Machines…read morehave been broke for over a month with no repair and the culture here has a lot of people not following simple rules, such as slamming your weights (which is why the machines keep breaking, having full business calls while sitting on a machine, re-racking etc). I come everyday and never see staff monitor the floor. The trainers are down here, but I'm assuming it's not their responsibility. With no one monitoring and getting rid/or giving warnings to the disrespectful gym members, machines will keep breaking. Hopefully they turn it around, really have enjoyed this gym.

World Gate has been my main gym for at least 3 years now. The membership price is reasonable considering all of the facilities. However, it's not reasonable if you don't use all the facilities! Sometimes, I feel like I'm paying for some stuff I'm never interested in using - like the racketball rooms, the spa, yoga classes, dance classes, etc. There's another gym that's like 2 minutes away from me and costs like 50% of World Gate but they don't have a sauna which is essential to me. The facilities that I use regularly are the weight room, the sauna, and showers. I do like having the ability to swim sometimes if I want to. World Gate has a lot of options. I don't enjoy the price I'm paying but I also do not see another gym with all my non-essentials at a better price so I continue to go here. What's missing though is the actual cold plunges - not cryotherapy chairs. If they can manage that, I'd not be complaining about my membership price. I'd have everything I need.

The basketball court was completely removed, which I was highly looking forward to using after getting my membership. Turns out it was replaced with a pickleball court. The thing that bothers me is the fact that half of the basketball court area was already a pickleball court, and they probably only replaced everything to make more money off pickleball lessons and stuff. 2. Things haven't been changing in a positive way. Like I said before, the basketball court was removed purely as an extension of the already existing pickleball court. Also, some of the gym equipment is pretty outdated and not getting fixed. Furthermore, the staff really don't care about members and just completely listen to the people who are ruining the experience for others, and getting people kicked out of a spot they were already in. The staff also tend to listen to the older person without understanding whats really going on. 3. Most of the Life Time membership is really just giving you access to more purchases instead of owning up to their slogan, "Healthier way of life." The whole Life Time experience really just seems to be a cash grab instead of what it promises.

This is our first time playing softball and our first time playing this league. I was learning new rules every game. Some of the rules are complicated for sure. We were on the Wednesday league. Most of the regular season games were washed out due to rain almost every Wednesday (unbelievable). They made up some of our games in the end with double headers. They have nice refs each game. Great sportsmanship from almost all the players. We knew we would be getting rings for winning the championship. However, after we won the finals, there was no ring and no email for two weeks. We spoke with players from the advanced league and they informed us that the league operators must have forgotten as they give out the rings immediately after the conclusion of the finals. I reached to their help desk team and sent them our finals report. We received a response with the instructions on how to get our rings and champs t shirt. Rings are awesome. Fits my middle finger and it's nice and heavy. Absolutely worth it. I wish they had given it to us on the finals day as we could have had a nice team picture.

He never tried to oversell me on anything even though he easily could have done so. He walked me around and helped me get everything that my husband would need to stay warm and have an epic time snowboarding. His passion and thoughtfulness shone through. He was answering phone calls, handling other customers and juggling me with ease. Super fantastic. Will come back to Sterling or Fairfax for any future needs. Their phone number will not connect you to an actual person--the only option is to leave a message, allowing them to avoid our calls, and they never call back. We are working with investigators to track down information about MATCS so that we can recover our deposit. So far we have learned, among other things, that: 1. MATC is not a licensed contractor in Virginia. Its license expired in 2019. As a result, MATC is likely not properly bonded/insured. 2. MATC is not, and never has been, a licensed contractor in Maryland. 3. MATC has used a series of illegitimate addresses. They are not, and may never have been, located at any of those addresses. 4. Other reviews have indicated similar experiences. I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere for your tennis court work.

The price is about $7 for members and $15 for non-members. They also have a summer deal for $99, which isn't bad. I love the front staff, who are kind and helpful. They have demo rackets to borrow and WhatsApp groups to connect with other fellow pickleballers to play with. Overall, DD has a friendly atmosphere, with somewhat competitive people, a clean facility, and all-around good vibes. I'm contemplating whether the $750 couples membership is worth it; it certainly seems like a deal. I'm just waiting to make sure this sport is the right fit for me - and so far, it's winning me over.

However I really cannot recommend this place and I've ended up cancelling my Dill Dinkers membership. The management here is rude and unhelpful. Events are poorly run and every time we showed up for any event, we couldn't tell what court(s) we were on and when we finally did figure it out there were other people who mistakenly were on our courts when they were supposed to be with the lower levels. The worst part now is that it's impossible to book any events, even if you do have a membership. I basically can't get into any of the open play events for my level because they give certain members special permissions to book further in advance than others and those people fully book out the events every week. Until management changes here, we will not be returning
