She recognized that I was new along with one other person, so she showed us both the machine and got us set up. The class itself was great! If you're not familiar with Lagree, it's a style of high-intensity Pilates that combines cardio and strength training. It's very hard and very rewarding. Katrina did a fantastic job of encouraging and pushing us while providing either modifications or ways to make the workout harder. There were some empty machines and I loved this as it meant she was able to demonstrate on one, so I knew exactly what the exercises should look like. I've taken several Lagree classes but still consider myself relatively new to this type of exercise, so I appreciated the visual demonstration. Overall, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. There was also ample free parking. Because of that, the convenient location, and great instruction, I will definitely be back!

It is an elegant, spotless, friendly studio with supportive, highly skilled instructors dedicated to helping you strengthen, lengthen and tone. All of the group classes at Pilates Plus are very challenging, but in a good way because you leave the studio feeling amazing and accomplished. All the instructors are fabulous- very attentive and extremely knowledgable. Class size is small, which is wonderful because you really receive that extra attention so you can perfect your form. I feel very fortunate to be a student at Pilates Plus. They will push you hard, but the results are great. When I am out of town for school, I try to find nearby pilates/barre studios. They did! And I couldn't be happier because the back pain is gone! This studio is the Cheers of Pilates Studios. They always remember my name! The instructors really care and the Pilates classes are the right size to allow the instructor to be sure everyone is doing the "moves" correctly. They also offer Yoga, Mat Pilates, and Barre. There are several options for classes, be it pilates, step, grit, strength training, cardio hiit and mobility. There is also the option of personal training. I have been a regular ever since! Every instructor is knowledgeable not only in the exercise but in the specific muscles being used. They all are supportive, encouraging, will give many different options for the same exercise. They all are fun, kind and each show a real interest in you as a client. Many friendships are made there too. The owner, Helen, also creates fun incentives to get you to push yourself a little more than you might! The instructors all have a background in dance and help every single person with form and function. I e never had something change my body so quickly. I have also tried other facilities that focus on barre, they do a great job as well. I deeply prefer The Ballet Physique. People of all sizes and ages go. There is a rich sense of community. The level of support and camaraderie alone would get me to go. The much loved bonus is the positive changes to our bodies. Even when I ache, I go to barre and then I feel so much better. I started with a 4 pack to try it out, moved up to a 10 pack and just switched to unlimited. The instructors are all wonderful and really good at explaining what you should be doing to get the most out of the classes. Love this place.

I love the fact that they have a very robust schedule so you can select the time that works the best for you. Definitely on a cheaper side when it comes to the Pilates classes, and they have several great options for your pass. It's good for all levels, you will 100% break some sweat (they provide a nice cold towel afterwards so it'll be for sure the best immediate reward). Easy parking is a huge plus in my books. From the…read moremoment you walk in the doors at the studio you can feel the warmth - not the physical warmth per say (don't worry it gets toasty in there) but the warmth of the people around you. From the coaches, the HAVN team, and classmates you feel so at home. Pilates was a foreign language to me when I started attending classes and now I try to make it 3-4 times a week.
