Great workout & welcoming staff. The staff is extremely nice (make a huge effort to learn your name) and the people who attend are also very friendly. With the new restrictions of COVID, there are some adjustment that have been made for compliance-- face masks required, temperature checks before entering, sanitizing before and after use of the reformers/equipment, individual sanitizers at each station, spaced out reformers & facility occupancy limitations. It's been a great work out with much focus on slower movements for long, lean muscles strength. If you've never tried Pilates with a reformer, you should certainly give it a shot-- all the instructors at this location are very knowledgeable and consistent with challenging routines in their own little styles/personalities. I do struggle a little with the 12 hour cancellation policy for pre registered classes (wish it was 1hr, 6hr max). All in all, I encourage you to try a class if you haven't yet. read more

I thought this Pilates studio was good, just not my favorite in terms of other private studios. I did my first class via a company called Class Pass (you can try many fitness places for a monthly fee), and I was charged by both Club Pilates and Class Pass and was never refunded in-spite of my many calls to Class Pass. No fault of Club Pilates there. The class felt a bit too "big box", and not much focus on your individual success. The instructor was not super friendly, in my opinion and did not give much instruction, but yet was sharp when correcting people in the class. Overall, it did not feel super welcoming and the prices are quite expensive, although Pilates tends to be expensive. read more

This Studio is the best in Lone Tree! I went to Park Meadows Pilates for 18 months before coming to this studio. Received the rehab I needed and now so grateful to Club Pilates and this amazing instructors! I have fibromyalgia and they all make my life physically and mentally possible. The atmosphere is always pleasing to all members. The expertise far outweighs other studios I visited in Highlands Ranch before coming here. Priced very reasonable for the very competent instructions you receive. I am not sure why there are people who had negative reviews...very understanding when I am not well or running late. My girlfriend was double charged for her membership fee and after asking them to simply refund the overage they said that they could only use it as credit to the club. She decided to cancel as a result of this and they charged her for an additional month, even after management assured her they'd waive the 30 day notice requirement...shady. read more

I've been with Club Pilates for almost 7 years and pay monthly for unlimited access to use all studios. I booked a class with the Lone Tree Colorado studio a couple weeks ago and received a text and voice message today that my class scheduled for tomorrow has been cancelled because I am not a "member" of their studio and they only have limited classes available and will need to give my spot to a "member" of their studio on the wait list. Are you kidding me?! I understand that every studio is franchised and they are not considered my "home" studio, but this is completely unacceptable especially since I booked my class weeks in advance. Very disappointing considering the amount of money I spend with this company and the lack of business etiquette this studio exhibits. read more

I decided to write this review, because I want others to be more aware of what to expect when they sign up for Lone Tree Club Palates. Overall, my experience was negative, but I will mention that the club was clean and esthetically appealing. Other than that, I feel like I wasted a lot of money and more importantly my time. I feel disrespected as a customer and the owner is extremely cold. Location: Great location near the Super Target, but the parking is a nightmare due to the construction (obviously not their fault). Sign-up/First Impression: I took the free class offered. It was the best class and all other classes went downhill. The sign up was awkward and unorganized. I had to stand behind their desk and look at fine print on a computer monitor as the front desk staff verbally briefed what I was to agree on- which lead to a lot of miscommunication in the end. The sign up process took about 5 minutes and when I later decided this experience was sub par, I learned I had e-signed a 3 month contract and was stuck paying a $100 cancelation fee. I tried to talk to the owner about my experience and that I felt I was not able to read the long fine print on the computer that day and asked her to make an exception regarding the fee, but she was rude and could not have cared less about my time in her studio. She was also offended that I said I was going to write a review, even though I gave her the opportunity to make it right vs me writing a negative review. She declined and hung up on me. As a business owner myself- I value reviews from my customers and aim to build a company for which people want to write about their positive experiences. Clearly, there are no reviews for LT Club Pilates and there is an obvious reason for that. Classes/Offerings: I was a beginner and needed to take beginner classes and there were few and far between. The times didn't work for my schedule, so be sure to ask for a class schedule before signing up. Vibe: This is likely the worst thing about this club. Extremely low energy, on the verge of negative. The staff is very aloof and are not trained well. Instructors: I took 5 classes and each time I was hopeful that the new instructor would be more impressive. The were disconnected and not engaging at all. They were very "hands off", not giving individual instruction and overall not focused on the people in the class. I went as far as to pull two instructors aside and specificaly asked for help with my core (I've had multiple children and my abs are very weak) and they had very little to bring to the table on the topic, nor did they engage more with me during the classes to help improve my workouts. I love my classes here! I've been going for five months and I can't imagine stopping. The instructors are fun, friendly, and helpful. They each have different styles. I love that every class is different! The facility is super clean. The other members are welcoming and supportive, and the front desk staff is always friendly. The owner is often onsite and she's super fun. It's not cheap, but it's the only thing I've found that keeps me coming back. I have the unlimited membership and I get my money's worth, for sure. Horrible.i signed up for a membership on Saturday after expressing my concerns that the class schedule for me was limited and the classes always seemed full. I was assured over and over again that classes always open up and that I would get into the classes I needed. So I foolishly signed a 3 month commitment. Well here it is Monday and I am still wait listed for my first class and unable to attend. This place is way too expensive to pay for when you can't get into classes that work with your schedule. I have been a member of Club Pilates since Fall 2019. Within a short period of time I found out that I was moving out of the USA. In December I notified Club Pilates that I needed my membership to stop so that my March payment would be my last. A few days later I found out that I was moving quickly so I went back and revised the form to have my membership ending with my February payment. They confirmed everything was good with the change. I noticed a few days ago that Club Pilates is continuing to remove my $200.00 payment from my account. I called Kirstin twice with no answer regarding a return if the $200.00. Finally We got in touch by email and they have informed me that they will not return the 200.00. Careful people, there are so many Pilates Studios. You're right Cathy though I've been a member of Club Pilates with an all access membership since the Highlands Ranch studio opened several years back. Prior to that I was a member at the original Colorado location in Cherry Creek so I've seen various owners and the way they treat employees. You've been angry about me and others coming to your studio using our all access memberships from the beginning. I remember well the day you approached me nearly begging me to transfer my membership from Highlands Ranch to Lone Tree. Another very poor and unprofessional approach to building your business. I wonder how many others you've approached and if the owners of the other various studios know of your unethical behavior in "recruiting" members. I do agree that all of us have many options and I'm grateful that "my loved one" has made the choice to move past the negativity and unprofessionalism of your studio. I would encourage others to transfer their memberships out of this negative/unprofessional studio. Members should keep in mind that they do have the right to transfer memberships so don't allow them to tell you otherwise. read more

I have debated writing this review because I prefer to write positive reviews, but in this case I cannot and hope to help others avoid a bad experience. While some of the instructors were great, overall, I would recommend against signing a contract with them. Very poor customer service, specifically by the owner and GM, after being an active member for a year. They continued to charge me for services after I clearly gave written notice to cancel my agreement. They blamed corporate, and corporate said it was 100% the studio's discretion. I know they had discretion (others I know who signed same contract and cancelled were held to different standards) and chose not to use it here and lose a loyal customer. Both the owner and GM refused to speak to me via telephone and would only email or speak through the front desk staff. Overall there are much better fitness studios in the area to spend your money where they appreciate their members. read more
