Back in March 2023 I was in the market for an electric vehicle and called this Ford branch to ask about test driving a Mach-E. I scheduled an appointment, but ultimately cancelled it as they did not have the exact model and color I was interested in and I was able to test drive the exact model and color I wanted at the Ford dealership in Kent, the Bowen Scharf Ford. I ultimately purchased that vehicle from the Bowen Scharf Ford dealership. That is when Pierre Ford's sales reps started being pushy. They kept texting me asking if I was still interested even though I told them when I cancelled my appointment that I was not interested any more. I used the STOP feature on their texting system, but they just texted me from a different number and then they switched to calling me and leaving me detailed messages about various other vehicles they had just brought in that weren't even the one I had expressed interest in in the first place. After a month I was irritated enough to call them back and left a message explaining that I had purchased a vehicle, was not in the market, and that I wanted them to never call me again as their pushiness had guaranteed I would never give them my business. I also blocked the numbers of the sales reps who had been calling and texting me. They called me again after that from a different number. I left a message telling them if they contacted me again I would write them a one star review. That seemed to hold them off for a bit as I did not hear from them for several months. But then a new person from their office called me again today, from yet another different number, almost six months after I had purchased a car and had instructed them to not call me ever again. I again told them I was no longer interested and that I wanted them to stop calling me. I was told that my name and number were still listed in their system as a potential lead for someone interested in buying a Mach-E dating back to March 2023. When I told the sales rep who called me today that they needed to remove my number from the list of people they call as potential leads I got told some clearly made up excuse about how they can't do anything about who is on the list. I have blocked every number they have called from so far. I will never, under any circumstances, buy a vehicle from this dealership because of how annoying and disrespectful of my time they have been. Go to a different Ford dealership if you want to buy a Ford. I can't say my experiences at other Ford dealerships in the greater Seattle area have been particularly impressive or good, but at least they didn't harass me for months like this place did. read more

I did not end up buying a car here, so this review only applies to the dealership sales department, not to anything post purchase such as financing, repairs, etc. I made an appointment with a salesperson ahead of time via email; they were very responsive and helpful both on phone and email. When I got to the dealership, the salesperson with whom I had an appointment was busy with a walk-in customer, so I waited for someone else to talk to for about 10 minutes which was fine and not abnormal. Then, it turned out that they couldn't find the car I had come specifically to see--it was missing on one of their lots--so they took another 20 minutes to find it. Okay, whatever, weird stuff happens I guess. We finally went out on the test drive. The salesperson would not stop talking. I understand that it's their job to be friendly and "sell" the vehicle, however if I suggest that I want quiet for at least a moment so that I can really listen to the engine, I'd like that to happen rather than continued incessant chatter. After the test drive, the salesperson started walking me around the lot showing me cars I wasn't interested in for another 15 minutes (but, they didn't have any of the keys because apparently this was just a spur of the moment impulse, so we just looked at the outsides....it was weird). We go back inside to talk about pricing/trade in value. Somehow, this manages to take an hour of mostly mindless chit chat even though the finance office got the info back to the salespeople in under 10 minutes. I understand that the job of a car salesperson is to put on the schmooze, but this was way beyond the normal in my experience. It didn't cast a good light on the dealership/car because honestly it came across like they were trying to hide something or make up for the fact that it wasn't actually that good of a car/deal by distracting me with overexuberant fake friendliness. The whole thing just seemed a bit sketchy: nothing *wrong*, persay, just a a little off. It's also simply not respectful of customers' time: total, it took 2 hours for me to test drive one car and get a cost estimate, which is probably twice as long as most test drives I've done in my life. This wasn't the only reason that I ended up not buying here, but it was definitely a big factor. They also have the Carfax for used cars, but say they "can't" give them to you (or let you take pictures of them? Apparently? I heard them telling another customer this part.) They say it's because they purchased the Carfax so it's not allowed for them to redistribute that info, however I've never had another dealership tell me this, and in fact many dealerships nowdays make the Carfax available to the public on their websites. So again, nothing explicitly "wrong" about this, but it was also strange and a bit off-putting to me. read more

