After the sixth time of my new car in the dealership I picked it up and they had left sealant all over my seat, scrapped my car with yellow pant and left touch up paint In the car, yet the "didn't hit anything" thankfully they detailed my car and ended up trading it in because no one could seem to get it fixed correctly. Danny sold us the car and instead of helping up he was just worried about his reputation instead of my newborns safety. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. DO NOT BUY USED FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Was ready to trade my 9,000 mile Ford Maverick to upgrade to a full size truck and this dealership was first on my list. I traded for a used 2018 and it was the worst decision I've made. After not even a day of driving off the lot, the check engine light comes on for a fuel issue. I call my salesman and explain the situation, he says to bring it up when I get off work and he'll have a loaner ready for me. After driving 2 hours to Seattle from my home, I'm told by the manager they had no idea I was on my way, and they had no loaner ready for me. Moving forward, while it's in the shop the mechanics notice the brakes were seized which is a completely different issue from the check engine light. When I bring this issue up to the manager and ask how seized brakes make it passed their safety inspection, I'm told they didn't inspect this vehicle because it wasn't their vehicle to sell, as if their salesman didn't profit from this sale. I have 2 young kids that would be riding in this truck, and this dealership sold it to me without a safety inspection? After this check engine light issue and brakes issue is resolved, literally 2 days later the check engine light comes on AGAIN, flashing this time, a bad lifter and damage to the camshaft. After not having this vehicle for even a week and having all these issues, I talk to them about getting out of this truck and into a different used one. Even then this dealership is trying to get top dollar, not willing to budge at all on asking prices to get into a different truck with equal or greater features even after putting my family in danger with the first truck and having the engine fail. Instead, the "best they can do" is give me my Maverick and down payment back, along with the hit on my credit for the credit check for absolutely no reason. read more

We came in ready to buy a car today. The floor manager was so slimey and rude that, even if he had offered me a decent price, I wouldn't have been able to take it. They offered me $6,000 less on my Trade In than CarMax, and quoted me $7,000 over the TrueCar price for the car I wanted. While that was just the starting point, I was so offended since I had done a lot of research, and the guy was so insanely rude about it, that there was no way I would have bought a car from them at that point even if we'd gotten to better pricing. Our original guy, Mason, was very nice. The floor manager, Janup, was sketchy, inconsiderate, mean, and aggressive. Three years ago I leased a vehicle through this Pierre dealership. I had a great experience and got a great car, regardless of the fact that I am sure I paid too much. My lease is up soon, so my wife and I dropped in the other day to explore our options; one option being the purchase of the leased vehicle, the other ended up being a test drive of a great Mustang. We asked to see options on purchasing either car which was met with two options of being outright hustled. The major one was what they presented us with for the Mustang. First, the loan rate was 17+%, which, even given our average-to-good credit, is fucking ridiculous. Second, was that the monthly payment was $250 more than where we explicitly stated we wanted to be. The third was Melvin repeatedly tapping the paper on the table and stating "you guys can totally afford this" as if he has ANY idea what our household budget includes. The final straw was discovering that the asking price they offered us was $5k more than the asking price online for the very same car (VIN match verified with photos). When I asked if they could do better on rate or sticker price, Melvin actually laughed. It was very much the same situation with what they offered to finance the purchase of my leased vehicle. They thought they had a sucker on the line and could maximize their profit while all the while claiming to "help us out" (of as much money as possible). I wanted that Mustang! Bad! The only way I would buy it now is if they offered to sell it to me for $1. I have been a Ford owner and Harris/ Pierre Ford customer for more than 10 years and several cars. My advice to you - STAY AWAY! I went to the dealership to take a look at one of their new cars. The salesman was really nice and I had a great time with him during the tour of the car and test drive. Things got bad when I went back in to take a look at the paperwork. Please stay away from Mr. Manager. I was interested in trading my old car. I did my homework and checked KBB and market price to have an idea. I also went to Toyota to get a trade in value ( BTW it was $4800 and KBB was $4000 to $5500 ). Mr. Manager shows up... I'll be more than happy to tell you his name but he never introduced himself so...no introduction no nothing... cold and arrogant the whole time ...and shows me 4 pieces of paper: 1.info about the new car. He started by saying that he paid $28k for that car and he is losing money by selling it to me for $20k. The car has been sitting on your lot for 2 years. The battery was dead and had to be jump started...what do you expect? He kinda wanted me to feel bad that he's losing money. Do I give a ......? Nope! This is your problem not mine . Why should I feel bad for offering 20k for something that was advertised online for...wait...20k ! 2 and 3. Some payment stuff... 4. Trade in value. Here's the interesting part. Remember how I told you about KBB and Toyota trade in value? He offered me $1500 !!! I was....surprised. Why? Because of Toyota, KBB and because they sent me a link to appraise the car online and it showed 4300 and 24h after that when I went there the price magically changed to 1500. Dude, you know you are not the only one selling cars, right? This is a joke! 5 stars for the salesman! minus 1 star for Mr. Manager. This Ford dealership has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are extremely incompetent and ignorant to say the least.

