World Gate has been my main gym for at least 3 years now. It's not the cheapest gym I could go to…read morebut for all the facilities and options offered plus the proximity to me, I cannot find another. The membership price is reasonable considering all of the facilities. However, it's not reasonable if you don't use all the facilities! Sometimes, I feel like I'm paying for some stuff I'm never interested in using - like the racketball rooms, the spa, yoga classes, dance classes, etc. There's another gym that's like 2 minutes away from me and costs like 50% of World Gate but they don't have a sauna which is essential to me. The facilities that I use regularly are the weight room, the sauna, and showers. I do like having the ability to swim sometimes if I want to. World Gate has a lot of options. I don't enjoy the price I'm paying but I also do not see another gym with all my non-essentials at a better price so I continue to go here. What's missing though is the actual cold plunges - not cryotherapy chairs. If they can manage that, I'd not be complaining about my membership price. I'd have everything I need.

I reached out to management and was told it was removed to prevent injuries. It is quite frustrating because almost every other gym, including other Lifetimes in the area, have this equipment still. Kids just want to come and run around they don't want to sit at a table to do Legos after they have been at school all day. It's very disappointing and makes me want to find another gym. Another thing that really needs to be improved is the cafe. I frequently purchase things from here and they have gone bad or are made incorrectly. I will tell the staff and they just look at me and tell me to pick something else. For the amount of money people spend to come here I would expect some better options. If things are not moving, then don't prep so far in advance.

This is our first time playing softball and our first time playing this league. I was learning new rules every game. Some of the rules are complicated for sure. We were on the Wednesday league. Most of the regular season games were washed out due to rain almost every Wednesday (unbelievable). They made up some of our games in the end with double headers. They have nice refs each game. Great sportsmanship from almost all the players. We knew we would be getting rings for winning the championship. However, after we won the finals, there was no ring and no email for two weeks. We spoke with players from the advanced league and they informed us that the league operators must have forgotten as they give out the rings immediately after the conclusion of the finals. I reached to their help desk team and sent them our finals report. We received a response with the instructions on how to get our rings and champs t shirt. Rings are awesome. Fits my middle finger and it's nice and heavy. Absolutely worth it. I wish they had given it to us on the finals day as we could have had a nice team picture.
