I didn't realize the experience was a virtual reality as it looks like a walk through on the website so that was a bit disappointing but that could be because I didn't fully read the descriptions. It was about 5:30 PM on a Wednesday and the place was Poppin! The bar was completely full and it was loud!. We did not have a reservation and the only open seating was at the bar or high tops in the bar area. We were quickly greeted and our server was incredibly on top of it! I noticed that the main menu had a line at the bottom that stated a gluten-free menu would be available upon request. I did ask to see this menu as gluten-free is my dietary preference, not an allergyand I was brought a complementary gluten-free bun instead of the pretzel bread. I thanked our server and told him not to worry that it was just a preference and he told me that he treats all gluten friendly requests as an allergy. I really appreciated the care and concern he had for my health and well-being. This is unprecedented at most restaurants. They had a very extensive gluten-free menu and I can't wait to go back and try so many more items. We did try the Leonard burger and made quite a few modification requests - all of which were 100% accommodated. This burger was so incredibly juicy! My entire hand was dripping by the time I got done eating it. Everything else we tried was delicious. I have no complaints or suggestions for improvement and will definitely be returning soon!

I have gotten good service maybe three times.Every other time the servers either do not come to us, take extremely long, or are rude and acting like we're messing up their day by asking for basic customer service. Just the other day my friend and I ordered tower station. When we received the beers, they were absolutely not tower station. We asked to switch beers and our first server was very kind and accommodating. Then out of nowhere came this (im assuming supervisor?) that said "what happened with the beers? I checked the keg its fine." with a super rude attitude. It was so awkward my whole friend group talked about it afterwards. Additionally, I don't think I have ever had the same server/bartender twice. The turnover rate is likely very high. This place has so much potential. Sunday thru Thursday their games are half price and if you really want to stretch your buck you order off the eat and play menu. We ordered burgers and chicken sandwich with the $35 game card which then cost us $39 for the meal and the pay card. The human crane was $20 extra to do and it had blow up pool like toys in it. My goddaughter wanted the experience but not the toys she would have rather there be stuffing like Squishmellows, State Fair game type prizes for variety. I agree with the 11yo! BFF and I took our kids here today for their birthdays boys are 25 and girlie is 11 and its a perfect place for mixed age groups. We are around 50 and when the kids played we sat in their comfy chairs at our table. They really have the best seating area. So comfy because they know you're going to be there for a while. We went Sunday at 4pm and by 6 almost all the tables were full. We made reservations which I always recommend! The food was average nothing that stands out. They are generous portions so we split it between 4 of us and baby girl had a strawberry milkshake. All was enjoyed. The lost star was for the drinks. We did not order food, but I got Sangria. One of the best Sangrias I have had, to be honest! I was very disappointed to hear that a single shot does not qualify for the "2 Drink Minimum". I feel that should be mentioned on the menu for guests, because if I had ordered the shot, assuming it counted, I would have been furious! I also think it's a bit ridiculous that you cannot order food in place of the drinks? As long as people are spending money on something, why should it matter???? We had a good time, and will be back in the future. I just hope that they will consider modifying their business structure in a way that makes a little bit more sense.

The ambiance is good all around, the staff are friendly, and the menu options are decent. I would suggest more non-alcoholic beverages options but their food options are good. The audience was engaging for the most part with the exception of some people that were VIP and happened to be seated in front of me. Two couples on a double date had such dry personalities and apparently forgot how to laugh. In some cases during the show, their lack of engagement and energy made the comedian sense a level of awkwardness, but he carried on his engagement well while others laughed in appreciation of his humor. At the end of the show, he welcomed fans to take photos with him, which I did. I caught the 7pm show which ended early enough to enjoy the rest of the evening exploring other establishments nearby. Overall, this is a great venue. You get a little of everything to make your visit enjoyable. The club is easy to find, parking is free but can fill up fast as there's other shops and a grocery store that share the same lot. If you're not familiar with Improv Tempe, definitely enjoy a night out seeing any comedian here. I'll be back again.

There is laser tag, bowling, an obstacle course that is situated above the arcade, billiards, shuffleboard... &I would not be surprised if there are some other activities I forgot to mention. Needless to say, there is something for everyone! The staff is friendly, the service is great. The pricing is fair. &Considering all of the action taking place inside that building, I was pretty impressed by how low the noise level actually was??? So you can sit down and have dinner with your family & friends & still enjoy yourself without being bombarded by pure chaos. That was a plus for me! The food was great! The prices for food were in line with the overall quality. I got the burger tacos (sorry I forget what the actual name was) & fries because that sounded very "off the wall". It was delicious! I made the right choice. Their jalapeño ranch is crazy good, I highly recommend getting a side of that. We also split some fried pickles, and they were incredible! I was very impressed by the meal. Typically, at places like this, the food is very low quality and boring. However, Main Event seems to have it all figured out!