I went online last year and ordered a fully loaded, brand new, Mustang Mach E from Ford. Ordering it this way meant the price was locked in at MSRP and really all Bill Pierre had to do was sign the final papers and give me the car when it arrived. With the incompetent crew they have at the dealer they couldn't even do that. When my car arrived after a 6 month wait, the dealer didn't even contact me. Ford emailed me and I had to reach out to Bill Pierre. Once I got ahold of someone in the sales department they informed me they had scratched my car on delivery but asked me to come in the next day to do the paperwork. I am pretty understanding that things happen, so I went in the next day and did the paperwork. After spending 5 hours at the dealer they were finally able to process all the paperwork which seemed like a strangely challenging task for a group whose job is selling cars. (no trade-in, financing pre-approved, direct through Ford- should have been the simplest task ever) Even after 5 hours though, they still couldnt tell me where my car was. They had actually lost my car and couldn't tell me where it was being repaired or when I would get it back. It took me 4 days to finally get an update from them on a car that I had now already paid for. The next week they eventually delivered my car to me. However, this wasn't even something they could do right. They delivered me a car without temporary license plates or an owners manual. The owners manual had the code to the car door in it, which normally wouldnt be a big deal but since I was planning on driving this car with my phone as the key a backup entry code is a nice piece of mind. The incompetent sales staff once again couldn't help me and I finally had to get through to the customer service manager, Jody. After waiting another three days they were able to find my owners manual and email me temporary plates so I could legally drive my car. At this point, I thought I was done dealing with the ridiculous sales team, but nope, not out of hot water yet. When I went to take off the hideous Bill Pierre license plate frame they hung on the car, I found that the entire section of the car covered by the plate was where they failed to properly repair the paint on the car. This is a brand new car, and when they had fixed the scratch on my bumper that occurred during delivery, they were so lazy fixing it that they got overspray on the car with a very obvious tape line and then just covered it up with a paper license plate. Totally unacceptable and dishonest. Over the next two months I tried to get my car fixed to my expectations. At every step of the way I had to hound the customer service manager to get the help I was desperately looking for. They took my car for an entire week and gave me a trashed Ford eco-sport as a loaner car. They made a bunch of excuses about a vehicle shortage, but it was insanity to give me an absolute beater after I had just paid full price for a brand new car that they had damaged and then expect me to drive an absolute piece of junk while they tried to fix their mistake. After the entire week, they told me it was ready to come pick up. When I showed up the sales man told me he was sorry but they hadn't fixed my car. They had tried to buff out the overspray and if anything made it worse. The flawed paint was very obvious and could be spotted from a mile away. I brought the car in a second time and they once again had it for several days. This time they still couldn't fix the paint properly. When I complained to the customer service manager that it still wasn't done correctly she told me she didn't know how that would be possible given how they did the repair. At this point I gave up. I had invested probably 40 hours of my time going back and forth with the dealer to fix their mistake. They never once went the extra mile or went above and beyond but consistently did the absolute bare minimum only because I was begging them to. I love my new Mustang Mach E. It's been an awesome car. I will buy more Fords but never again from Bill Pierre. Dishonest, Lazy, and the worst car buying experience I've ever had. I suggest you take your business elsewhere. read more

I live in California, it was a late Wednesday night/early Thursday morning, as I looked at Mustangs on Autotrader. I came across this Mustang GT Cali Special. It was the exact color, perfectly equipped, beautiful 5.0 I was looking for. To top of that off, the price was cheaper than lesser equipped Mustangs. I sent Pierre Ford an email on Thursday morning and I received an immediate response from Johnathan. Johnathan was easy to work with and by lunch time we had a deal worked out. I flew to Seattle on Saturday morning and Johnathan was there to meet me at the airport and drive me to the dealership. When we arrived at the dealer, my car was detailed and set to take a test drive. I fell in love with the car on the test drive and knew I made the right choice. While the paperwork was being prepared, Johnathan showed me many of the dealerships high end cars, such as the Saleen, GT 350 and Focus RS. In finance I dealt with Darren. He went through all the options and even