everything online and then picked a time for my safety orientation at the studio where I paid and got my required gear. I got to meet the owner and the staff, and everybody was so professional, pleasant, and helpful. I'm a little baffled that anyone would have difficulty signing up for a membership, the website made it incredibly easy and I found all the information I needed. This location is super clean and everything works. The other members are polite and kind. I go almost everyday, I am psyched to be on the leaderboards and the summer burn challenge has been really fun. The app is easy to use. All the gear I've bought from them (heat-resistant mat, towels, row gloves) has been great. I'm looking forward to using my earn-the-burn points from the Summer Challenge to get some free swag. Hot iso and sauna training has been life-changing for me.

It's only 2 years old so equipment is in great shape…read more Most classes play the music so loud that you can barely hear the instructor or the instructor has to yell on top of the music. Many times my watch shows a decibel level of 97+ decibels. That is not healthy. The cafe there has a motto that says, "if it's here it's healthy". That is not true with the classes because the music is so loud it will damage your hearing and nobody wants that. And nobody wants the instructor to be yelling constantly. That is not motivating. This happens in more than one class with more than one instructor. Not sure what they are thinking.

A) Opening waterslides for only 10 minutes is absolutely ridiculous B) Don't just tell the attendant at the top of the slide not to let my daughter go anymore after asking my daughter if she needs help getting out and she stares at you. She's autistic- not stupid. She's been swimming for 4 years and can get out of the pool just fine. If you have concerns or questions, talk to the parent. When I overheard him and asked why she can't go anymore (she had gone 2X already), then he said she was struggling to get out- which she wasn't. Then he said she could go a few more times. C) My daughter walks up the stairs and waits her turn to go one last time before they close the slide. THEN when its her turn, the attendant sends her down and says she can't go because she doesn't have a wristband. If you're going to enforce a wristband, CHECK IN THE BEGINNING, not let her go twice, give her trouble, say she can go, then refuse to let her go and send her down again. My daughter was absolutely heartbroken. These incompetent little teenage "lifeguards" really ruin the experience. I definitely foresee a lawsuit in their future. I also waited 20 + min for a $15 burger I asked to be plain for my daughter and it came out covered in sauce and with tomatoes and lettuce, so my daughter couldn't eat it. This location really stains the Lifetime Fitness brand.
