When I first met Bart, I walked in to rent an auger, because I was digging footer holes and building a deck. Bart asked where I live, and when I said Ashburn he laughed and said: "Forget the auger, you're going to need that" and pointed to a jack hammer. I laughed at him and asked if he was serious. Well, 12 hours of jack hammering (basically carving holes into rocks) I knew Bart was the man. I've found other members of the staff to be pretty good and knowledgeable, and they seem to be much more on their toes when Bart is in the store. They didn't have a jacket for his school in his size and were not expecting one until the fall - I don't know how, but she made it happen. She worked with the school athletic director for the student to receive his letter early so it could be ready for embroidery.