Don't use this service unless you want to be scammed with phone calls and mail for the next year. I took my Ford into Pierre Ford ONCE to get replacement airbags since there was a recall. Since then, I've gotten phone calls while I'm at work and letters in the mail asking if I would sell them my car. I have now had three to four separate conversations telling them I am not interested and to please take me off their list and stop calling me - I'm not changing my mind. This kind of behavior is just frustrating from a place of business that acts more like scam callers who you have to block on your phone. I have lost respect for them and will not be using them again for any service because of this. read more

Moments ago, I called to confirm (I had an intuition based on my interaction with the woman who took my call, she didn't inspire my confidence). Was contacted by Mason via Cargurus. I inquired about the availability of the car I was considering, and the price. I was upfront about wanting to do this in one visit, so we agreed on the price of $12999, I provided my trade information including a KBB Instant Cash Offer. We had an appointment at 7PM to do the transaction, verify my trade and get me on the road. I took my 8-year-old son with me, and we arrived at 6:30. We were greeted immediately by another sales person, and when I informed him that I was looking for Mason, he said he would go ahead and get the paperwork started. He got the VIN, the key, and the VIN for the car I was there to buy. We went in and sat down... At about 6:45, the sales manager stopped by with some paperwork. He had already done all the work, appraised my trade, and provided me with the standard payment grid. The price of the car had been increased to $14,700. He was going to give me $5000 for the trade ($1800 less) and he tried to explain this by saying that there was an airbag recall and that the car was 'very dangerous to drive' and that they would have to fix that first. I called him on it, saying that I could understand that if it weren't a Ford I was trading in and, besides, doesn't the manufacturer pay for that? He had no counter other than 'This is what we are willing to pay you for your car" I did my research and I knew coming in that the payoff on my car was $3809.14. He had it on the paper as $4000 and when I called him on it he said 'Oh, that's just an estimate..." I'd had enough at that time, and I said, perhaps a little loud, 'Nope!', got up, took my son out to my car and we tooled on down the road back home. This was all before my scheduled appointment time. On my way out that slick slimeball of a sales manager says, "Have a nice night, sir!" and the -sorry about this- bee-yotch at the receptionist desk is sitting there laughing! Upon my arrival back home there is an email from Mason apologizing - he had been with another customer who walked in and when he saw me come in he could not just walk away from them (and I agree with that) but he could have told his coworkers to have me wait. I'd acknowledged upon my arrival that I was early and willing to look at the Shelbys and wait. He had attached his version of 'the deal' which I was more comfortable with, and on Saturday had to make another 200 mile round trip to Pierre Ford. After 2 hours of waiting I was finally on the road thinking, 'Why couldn't we have done this last night?" It is out of my character to go back a second time when treated as such, but the car is not very popular because it is a manual trans and it was the only one for miles around. I went back in there with my sunglasses on and never took them off; never cracked a smile and spoke only when spoken to. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to go 'old school' car shopping because they will snip you at all four corners of the deal if you let them. Especially if you're old - I'm almost 60 and the sales manager was talking to me like I didn't know what a Tanata airbag was - pointing at it on the paper and saying, 'Very dangerous! Saw an ad for a 2014 Toyota Corolla they had listed on Truecar with price of $13,905, I received a call from Stephen Konecny and scheduled a time to view this car at 10 AM on 12/03/2016, I told him straight up I have found similar cars with less miles with one in particular having less then 10k miles for $500 more, he said dont worry we have many other ones in stock with similar pricing so once you stop by I can show you, So I said ok. So I drove to the stealership to buy, the guy (Stephen) was not there, UNPROFESSIONAL why would you schedule a time and not respect the customers time and or verify if they are coming if something came up and you had to leave RESCHEDULE. Some other guy greets me and I say I am here to see Stephen he looks for him and they cant find the guy so he looks for the car and gets the key, DIdnt like it wasnt even cleaned. This review is for the Service Center only as I have not dealt with purchasing a car at this location. My advisor is Sundie, and she is absolutely delightful. I'm always greeted with a smile and she keeps me informed of the status of my vehicle. If anything unexpected comes up, she lets me know the costs and timing that comes with it. I purchased my vehicle in Olympia, where they automatically add a car wash to your oil change service. Here you have to request it. I also feel like the car wash is more of a rinse down. I always see all the dirt still on my car after my "wash". Yesterday after my oil change I went straight to a car wash to get a real wash. When I got my car serviced in Olympia, they wash and vacuum the vehicle as part of the oil change service, which is super nice. Also in Olympia, I was told they even do a get 7 oil changes here, get the 8th free. They don't offer that here in the Lake City location. I know I shouldn't compare locations, but it does make an impact on customers (at least to me) to how differently the locations are. read more

