Cheers and specifically Kathryn, has made it happen through work and determination. They didn't have a jacket for his school in his size and were not expecting one until the fall - I don't know how, but she made it happen. She worked with the school athletic director for the student to receive his letter early so it could be ready for embroidery. The efficiency with the order and the fact that they genuinely care is rare. I wish all businesses ran like this one. Thanks for making a dream come true for a student and thanks for staying on top of things and making it as easy as possible for the host parent!

I had to ask if I was talking to Scrubs and Beyond as she did not identify herself or the store. She said "yeah" again. When I asked the hours, she said till 7. I asked about the Cherokee line as I've seen it on the website and wanted to try some on. She immediately got stiff and said we do t carry them. I said, oh just not in store? She said no, we don't have a contract with them. So, then we had to show her their own website! She then says "go ahead and try to order it, it probable won't ship out" So, we just left. If you can get over lackluster customer service, or if all you're wanting is to just try things on in person so you order online to get a better deal, then go here since there aren't many storefronts anymore.

I walked in and was greeted by someone named Janette. She was extremely friendly and very helpful. Exchange/Refund policy warning! I bought a pair of scrub bottoms yesterday and I have the receipt…read more(just for background info). I asked the cashier at the time would I be able to exchange the large scrub pants for the large/petite scrub pants? Yes just save your receipt! I was cutting it close to times so changed into the scrub pants in the fitting room and I asked the cashier if I could just give her the tags to pay and she said yes and took them. Plot twist you cannot exchange or return anything that does not have a tag attached to it. today I didn't even want to return I just wanted to exchange the pants. I was told no. I was very polite and explained/reminded the cashier that I did not have the tags because she took them. So in the future, although they have nice scrubs, I will not be returning. I paid $35 for a pair of scrub pants that I can't even wear at work because they're too long. I didn't know when I was inside the store if they were gonna be too long because I had my sandals on my feet and I knew I would be wearing tennis shoes and I thought my tennis shoe would make the difference and they wouldn't be too long.

She showed me the racks where other teachers had recently purchased their own sets of scrubs, as they were durable, comfortable, and easy to wash. After picking out a few styles and sizes to try on, Whitney showed me to a changing room and said she could look for additional sizes if I needed them. I found a set I really liked and asked Whitney if she would give me her opinion on how they looked, since I was shopping solo. She confirmed that the fit looked fine, so I set off to the racks to find additional colors in my sizes. When I was having difficulty locating an additional pair of pants, Whitney checked the back for me. Although they didn't have any in stock, she said it would be easy to look up the style number on their website to order additional pairs. She also noted I could choose to have them shipped to the store or home, depending on my preference. Checkout was very easy, although their machine required me to swipe my card rather than inserting the chip or scanning my watch. The prices were reasonable for everything I needed. I loved all the different colors and sizes they had in stock. Whitney provided me with excellent service throughout my visit. Although I'm hoping these scrubs will be a one-time purchase to get me through the rest of this school year, I know where to go if I need more in the future!
