Buyers beware

So I purchased this truck in October 2024. It had 61,000 miles on it and everything seemed fine. But after a little over a year the transmission had to be replaced, the rear main seal had to be replaced, the infotainment system glitches, now my rear window seal is leaking, my cab vents are leaking inside of the cab causing mold and water damage, the subwoofer has been damaged, and to top it off now my air dam motors need to be replaced. The warranty they sold me is awful. Cars Protection Plus is absolutely terrible. It takes on average about 4 days to get a hold of them. I called the sales manager to see about getting some help or compensation and he just said whenever you are ready to trade it in we will help you. Neat. As if I will ever purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Please beware very careful about this dealership. I feel like they knew that my transmission was faulty and that's why they pushed so hard for me to get that warranty.

There is something very community oriented and old school about this process. I have no knowledge in cars and appreciate maintenance. I believe I read that customers can borrow specialized tools. I could be wrong. I'm so happy a place like this exists. The slogan is super catchy and I like the various locations. The smell of the various oils and car lubricants brings me back to my late grandpa who had a garage with tons of car tools. He fixed up anything from vintage cars to tractors. I picture the movie Gran Torino. It's that imagery of Clint Eastwood and going to O'Reilly's. The next generation may not know how to fix cars because it's not passed down. Keep up the great work.

The manager, Ambrosio, checked my battery and then jumped my car because my car had died in the parking lot. After that, he checked the battery again to ensure the issue was my battery and not something more serious like my alternator. Luckily, it was just my 2015 dated battery that needed to be replaced. Ambrosio installed the battery in less than 10 mins and I was on my way. Will definitely come back next time I need anything car related.

As a single mother, I usually don't have the time or expertise to handle car maintenance myself. After purchasing the wipers, I requested the free installation and was told someone would be out to help. Since it was a quiet afternoon, I assumed the process would be quick. However, after waiting for around 20 minutes, Tom finally came out. He briefly attempted to remove the old wipers but quickly said, "I can't get it off, so you'll have to take it to your dealer to get it done." When I asked what made them difficult to remove, he simply repeated himself. It was clear he had no interest in completing the installation offered. My 10-year-old watched a quick 2 minute YouTube tutorial, and removed them in less than a minute. I returned into the store, and this time Geremy, the manager, stepped in. He was extremely polite and helpful. Not only did Geremy install the wipers, but he also took the time to show my kiddos how easy it was to do. If it weren't for Geremy's kindness and assistance, this review would have been much different. The rest of the staff were not very helpful, the wait was unnecessarily long, and Tom was anything but friendly, helpful or competent. A big thank you to Geremy for turning things around! Hopfully Geremy will train Tom on how to install wipers, as he appears to be gracious enough to do.