I purchased a car sight unseen at Bill Pierre Ford from Bend, Oregon and flew to Seattle to pick it up. The car was clean, in perfect condition, new oil and filters and drove like a gem just as it was represented in the ad. All the staff was friendly and efficient and I was in and out in a matter of 35 minutes. Refreshing experience from a car dealership. I would give 5 stars but I asked if I could be picked up at the airport and was told no. It cost $70 for an Uber. I do understand that that is a lot to ask of their shuttle service but as I paid cash and didn't haggle at all on the price, I was a little surprised. Vitaly my sales rep was great and the car was priced very competitively. Overall a great experience and I would recommend this dealership. Additionally I had put a $500 hold deposit on the car and they had that money back to me very quickly. read more

I got left at a table for over 30 minutes, only to see the car sales man across the lot smoking and laughing with other co-workers. He said he was checking inventory on a car we were interested in. I was going to pay in all cash, but instead I got up from the table and walk out the door. He tried to yell to me "where are you going?" as I was walking away. I went across the street, bought a new mini cooper and it was the best decision I have made in all of 2020. This place needs a complete overhaul and lessons on customer service. If only I could rate them less than ZERO!! We had made up our minds on getting the car for sure from Bill Pierre, so we went to Seattle all the way from Sammamish. We met their sales person, Mitch at first. He was a great. He helped us test drive the car and answered most of our questions. But when we settled down for pricing of the car, the sales manager, Melvin was SUPER DUPER RUDE!!! He had no respect for the customers and couldn't keep his calm for God knows what reason. Since we loved the car and wanted to close the deal, we tried to ignore the behavior. We kept being respectful and asked him to not get hyper but he did the opposite and kept yelling. Eventually we gave up and left the deal. We were almost certain to buy the car and would have had the sales manager not been so rude. I suggest Bill P. to provide their staff some training for people skills or help them fix their anger issues if they want to sell their cars. Mr. Melvin, if you have too much work to do on Sunday evening, it is really not your customers' problem, and we shouldn't be at the receiving end of your anger. We are never going here again for a car and neither would recommend my family and friends to go to Bill P. YOUR LOSS!! P.S. At long last, I was able to pick up my new car today. It took more than a few minutes to get all the paperwork in line, but I had a good conversation with Kelly and John (one of the finance managers) about all the various features and coverage to which I have access. Very helpful! My car was delivered to the floor of the dealership washed, polished and with a full tank of gas. Talk about customer service! Kelly set up my smartphone with the onboard Sync system and showed me all the fun little details. He even stashed a couple of balloons for my son to surprise him when I arrived to pick him up in our sweet new ride. I was totally thrilled and touched by his attention to detail. I was so excited, in fact, that I forgot my laptop bag at the dealership! Once again, Kelly went above and beyond expectations by meeting me to return my computer bag. I mean, really. I come from a family of Ford auto workerss. Both my grandfather and father worked in Cleveland area factories for a combined 70 years. I've never owned a Ford, but felt a sense of duty to check them out when in the market for a new car last summer. Ford has been in tough times but finally came out with a few decent models, I was excited. Well i head up to Bill Pierre and see a beautiful Ford Fusion. I take a look at the stick price. To my utter disbelief THERE WAS A $5,000 MARKUP ON THE CAR. I was speechless. Granted, I'm on Z plan and get the car at a fixed price under dealer invoice. Sticker price doesn't apply. However I just couldn't believe my eyes...a "market rate adjustment" on a Ford.You gotta be kidding me. Ford finally has some decent products (which would bring customers in from other dealerships) but Bill Pierre decides to throw an added markup on the car. It's been years since I took my daughter here looking at used cars. It sounds like they are still much the same. (Thanks Rylee!!). We drove in looking for an inexpensive car for my youngest daughter to drive. She hadn't wanted to learn to drive a stick shift and wanted a jeep. She was working at Albertsons as a helper clerk - not sterling income, but steady. The slick sales guy walked her over to a Mustang with a 4 speed