got me a better interest rate than ford's special rate. Most dealerships try to pressure you into extended coverages. (I should know I was a sales manager previously). While Darren did go over the extended policy's it was low pressure. I'm usually against extended warranties but Darren showed me the benefits of protecting my wheels and tires. I purchased that package at a great price. I brought my truck into service (2021 F-350 diesel). Two items wrong, screen was blank and noise during deceleration. All of this was on warrantee. I even have fords extended warrantee and a service plan. They had the truck one day a had to buy a rental car for this. And when I returned the service of the screen was completed but with a 100$ fee. (remember I have a extended warrentee and even the original warrentee in place) 100.00 dollars and rental car for this. this is wrong here. The other issue (the noise) they said it was my air cleaner... drawing air. I even spoke to service manager. I was very frustrated because they never even drove the vehical to find out really what the issues was. I took the truck to another dealer. right off the bat, they said it was the rear pinion that had failed. I left truck with them for service. Again I had no loaner or vehical to drive. We ended up in a twisted "FORD BIZARRO WORLD" nightmare fantasy.... (wait, did I say "fantasy"? I meant "HORROR SHOW"...) THE SET-UP The used car selection that we had to look at was actually pretty diverse, so they DO get a star for THAT. But that's where it ends.... OVERPRICED The mark-ups were considerable. Similar vehicles I've seen in Sacramento were $2,000-$5,000 less. Snarky response, "Well, you're not in Sacramento!" My eyes beamed back, "Asshole." And with my trusty iPhone, I was able to get the KELLY BLUE BOOK and CARMAX sites as cost-reference points. The salesperson was actually quite adamant about dividing Darlene from my information. Hence, the second point.... DEFLECTIVE. I had a horrible experience with Hyundai of Kirkland. My car was under 9000 miles and I was given a faulty oil change. They refused to honor warranty work and told me I was facing a $4000 repair that they didn't want to deal with. I was also being ignored by Hyundai corporate and got nowhere with them. Worst is they didn't want to work with me to trade it in unless I put $8000 down on a pre-owned or new vehicle and told me I was out of luck. For being a repeat customer, that pissed me off. My co-worker told me to check out Bill Pierre Ford. I thought I would give it a shot to see if they were interested in helping me. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Hassan, a new salesman. He was professional, helpful and very nice. Kelly worked with me to find out what kind of car I would like. They listened to what I was interested and was upfront about how much payments would be and even gave me a trade in value of my Hyundai that was $4000 more than what Hyundai told me. I ended up trading my Hyundai Elantra for a way better upgrade with all the bells and whistles and with a good monthly payment price that is a slight higher than my old payment, and an excellent warranty. Robert Dickey helped with the financing part and made it so easy. All staff I encountered last night were professional, friendly, and honest. I was there for a while and they all stayed late to accommodate me and it felt like hanging out with a bunch of friends. I am glad I took a chance with them. I had an excellent experience. I worked with Shane Harris, and I would highly recommend him to any new or returning customer. Shane is professional, friendly, and down-to-earth. He is also very knowledgeable about the Ford products and will work with you to get within your budget. I know that I gave him a run for the money a few times throughout the day, but he always remained calm and encouraging. We received a recall for our Ford. I called immediately (latches on the doors to be replaced). First, Bill told me I could do it myself. I explained I was not qualified and that a safety recall means that a dealership should be on this. My son went in the next morning at opening only to wait 2 hours to be told, yes we need the work done but we had to make an appointment. We dropped the car off today at opening and now they have said, they cannot get a hold of Ford to approve the recall fix. We called another dealership and they said a car had been sitting for 10 days waiting. Bottom line, this dealership is not good at advocating and Ford sucks. read more

JUST DON'T DO IT. We came in there for a particular car that we wanted. We were ALREADY approved at another dealership by Capital one. They kept us in the dealership continuously running our credit even though we told them several times that we were already approved for the same car at another dealership. They were suppose to actually get a car from their sister dealership Harris in Ford in Lynnwood because the one on Lake City Way wasn't exactly what we expected when we came to test drive it. The car they advertised actually had 11,000 more miles on it then they advertised it for, the inside interior was a white/cream color that we just weren't excited about. We did decide to consider it if they dropped the price because the price wasn't right considering it had more miles then they advertised