Especially not anything that isn't based around lifting weights or running until you puke. Barre Beauty is an awesome addition to the neighborhood! They offer a variety of barre based classes such as original barre, cardio barre, and booty barre. The movements in class generate a full body workout, all paired with up tempo music. I loved the incorporation of different exercise accessories such as resistance bands and light weights along with some generous time spent at the barre. The space is decked out in girly rhinestones, teal colored everything, and shelves with trinkets to look at and purchase. Though they do not have on-site showers or lockers, they do have a kids play area, a bathroom stocked with feminine products, and cubbies to leave your belongings in while you take class. With their "3 free classes" trial offer, anyone who is interested in a great full body workout should check them out!