and insisted she take it out for a test drive - I went along and let him "teach her how to drive a stick" She did pretty good for a first time LOL After we got back, he tried every high pressure sales tactic he could muster to try to sell her that mustang which was one of the most expensive cars on his lot . . . . but she wanted a Jeep and neither one of us liked his heavy handed sales attempts so we went elsewhere and didn't even look at the jeep we came in to see. BUYER BEWARE: Wolves in Sheep clothing. I went in to buy a new truck with the incentives Ford was offering. The truck with the options I wanted was not on the lot and would have to be brought in. We haggled for hours over a price, they never once shared the MSRP on the truck was getting, despite multiple request. Once a "deal" was etched out, with my best guess on MSRP, we went to finance. Ultra high pressure on the adders, not pleasant at all. The truck was going to be delivered a few days later. The evening after the deal, I did a search on VIN of the truck I bought and found out I was going to be paying nearly 4K over MSRP. I was later informed that the truck was going to have 10 times the miles on it previously stated. Needless to say, I was not happy. Luck was on my side and the trading dealer would not give up the truck I was going to buy, I was out. After expressing my dissatisfaction, I was offered the same truck at invoice. At that point Pierre Ford had already lost my business indefinitely. read more

So my experience buying my Fiesta was... interesting, to say the least. My brother used to be a car salesman, so he walked me through everything they might try to do to me during the course of the day, and boy was he on the money. Thanks, big bro! The car itself and the test drive was great. I was pretty pumped because I'd been looking for the EXACT car they had on the lot for the last year, and when I finally had the down payment they had my car, and at a discount! Once I'd agreed to purchase it, they had me and my friend who'd come with me sit down in the lobby and wait for them to pull the deal together. And wait. And wait. I literally sat there for four hours while they "pulled the deal together". It was ridiculous. (Apparently, one of the tricks car salesmen use is to make people interested in purchasing cars feel fed up or drained, so that they agree to a poor deal just to get it over with.) I'd brought a book and took advantage of the time, but eventually I told the salesman I'd been talking to that if they didn't get the deal to me within fifteen minutes, I was leaving. Fancy that, they came right out with it! SHOCKING. The hilarious thing though? Is that they came out with the wrong price. I stared at the guy and told him point blank that the car was on sale on their website for $16K, not the $21K he was proposing. He and the other salesman just stared blankly at me for a sec, and then stepped away and took some more time to figure out that I was right. So that was underhanded or just really dumb. Then I had the joy of talking to the finance guy. Oh, the finance guy. My, he threw his weight around. Their website had a special for 3.9% financing for ~anyone~, so it said, but the finance guy tried to tell me I'd have to have 7%+ because I was so untested. (This is a lie. I've been paying student loans and credit card bills for the last five years and have never missed a payment. My credit history may not be long enough to get a great mortgage, but it sure as frick is/was good enough to get 3.9% on a car loan.) So I freaked out, because he was pushing the 7% thing on me really hard and wouldn't let me make him budge. So I told him I needed a minute to think about it, and left his office and called my brother. My bro basically said, point blank, "Tell him you don't want the car unless he gives you 3.9. You don't need the car right now. You can wait. Make him do what you want him to do." So I did. I went back into his office and told him I wasn't interested in the car and that I'd leave right then if I didn't get the percentage I wanted. The hilarious thing? He said he'd submit the request, but that he ~couldn't guarantee~ I'd get it. Wow, dude. Keep playing the intimidation card. I responded that if I didn't get 3.9% then I'd be back with the car and we could go from there. GUESS WHAT! I got 3.9%. Yeah, thanks, finance guy. Smooth lying. So by and large the experience was uncomfortable and seedy, they lied to me, tried to dupe me, and it was only because I'd had my brother in my court that I was able to have the confidence to tell them to shove it when necessary. The reason for the two stars? I love their service department. Paul Salazar's a freaking joy, and so they get the bump. But the actual dealership itself? HA. HA HA HA HA HA. Wow. read more

