I found a car on line with the price I can afford. Got a confirmation it was available. Made an appointment and drove an hr to get there. The sales person George that I've been in contact with was busy and couldn't help me so they have someone else helped me. Well, the car that I confirmed was available about 3 hrs right before I came down was sold supposedly. Would have been nice if they notified me before I drove there but of course they have other cars available. The options they offered has higher mileage, lower model and are about $6000 higher than the one they advertised. This is totally "bait and switch". I would say don't waste your time and don't trust the internet price that they claim are $5000 less than KBB price. Those cars do not exist!!! read more

I have bought three cars here. That part was great and I love a domestic! But the service center is outrageous. Rudeness, very slow and an unmanaged staff. I was told to go to them for help and they literally were arguing about who would answer my questions. I've always had a great experience here. My 2013 fusion was stolen, after only 4 months if owning it. Two weeks had gone by, and insurance called it a loss. Needless to say, I had to get a new car. I went to Bill Pierre Ford to get a new one, explained my situation and BAM I was in a new 2014 Fusion, with all the options my previous one had. And the kicker? I was able to get really close to the same monthly payment! They were so kind and what I liked the most is that they didn't pressure me to purchase anything like other dealerships have in the past. Great Service. I did not have to wait past my appointment time for my car to be taken in (unlike Bowen Scarf in Kent). They actually changed the oil filter as well as the oil (something you really need to watch out for these days). If you can avoid this place - you should! Terrible service, missed appointments and unfulfilled promises! Called last Monday and spoke to Diana about a truck that was in transit to their lot. She set up an appointment for us to meet her and see the truck the next day. I got a text to confirm the appointment Tuesday morning. When we got to the lot that afternoon, we were told Diana wasn't working (annoying) and to wait for someone to show us the truck. Rodrigo took us out to look at the truck and then allowed us to test drive it. When we got back we were introduced to another sales guy to walk us through the numbers. We noticed right away that the price increased since the day before by $2k+. They were able to honor the price we saw on the website but not willing to negotiate with us further since we were willing to pay in cash. There seemed to be a lot of confusion between Rodrigo and the sales guy as they kept contradicting each other stating that there was a recall on the truck (false) and then we were told that since we were paying cash, they didn't need to run credit check and they didn't have us sign the document that gave them permission to run our credit. Then five minutes later Rodrigo handed us our credit scores. This was very irritating since we recently refinanced our home and didn't want another inquiry into our credit - plus we never gave them permission and they did it anyway - super annoyed at this point. Rodrigo told us that he would have the shop detail the truck and also look at the window that was making noise. He'd have them take care of everything first thing in the morning and he'd fill up the gas tank and have it ready for us in the afternoon. He said he would call in the morning but that it should could be ready as late as 4pm. The next day, after work, we headed down to the lot (30 mins away) and I realized that I never received a call. I called the dealership only to find out that Rodrigo was not working. He had the day off - what is up with the salespeople making promises and appointments for days they aren't working?!? The truck WAS NOT ready and the new guy Raymond mentioned a recall - no, there is no recall!! Irritation is building and I let Raymond know exactly how disappointed I am in their service. He promised that he would call me the next morning as Rodrigo was also out the following day. I made sure Raymond did not have off the next day. The next day, I received no call and at this point we are very annoyed and unsure if we wanted to do business with them at all, but we really wanted the truck. I called and asked for Raymond but he was busy with other customers, the sales manager listened to my story and frustration and he noted that the truck was in the lot and he would check to see if it was ready. I was placed on hold and Raymond picked up to let me know the truck was ready and that there was no recall. We drove down and met Raymond. We went to look at the truck only to find that the window still made a noise and that the truck had less than a 1/4 tank. Rodrigo promised a full tank and yet another promised unfulfilled. We had decided to cut our losses and take the truck as is. At the end, Raymond asked if there was anything left to do and I said we had the check to drop off also and he acted like he had no clue. I bet we could've just drove off the lot - they are so unorganized and inefficient they have no clue what their sales people are doing. Luckily for them, we're honest people and we wanted nothing else to do with them so we handed him the check and drove our truck home. I'm not sure if it's because we bought a used truck from them or if they treat all of their customers like this, but I have never been treated like this and will never consider doing business with them again. read more

We found a car on craigslist listed at Bill Pierre, called to make sure it was still available and on the lot, and drove over an hour to go see the car. We were very clear with the man on the phone that this was the only car we wanted to purchase, and were excited to have found the year/mileage we had been looking for. As soon as we pulled up, a dealer asked what we were there to see, and told us it had already been sold. We gave our phone # to the person we originally checked with, so he certainly could have taken a moment to call us and let us know it was now gone. We will NOT be bringing our cash to Bill Pierre, and hope that you don't either. read more

