Hank came to the rescue! He led me to some items that were best sellers and sold out, quickly, and explained why my relative would love them. He checked all the boxes (something I could either mail or carry in a suit case, non-breakable, etc.) and I felt great with the purchase and confident the family member would love everything - and he did! Hank, you are the real deal, greatly appreciated, and the reason why I will continue being a Sport Nation customer.

The store has a good selection of swimming gear and accessories and it was good to go thru all the different products they have in stock. The employees were knowledgeable regarding the products and gave good advice on options to consider that helped me make my purchase. As with other local stores, their prices are closer to MSRP than Amazon prices but in this day and age, there is a premium to be considered when shopping in a store vs online! The store times are quite limited and given they are the only store in the DMV linked to the swim clubs, getting here involved me taking time off from work during a weekday!

I brought a pair of his with me as he was in school when I was able to go. Upon entering the store, I saw they had a wide variety of swim gear and accessories. The only reason I'm giving them two stars. After ringing the bell for help, a woman appeared and I explained to her what I needed and what size I thought he might need. She immediately looked at me like I had no clue what I was talking about and her facial expressions and huffs were enough to clearly make me get it that she was the superior swim-jammer knower. After a painful back and forth to determine the proper size (the jammers I bought were a different brand than the team ones and therefore run different size-wise) I was able to get what I needed. I started laughing mid conversation with her as I felt there was no possible way someone could be that unkind to the first customer of the day (it was 10:05am where I arrived, they open at 10:00am). I ever had the courage to ask about a team backpack which pushed another button with her it seemed. She commented that I must have missed the team store shop time or be new, which I calmly replied to as, "yeah, we just moved here from out of state and are newer to the sport. My son is elementary school age, I'm learning." Not one positive emotions in return. Needless to say, unless it is absolutely necessary to buy an item from here in the future, I will NOT be returning.