A hot tip: you can tell on the phone from the script your salesperson is reading if you are going to get railroaded in a used car dealership. Beware!. In some places you don't get ANY script at all, nor pressure to leave your phone number while they "check their inventory." Those places deal with you respectfully and honestly and let YOU take the lead and ask the questions. I was told by 2 different people that 2 specific cars I was looking for were at Pierre Ford on Lake City Way on the lot, but when I got there, they weren't (oops. they are in our sister car lot in Lynnwood!). But before they even admitted this, they tried to sell me a new car. It was only after i objected that the manager went inside and "realized the mistake about the location." read more

Canadian Buyers (out of state buyers this applies to you too)- STAY AWAY! Moving to the US for work, attempted to sort out car purchase from Canada prior to landing. Found a nice used car that I was interested in, low miles, good price. Called in, spoke with multiple sales people and felt confident from the pictures and our discussions that I was buying a quality car. I was concurrently having another discussion with another dealer in Portland, but decided to commit to buying from Pierre Ford. HUGE MISTAKE. As soon as I expressed interest in purchasing (cash payment in full), I could immediately sense the change in tone. Sales people began taking longer to get back to me, dealer was ill-informed on the sales process for Canadian buyers. To avoid hassle, dealer requested that I wire money in full for the car, which I complied with given the car was exactly what I wanted. I began that process here with my Canadian bank, a process which takes several business days to complete (they need to convert the funds and contact the receiving bank). Had my bank phone sales representative to confirm money was wired to correct beneficiary. Sales staff then informs me they will not list the car as sold until they receive the money. Worried, I offer to place a (substantial) deposit on my credit card, to have them remove the car from the lot. They attempt to run my Canadian credit card, but are challenged doing so. I then offer to put the deposit on my girlfriends American credit card to avoid the hassles, when suddenly they decide they don't want to take a deposit. Sales staff assures me he will keep me informed and as soon as the money arrives they will call, alternatively if an interested party comes in they will also let me know. A few days pass and I call to check on the status (whether they've received confirmation fax that money is en-route) when the sales staff informs me that the car was sold that morning. No one bothered to call or mention this to me. I ask to speak to a manager and am given the run-around. I desperately call my bank asking them to halt the process, luckily for me they are able to stop the transfer. Good thing I was able to do so, it would be a disaster trying to get my money back from these clowns. So here I am, a week away from moving to the States for work, with no car and a sour taste in my mouth. Ford already has a deficient product portfolio, they absolutely cannot get by with such poor service. Being a local buyer may be a different exerperience, but as it stands if you are out of state or a Canadian, I highly reccomend shopping elsewhere. Dishonest and Terrible!!! We traded in a 2015 F-150 with 67k miles on it for a 2019 F-150. We arrived and immediately disclosed the check engine light shining brightly in the cab and what the error code was reading. The salesman offered a trade-in value and we accepted. An hour later we were on our way. Deal done, right? Couldn't be more wrong!!! Four days later we receive a call that our engine odometer stated 105k while the visual odometer read 67k. As original owners we knew this was impossible!!! The dealer then stated they couldn't take our trade unless we were willing to take $7k less than originally offered. Ridiculous!!! We said hell no and went and retrieved our truck three days later (returning the new one, now with 800 miles). Returned home and took our truck to verify miles....what do you know the engine and the odometer matched perfectly!!! OF COURSE IT DOES!! Come to find out the VP was pissed that the salesman offered what he did for our trade in with a check engine light. Their only contractual out was a false odometer so they used it by accusing us of rolling back the mileage. Lying scumbags they are who tried to question our integrity. Terrible, terrible people!! Never will we deal with these people again and will tell anyone interested in a Ford to stay clear of this dealer. Car dealers get their reputation from people like Bill Pierre Ford!! read more