it for. They insisted they couldn't drop the price, that it was already priced at a fair market value blah blah blah. But the salesman and his "manager" said we have another Impala at our sister dealership in Lynnwood. We told them we actually went there three days ago to test drive it because it was exactly what we wanted, had decent miles and it was priced at what we wanted, the same price we asked them to reduce the other Impala at the Lake City Way location. It was also closer to our home. We found it ironic that the car we originally wanted was lower in price with 20,000 less miles on it then the one we came to test drive. However, when we went there three days prior we were told it was already sold. So we went someplace else and were approved for the same car but less miles, it being the day before Christmas we left to come back but decided to check them out because it was also closer to our house, before we went back to the other place. THAT WAS A BIG MISTAKE. Well Lake City way told us it was sold, but the deal fell through and it now available again. They told us we can get it here etc and work the deal based on test driving it first once it is at this location. We said well yeah we rather have that one so yes let's do it. Then they came back saying oh the other dealership misplaced the keys as soon as they find it we will get it here. We told them to work the deal we had time etc. We were asked to fill out another credit application, we asked them why because we were already approved with Capital one like we already told you, they told us it was standard. They came back a few times telling us they still hadn't found the keys. Then they had the nerve to come back and lie about what Capital one was asking from us in order for the deal to go through. Next thing we know they are walking us over to us to their money mart department. They told us they had found the keys and they would finish the deal. Once there Hammer continued to run our credit again and again without our permission then had the nerve to try and lecture us on our credit scores. Yes, our credit wasn't perfect, we had one bad year and we had a car totaled that was completely paid off by our insurance and gap insurance but it was still on our credit. That's why we were there for our replacement car, but we definitely weren't in a situation that we were desperate. We knew our scores would climb the second the totaled car went away from our credit, which it did. We also knew that we would be approved as long as we could prove that our car that was totaled was completely paid for. So Hammer finally comes back talking about Capital One approved you, WELLLLL NO DUH... We both had a total of 8 inquiries from them, even though we ALREADY told them we were approved. Then he tried to lie about what they wanted as well. However, all of a sudden it was a different amount then their sister company told us just an hour earlier. Then after we left we found out they tried to put us into a stupid Honda Accord that we didn't even want nor discuss. Their company is shady, they're liars and try and scam people they feel have less than perfect credit. Don't trust anything they say. They still to this day randomly send texts to me claiming they have a new amazing deal for me. There are sooo many dealerships that are honest and you can trust, go to one of them. Like most reviewers here I started my search online. I called in and was lucky enough to have a gentleman by the name of Danny Leslie take my call. You will want to remember his name. I have purchased many cars throughout my time and I must say that Danny was the most professional salesperson that I have ever dealt with. He was extremely knowledgeable, respectful and for the first time in a long time he was a car salesman that was more interested in making sure that I found a vehicle that I was happy with more than just closing a sale. If you ever make it over to Pierre Ford ask for Danny Leslie. He is truly a nice guy who will make it very evident that your satisfaction of your purchase outweighs his desire to close a deal. After I had settled on the vehicle I was interested in we started negotiating numbers. I was introduced to Matt Klein, who was the sales manager. I will say this, The first numbers that were presented to me in regards to my trade in were lower than what I had expected. But if you understand how a deal is completed you will realize that the dealership is trying their hardest to make money. As the customer you always have the ability to say "no" to a deal. Through a couple of negotiations we were able to come to a figure that was fair for both parties. I will say that while some customers do not enjoy the act of negotiating both Matt and Danny were as professional as it gets. I would say they both went above and beyond of what I was expecting to ensure that I was taken care of completely. Last and certainly not least I had the pleasure of dealing with Darren in finance. If you have the ability to choose who you deal with during financing this is the guy you want. Not only did he save me thousands by reducing my interest rate, he was quick, informative, and most importantly he was genuine. All in all I could not have asked for a better buying experience. I left with the vehicle I wanted, with service that was well