This dealership was amazing! We couldn't find exactly what we needed by looking around the lot, but since our salesman REALLY listened to us, he was able to find something that made everyone happy. The financing staff was wonderful, as well. That is very unusual in my experience with dealerships! This one shines!!! Worst experience ever. Bunch of D**** to deal with. Bought a 07 Dodge Charger get it home not even the first day notice a knocking in the suspension, rear passenger window doesn't roll down and the car hesitates to start sometimes. Kelly is a good sales guy to deal with. Does not behave like a typical sales guy, is respectful, follows up and helps you out even after closing the sale. Had no problem getting work scheduled and completed for the options I had picked, which is generally not the case with most dealers I have dealt with. Will do business with them again. Everyone is friendly including Kelly's manager and the receptionist lady. The only complaint is that the rental car place that they pick, which is down the street (Enterprise, I think) is not run very well. I heard the manager there argue with customers and they gave me a really old beat up Malibu as my temporary car with a ton of miles and which smelled like someone had been smoking in it. Not Bill Pierre Ford's fault directly, but I would like them to have a conversation with their rental partner or pick a different rental car company to partner with. read more

If you call, they will try to get you to the dealership, then keep you there for hours trying all kinds of angles on you. I bought a used Toyota from Katie Wright. She was knowledgeable, nice, and thoughtful. For a salesperson at a Ford dealership, Katie knew an unreal amount of details about Toyotas including maintenance and insurance costs, redesigns over time, and details about the battery. She was responsive via email and text. She took the initiative to weed out cars from my list that were in accidents, had multiple owners, were former rentals, etc. She seemed honest and did not push me outside of my comfort zone. Five star experience. Ask for Katie! My experience with the finance side was more like 4 stars. They promote transparency. You are always going to feel like you are being taken advantage of when buying any car anywhere from anyone, but my experience wasn't too anxiety inducing and in retrospect things turned out okay for me. But if you do your research in advance, get pre approved for your own financing, and ask lots of questions, you will be fine. I do feel like I got a good deal, and would go back to see Katie in a heartbeat. While I don't think I got the best interest rate possible (and it honestly doesn't matter much for my payment), I appreciate that Shawn Waller in finance did not push me to purchase a dealer warranty. read more

I had cash and knew what I wanted. I live next to BP Ford, so I went to the website to see what they had before I went in. I knew I wanted a used SUV, knew the features I wanted and knew exactly how much money I had to spend. I found one online that fit, I called over and asked if they still had it. They did, and said come on over. I walked in and met the salesman (the one who'd answered the phone). Nice enough guy. "Can I see the Explorer please"? Sure, on the way though he took me to another car. Nice, I suppose. Do I want to drive it? Why not. It was twice my budget, no thanks. Then the manager comes in and tries to sell me the car. I said it's not the one I came to see. Maybe that car is on the other lot...So they put me in yet another suv to drive IT across the street, via a test drive. Again nice car, NOT the one that was online I came to see. You can see where this is going. Finally it came down to a fleet vehicle I absolutely DID NOT want, they kept dropping the price if I'd drive it away today. No, no thanks, but I'll consider it. The manager asked me at what price I would take the car home (remember, this is not the one I wanted or had come to see). I told him for $20 I'd consider it. I did not want this car, this is what they wanted to sell me. This not the way I do business. In the hours I spent there, not once did I see the car I told them I came to see. I left in disgust, the manager throwing his hands up suggesting I was difficult to do business with. No, not if you show me what I asked to see I'm not. Next day I called a dealership in Everett after looking at the website. I called and asked if he actually had the Pathfinder on the lot. He assured me he did, I said I was coming to look at it. When I arrived, he had it in the front, keys in it ready to go. I walked in and introduced myself, hopped in and drove off for a test drive. I got a little less on my trade in, paid a smidge more than I'd planned, but the way they were so pleasant to deal with that I did not squeal that much. The best part of my story is when I was driving home in my new car, the salesman from Bill Pierre called me to ask if I was still interested in the truck they wanted me to buy.. I had the WORST experience ever at this place! I was helping my sister buy a car, and the guys there started double-teaming us. We asked for a few minutes to talk by ourselves, and they did NOT want to leave us alone. They were trying to do the good cop/bad cop routine, but it was just not working. The "bad cop" was really just too bad for the "good cop" to compensate for. Eventually, we ended up leaving without a car and decided to sleep on it. After a couple of days, they emailed my sister saying they could give her the car she wanted for the price she wanted. She called them the day we were coming in to buy the car (it was a deal that even we couldn't pass up), and they said that they still had it. But when we got there, they said that they fed us some story that they had sold it that afternoon and that whoever we talked to was mistaken because they couldn't have given us a deal like that anyway!!!! It was ridiculous! To top it off, once we left that day, they still did not stop harassing my sister. She finally replied with a strongly worded email about their customer service and they didn't bug her after that. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Do Not use this dealership!!!! Horrible sales pressure from the sales manager and the sales rep. Visited to look at a Ford Fiesta - was very clear about this was the car I wanted to see. They tried to force a Ford Focus on us by driving us up to another dealership in the chain in a Focus and talking about it continuously. After we decided to go with a different car from a different dealership I received several calls from the Michael-J which I missed. When I finally did speak to him, I informed him that I had gone with a different car. I was asked which one and I declined to answer. He pressed for the answer and I again declined. Within 15 minutes of receiving this call I started to get calls from other dealerships who had been contacted via their websites by someone that I was interested in some car or other. This is obviously a childish attempt by Michael-J and / or others at Bill Pierre Ford to waste my time and energy. Overall a horrible experience with the dealership. So, I thought I had my new car and would roll off into the sunset happy as a clam and drive it until the warranty expired, etc. But, no. It was not to be. I am a union representative and am contractually required to drive a UAW made vehicle (plus, it's the right thing to do, workers' rights are human rights). Guess where the Fusions are made? Mexico! Non-union, non-American. A total deal-breaker. I had made that requirement known to the dealership but didn't know if that would help me. After all, it was now a used car and the value had dropped by about $4,000. I put together my arguments and went to the dealership, certain I was in for a fight, an argument, a hassle. NOT AT ALL. They were so awesome. They gave me full value of what I paid for the car and put me into a 2012 Escape with absolutely no argument. I lost no money on the deal, in fact, they are at this very moment treating the Escape to a "cilajet" coating inside and out at no charge to me. August (general sales mgr) and his son Joe took total care of me and Val in finance was great again as he took me through another mountain of paperwork. These guys could have been total jerks. They could have gone the "caveat emptor" route and I would have just had to deal with it. But they didn't and I am a customer for life now. Really I can't recommend them highly enough. This kind of honorable business dealing is not to be found often. Oh, and that Escape...what a great car. I like it even more than the Fusion. I am a totally satisfied customer. read more