Let me start my saying I've been driving a 01 Ford Focus which I had bought from Bill Pierre in 01. I loved that buying experience so told husband "let's start shopping there". The college kid who helped us at first was awesome and had some great insight on the new Fords. Which is really why were there - we had x-plan pricing but hadn't really sat in a new Focus. When it came time for the Sales Manager part he used the typical "hurry up and wait" and the "if you buy today I'll give you what you want in trade" tactic. This was even after we said three times we had xplan pricing and wanted to do that part ourselves at home. When we finally got the car fax and pricing on the one used car we were interested in it was obviously way overpriced (they were upfront and honest about the 18% mark up!). We made our excuses and escaped quickly after that... So Meh...my advice...test drive somewhere else, by online and pick up there if it's the closest dealership to ya. read more

UPDATE (06/06/2011): I sent an email to the General Manager and Customer Relations Manager and explained my situation. The General Manager emailed and called me and was very helpful and sorry for what occurred. He recognized and owned the mistake and ended up buying my truck for the original price offered. He even offered to help find the car we were looking for and giving us a good deal (still in progress). Because he was able to own up to it, I'll give Bill Pierre Ford another star. I think the GM sincerely feels for the situation and wants to turn things around. So thank you for that. The staff still needs work. read more

Told me I needed a new transmission, which I already knew. I ended up going to another shop for the work. Three weeks later I get a bill for $200 for "checking it out & retraining the tires". BTW, the other shop was $1000 less than Pierre Ford's estimate. read more

Before you read on, I want to make two things clear. First off, I fully understand that most people only review things when they have something negative to say about the company. I'm in customer service and I get that. I also understand that buying a car is one of the most stressful things you will ever do, and rarely does anyone feel "good" when they leave the dealership in their new car. I am 28 years old and have purchased three cars on my own, and was also at the dealership at least once a year growing up because my parents would get a new car every other year trading off respectively. I want to make these things clear, because I want you to understand that this is not me whining, rather it is me warning you. There is no reason to go into great detail here, so I'll just give you the highlights. -My car was returned to me by the maintenance department multiple times only to have it break down within a few days, and actually one time within 20 minutes of getting it back. -When I had to trade that car in, I was lied to multiple times by a salesman to the point where I had to request a sales manager because he had screwed up my paperwork too many times. - Once I decided on a car, the finance department made me a deal that later would turn out to be against company policy which adversely affected a lot of the deal, and caused me to over-withdrawal my checking account. - The dealership allowed me to drive off the lot without any kind of paper tag. I did not even notice this, especially because this was my first time buying a car in this state. - Recently I found out that my financing fell through thanks to some kind of internal error. No one called to let me know, and eventually I had to call both the financial company and the dealership to figure out why I had never been contacted and asked for my first payment. - Most of the staff I dealt with while purchasing my vehicle was very rude and impolite. My favorite was when the salesman, after selling me the wrong car, told me to "deal with it." The only reason I am giving them a one star review (besides the fact that Yelp won't let me go lower) is because of the customer relations staff, who was quick to apologize for the whole matter after I asked to file a formal complaint against the dealership. I was thankful for the apologies I received, however, after these five or six strikes, I felt like I deserved more than just words. read more