above what I could have expected. Called and Nolan picked up. Told him the model and trim I was looking for and he said he has a couple. I show up and James is going to help me instead. James handed me off to Jett stating he was busy with another customer. Looked as if he was and can't blame him for not being available after taking the referral from someone else and who knows what came up with the customers he was helping. Jett tried to track down the truck. I expanded Nolan told me there were "a couple." Jett claimed there were, but one just sold. I more clearly explained I was told there were a couple of the model and trim I wanted, but a couple of the truck. Supposedly the one left wasn't on the lot. Jett apologized with some flattering comments about the value of my time. He offered for me to wait. He offered for me to come back. He offered to drive me to see it. He offered to go pick it up and bring it back. He offered to bring it to my apartment the next day. He offered to bring it to my work, as I'd be there the next day. He offered to "sit on" the keys to ensure this wouldn't happen again. I left with the plan for him to call me when he gets hold of whoever has it. He texted after I left so I had his number. Shortly after he texted to say he was going to get the car. I replied I'd do some errands in the area. He estimated he'd return in about 40 minutes. I texted almost an hour later. This dealership has very bad ethics. Once I asked them to change the air filter because Jiffy Lube had just told me that it needed to be changed and they completely ignored me. Then, after a diagnostic test, they told us that the transmission needed to be changed in a 6 yr old Flex, and told us to just buy one of their cars on the lot, but when we took it to a transmission specialist that was in fact not true. My interactions with my main service man were less than great, as he spoke down to me as if I knew nothing about cars. I really hate going to this place, and I would avoid it if you can. read more

What a screwed up place! I purchased accessories on Ford.Accessories to be delivered at Pierre Ford. With an order number and FedEx tracking number the parts department person could not find my parts even though Ford confirmed on a phone call that the parts were delivered to the dealer 5 days ago. I also confirmed the delivered looking at the FedEx tracking. The counter parts lady would not refund my purchase saying that she does not have the parts to proceed with a return. It is very frustrating as customer when you become responsible for the other peoples screwed ups. read more

These guys put the wrong name on my lien for my Ford Edge that I financed last year. I didn't find out until half through my deployment overseas. Once I got in late November, I tried calling them to figure how to fix this I kept getting a run around. They kept patching me through different t people, that never picked up their phones. I left few messages, I called multiple times during the day. I would never get a reply back either, I also would explain my situation. A Marine that was deployed, without connectivity. I'm stationed in Camp Pendleton Ca, if I coulld I would drive up to the dealership myself in Seattle. But I don't have time for that. If I could I would leave no stars for how bad I'm being treated. I didn't even get a military discount either when I purchased my vehicle. They didn't even offer either, sad part I financed my Edge this time last year during Christmas. Even my parents got a Ford Escape, these guys sold two SUVs in one day. The commission alone was good enough for them. That's sad not even a military discount, I even had just got back from being stationed overseas for two years. How sad, these guys made a simple error and can't mustard any courage to call back a Marine, and fix it!!! At least own up to it and call me back!!! read more

Today we went and looked at a used car. We had been communicating with them about the car for a little over a week. The experience was truly unique. 1. Salesmen that helped us out was friendly and cordial, did the best he could with the situation. He didn't seem happy with my experience either. 2. We asked for the carfax, available service records, and the paperwork on the work they did to the car after they received it on trade in. They said they would have it ready when we showed up. (Spoiler: We didn't get it) 3. The car check engine light was on, they didn't know why. I want to write that again so that you don't skip this part to see what else this wild tale has to offer. The. check. engine. light. was on. (See service records) 4. The car had been "Modified" with plasti-dip paint on the wheels, and trim. It had either mostly worn off, or the person who detailed the car didn't get it all... 5. Speaking of detailing, the car still smelled like smoke, and there was a little surprise in the dash.. 6. We opened the dashboard storage compartment, and inside was a razor blade with complimentary white powder... A feature not listed on the spec sheet. (See Picture...If it posts) 7. They didn't want to discuss price because the car was listed below market, and they were going to lose money because of how much they invested in the car. (See previous 6 points for mild to severe laughter) 8. I'm still laughing about the experience.