My wife and I purchased a 2011 Ford Edge Limited AWD from Bill Pierre Ford on Sunday, 12/04/2011. The vehicle is used with approximately 25,000 miles on it. The first thing the sales manager did was show us their invoice price. This invoice price showed they had paid $31,500 for the vehicle at the time it was traded in. The asking price for the vehicle was $36,995 and we were able to negotiate it down to $34,995 plus $8,000 for our trade in. We opted to purchase the extended 100,000 mile warranty for an additional $2,879.00. We left the lot feeling pretty good about the deal but when we got home and started doing some research we got a really bad taste in our mouth. When we were on the test drive we were told by the sales person (David) that the vehicle was "fully loaded" and when I inquired about some of the features that I thought would be included in a "fully loaded" vehicle in this price range I was told that those items were not available in 2011. When I went directly to Ford and looked up the features available for the 2011 I was shown several packages that were available including the sunroof, the keyless ignition and several others. I also discovered that we didn't have the full navigation system, but rather a "dumb" system that would provide you with turn-by-turn directions but wouldn't handle route re-calculations. I was dismayed so I decided to dig a little further. I went to AutoTrader and did a search for the vehicle we had just purchased, and sure enough, it was still listed as available. The price it was listed for $31,877, a full $3,000 under what we had "negotiated" down to. Time to go back in! A sales manager (Joe) claimed that he was not even aware they were advertising on AT but that they would match the price. I brought up the rest of the discrepancies that we discovered and his only excuse was that "fully loaded" can mean a lot of different things. Joe then told me that they don't list anything on AT. He said that AT pulls from their inventory online and calculates what they (AT) thinks is a fair price. He said they had no control over it. This was after he had told me 15 minutes prior that he wasn't aware they advertised on Auto Trader. This really sounded suspicious to me, but since they were going to match the price, I decided to let it slide. Joe proceeded to ask me what he needed to do to make things right. I told him that I wanted the price matched, a second master key cut for the car, and I would like him to investigate if it was possible to add the navigation. He told me to come back on Tuesday and resign the paperwork and that he would investigate the navigation. My wife and I headed in around 11am on Tuesday morning to resign the paperwork. A different sales manager ( Jason) approached us and had heard the news. He said to wait for a moment and he would get everything taken care of. He came back about 10 minutes later and reiterated the AT story. He then told he needed to reduce the price of our trade in to match the online price. I told him that was not acceptable and that after being lied to they needed to make it right. He agreed (gruffly) and left to go get the paperwork ready. While he was gone I went to Ford and did a search for Certified Pre-Owned inventory directly on Ford's website. I found the exact vehicle listed on Ford's own site listed for $31,877. This made me livid and after we signed the paperwork I decided to start asking around. I received confirmation from two other Ford dealers in the area that the dealer HAS to set the price on Auto Trader and that there is no way an "auto calculated" price would ever be listed on Auto Trader. In closing, while they did honor the online price they lied to us at least 3 times about options on the car and how their vehicles showed up on AT, over charged for warranties and potentially are showing invalid "invoice" prices. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from Bill Pierre as you possibly can. Learn from our mistakes. read more

