Firstly, while playing indoors with black foam sticks, his right hand suffered a big bruise after he was hit by one of the assistants (Grant) right in the thumb developed a large bruise (see photo) right at the articulation of interphalangeal joint. As a result, he can't firmly grip the tennis racket with his right hand, and we are going to have to take him to see his pediatrician. My other child also stated that he was hit by Grant on his leg and he was in a lot of pain. From what my children described, these are very hard black foams used predominantly for stretching due to their high density, as we have the same type of foams at home. They are not appropriate for playing and swinging - I find you and other teacher's lack of awareness extremely concerning and bad decision to use them as playing sticks to swing at each other. Just how hard did the assistant coach swing th using this foam on 9 year olds that one of them can't bend hi thumb and the other was limping for a while????????? Secondly, while playing indoor soccer, one of my child overheard a coach's comment to the assistant Coach along the lines of "I picked the wrong twin" when my son missed catching a ball as a goalie.  I find this remark incredibly insensitive, disparaging, condescending, not at all funny, and frankly very out of character for someone who is supposed to be an adult supervisor and coach to 9 year olds. Needless to say, after overhearing these insensitive remark, my child did not feel good about it. After what happened today, we are very upset, angry and extremely disappointed. We have not yet decided on whether we will be sending our kids for the remainder of the camp as we've lost all faith in TGA and the teachers, not to mention that they were the direct cause of injuring the thumb in his dominant hand!!!!!! Hecan't even get a proper grip using his right hand due to severe bruising of his thumb. TGA of Loudoun and the coaches are sickening.

He was answering phone calls, handling other customers and juggling me with ease. Super fantastic. Will come back to Sterling or Fairfax for any future needs. This was a clear bait-and-switch. When I requested to cancel due to their false representations, I was told there were no refunds simply because I had already signed--despite the agreement being based on misleading information. This business pressures clients into contracts, takes large upfront payments, and only then reveals the true costs. HORRIBLE