I don't usually don't take time to post a review unless it's bad since people doing their job should be a given but here it goes, I had a fantastic experience at this dealership. Between getting a great deal on a new 2018 in 21 and the follow up service I'm blown away! The staff was amazing and really helped me on this purchase. I had to wait for my extra keys but they messaged me and kept me up to date on the progress the entire time. On the day I went to pick them up, I brought up a few issues I had since purchase and they were extremely quick to respond, order some parts, and set up times to get everything taken care of. I have now been to 7 different Ford dealerships throughout the U.S. and this one is hands down the friendliest and most helpful. I have a Ford dealership next to my house and refuse to go due to a poor visit and don't mind driving 45 minutes at all to do business with this one. I have been to this dealership twice. Both times I went there to give a serious look at buying a Ford. I am originally from Detroit, and my family mostly drove Fords. But both times I have stopped at Bill Pierre Ford, I was so offended by their sleeze ball, old school sales tactics, that I nearly ran off the lot. This is the kind of place that has huge 'market conditions' markup stickers on the cars, and its up to you to go through some painful negotiation process with a rude, surly sales manager. WHO NEEDS IT? Its pathetic that dealers like this still exist. I actually went through the entire process of talking to a salesman (19 year old kid, knew next to nothing about the car). But when I wanted a price, he had to go talk to his sales manager. This kicked off a saga that ended with me and a sales manager in a dank wood paneled office. I asked him how he could justify marking up cars by $6000, when I could buy from another dealer and have the car shipped in from anywhere in the country for $1500. He looked at me, threw the papers on the table and said, "Yeah, well we gotta eat. Come back when you are ready to do business." WTF? REALLY? Why would anyone put up with scumbags like that in this day and age? Avoid, avoid, avoid. read more

My husband went to them to buy a Ford. He got a decent deal, but once in the Finance dept, he was told that he could add extended warranty and other extras for "only $7 more a month".. What they didn't tell him was that they had extended the loan for another year without telling him to get to this 'only $7 more a month". Thankfully, he was smart enough to re-read the contract and saw through the scam and sleaze and got the original deal. I honestly wish he hadn't bought here and I would recommend that you look elsewhere. The era of the sleazy car salesman seems like it should be gone, but it's alive and well here. read more

Do not go here - I have the craziest story and I warn all of you - DO NOT BUY A CAR from this dealer - whatever you do - just don't. USED or NEW - DON'T BUY - THEY SELL LEMON CARS! I bought a lexus from them (don't buy a lexus from a ford deal - my mistake), but they sold me a car for double its value and it had frame damage which they did not reveal. They took the car back because we had some exceptions in the paperwork (pending any mechanical issues as I had a feeling they were full of *ish so had them put them in) yeah nobody would insure it so they knew that or the attorney's office. I think that was enough of an issue because it had been so damaged). They took my car back but then didn't even credit my account like they said they would in 5 business days so had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge after I have a rescinding letter stating I returned the car from them. My advice to all - don't buy a car here. Just don't - this place is the worst. Shows you can do business even after being so unethical. They are the definition of slimy car sales. read more

I'd have to agree that this isn't the place to go. Was trying to replace a new vehicle that was totaled. They had the identical vehicle at the lowest advertised price around. Told the salesman I'd come over between 11 and 11:30 on a Thursday. First thing he says when I get there is, 'another salesman has someone coming over at 11:30 to check the car out. A lie for sure to add some pressure. The salesman had b.o. while we went for the test ride. The car had a lot of miles on it to be 'new', was scratched and hadn't been washed in a while. It was very dirty, especially in the wheel wells. We went to negotiate (I guess the 11:30 appointment didn't show up.) I said the car has more miles than 'new', was scratched and was filthy. I offered $500 less than the list price. Salesman came out and simply said 'no'. I left. For this dealership, I'd suggest having your staff bath and wash their clothes. Perhaps some deodorant also. Be willing to negotiate when you try to sell a car as 'new' when it has 'lot rot'. Ended up buying the same car after a drive to Marysville Ford where the staff was professional and fair. Nobody smelled bad, either. (The sales staff continues to leave me voicemails 2 months later. I've asked them to stop, but have been unsuccessful so far.) read more