WARNING: BAIT & SWITCH! My wife and I stopped in here to check on a car that I saw on the website. Kyle, the salesman and "internet sales director" stated that they had sold it earlier in the day. I looked at a couple other cars before deciding I was done being lied to. I waited a day to see if the original listing would be removed. It wasn't. So I contacted them through their website to inquire about the availability of that car. Not surprisingly, I received an email back from no less than Kyle, the salesman that had lied to me on the lot. He stated that they did have the vehicle on the lot and asked if I wanted to test drive it. Everything I was told on this lot was a flat out lie. While talking to his "sales manager" about dropping the price on their untouchable internet deal, my wife and I walked over to them to see what they were talking about.. We were shooed away, saying he was getting a better deal for us. If you believe this was a once-off, look at the other reviews on here for this dealership. They do this all the time. These people have some things to learn about respect and honesty. If I can turn one customer away from this dealership, I'll feel justified. read more

RUN!!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!! Worst experience ever!! I was very excited when I purchased my Nissan here, after the 3 hours of negotiating. They make car buying very exhausting! I had my car for about a week when, IT BROKE DOWN ON ME! I had to have it towed back to the dealership. They did repair it after having it for two weeks when I was told one week. Upon getting my vehicle back it appeared filthy, there was even mud smeared on my driver's seat black leather! The repairs that were supposed to be done on the "due bill" were not fixed properly! I am very dissatisfied! My alignment was just one of the repairs needed. My car still pulls severely to the right when driving. When I called today to tell them that it is still not fixed they basically gave me the run around and said it must be my tire pressure. Now I have to pay more money out of my pocket to fix the brand new LEMON that I purchased from Bill Pierre Ford. I feel as though they sold me a car that looked good on the outside but no one bothered to check how it ran before selling it. From the other reviews they have received here they obviously could care less about their customers and more about their bottom line. "A happy customer will tell two to three people a typical dissatisfied customer will tell eight to 10 people about his or her experience." and nowadays people tell Yelp and Google. Both the salesperson, Kelly, and the finance manager, Damon, were fast and thorough. They were honest and reasonable to negotiate with. The car is beautiful, and they detailed it and filled the tank before sending us on our way. We arrived about an hour before closing on a Sunday night and drove away with the car. We're definitely going back for our next car. Among their various dealerships they have a large selection of quality used cars for unbeatable prices. I had been car shopping for 4 months and finally decided on a older Honda CRV. In one of the major car buying search engines, I found that Bill Pierre had the car I wanted for a clearance deal, price not too far away from the Kelly Blue Book value. By this point, I had test driven 12 cars and brought 4 of them in for a formal inspection at my mechanic so I was a pretty informed buyer. I called ahead, talked with salesman Tony Senter, and was able to get right in. I looked at the car, test drove it, then worked with the dealership to get approval to take the car to my mechanic for a third party inspection before purchase. Unfortunately, this was the day of a terrible wind storm in Seattle and when I got the vehicle to my mechanic, their power was out. Knowing that this was the car I wanted and that the price was one I was willing to pay, I decided to gamble and purchase the car since it was low miles, there was no obvious damage/concerns and the CarFax was good. Mason Parker, floor manager, was also helpful that day in setting up the paperwork for the temporary loan and eventual purchase. I went home that day a happy camper. This was a Saturday in August. I took it into my mechanic first thing Monday morning for a formal inspection. Took this to my trusted mechanic in U Village who I've worked with the past 3 years. They discovered that the catalytic converter was held together with metal zip-tie contraption (which is not normal), there was an odd sound coming from the exhaust and there was a substantial amount of rust in the undercarriage. My mechanic was quite upset with Bill Pierre for selling a car in this condition and encouraged me to contact the dealer and see what they could do. Bill Pierre told me to bring the vehicle into the service shop and offered me a car rental for the day at no cost to me. I dropped the vehicle off at the service shop where they did a half-asked job of the undercoating for the rust and ignored the catalytic converter but fixed the exhaust sound. I contacted Luk Blackwell, the General Manger, to share my frustration and he was very understanding and responsive. I shared with him what my mechanic told me and he offered to have a phone conversation with the mechanic to get a better understanding. After that call, Luk offered for my mechanic to quote him for the repairs (which were about $1800) and the dealership would foot the bill. Bill Pierre came through for me. They fixed the major issues with the car, after some back and forth communication. They were understanding of my frustration and responsive to my concerns. Even though I didn't buy a Ford model from them, they still treated me with respect and patience. Luk was especially noteworthy as he was able to fully resolve my concerns.
