Just dont be a douche. Example: If you are a girl or boy, do not see "bruh" every other word. If you do, you are a douche. Second, dont give lessons in the driving range area. They looked super bored and couldn't be bothered to watch the kids for safety. When I kid was stuck on the sky obstacles course and was shouting for help but there was no workers in site, I went to find one and he just said, there's 2 harnesses so if 1 is stuck, there's the other one and walked away. My group originally paid for an hour of bowling time, and right before our time was up decided to pay for an additional 30 minutes. With 25 minutes left to spare, our lane completely broke - at no fault of any of the staff members - leaving us with the additional time upgrade wasted. With staff frantically running around in attempts to fix our lane issues, our clock ran down to 5 minutes remaining and we were not given any sort of resolution (no lane switch & no refund.) The staff here are all relatively young and don't have any authoritative power, so I don't expect them to have the ability to provide refunds, but it's pretty disappointing paying for something that you didn't receive. After a bit of back and forth we were eventually offered one free game for a future visit - though we wouldn't be able to use it since we live in NY and were only passing through. During the time we were awaiting a resolution, I did hear of another group facing the exact same issue and repeatedly demanding a new lane to no avail, so this does seem like a common occurrence at The Branch. The arcade games are pretty expensive and they blew through the $15 in less than 15 mins. The mini golf course was short and compacted on the main floor so the courses were not as fancy or intricate as some larger outdoor mini golf courses. The boys finished all 18 holes in less than 30 mins all by themselves. The laser tag was fun too. The vests were pretty big and heavy and it looked so big our littlest guy but he held his own. It seemed crowded when the summer camp group of kids were there, but when they all left, it wasn't crowded at all. Coming from LA, where anything fun is crowded, it was nice to not have to wait in long lines. We wanted to try the laser maze, but it wasn't working. The workers were all teenagers, and the manager guy looked maybe early 20's but they were all helpful. It was fun to spend a couple hours in the hot afternoon being indoors.

My son kept repeating the phrase on the wall "the first playground where I never have to say sorry" or something to that effect. He had a huge smile on his face the whole time and it was so amazing to watch him have fun in a sensory safe, calm environment. For most of the visit, it was just me and my two kids so not too noisy which can be a barrier at indoor playgrounds at times for us. He did not want to leave to go home and that's rare for him! Open play is $22/child with $20/ additional siblings for two hour time slots that can easily be reserved online. Typical open play is Sunday 10am-6pm and Friday-Saturday 10am-7pm. Memberships are also available. The gym includes suspended equipment with various types of swings, crash mats and pillows, a zip slider, a trampoline, a small Mario-themed climbing wall, monkey bars, a climbing mountain, a rope bridge, a hammock swing, and a rolling bar slide. Outside of the equipment, there are imagination stations-a vet, a doctor, construction, a kitchen, and a Target store playset. Also a train set and an exercise bike. Lots of various balls scattered about and a separate area for infants and toddlers with lots of toys and a small slide. There is also a separate arts and crafts area and a book nook. In a separate room-the teen room-is a basketball game and air hockey plus lots of puzzles and games and additional sensory squares. Many indoor playgrounds become overwhelming for one of my kiddos and a unique feature here is a calming room with soft lights, weighted blankets, and large pillow chairs. The staff was so kind and helpful too. They were cleaning regularly and offered treats to the kids when they were upset our two hours were up.
