Two months ago they decided to close the studio with one day notice to their clients. The management swiftly transferred everyone to the Burke studio. This was unfortunate because the travel time with construction was not feasible. I asked to freeze my account for a month while we traveled, but they still managed to charge for another month! While I was away I decided to cancel my membership instead of freezing for another month. I was told they would refund the charges to my account. However, the story changed once I cancelled my membership fully. They seem to change the rules to their benefit with no regard to their loyal customers. Mind you, I stayed with the studio during COVID and joining workouts in the parking lot! I never froze my account, and actually encouraged my family and friends to join Pure Barre. In the end, my dedication to the company of Pure Barre meant nothing to them and they stole a full month of charges without any regret. I would never deal with a company like this again, and I hope you don't either, because they don't care about you or your fitness journey, they will change the rules and the days they charge your account so you will always lose and they will win. Pure Barre should be ashamed of themselves for running the business with such disregard for those who have stayed loyal to them thru the years. I RECOMMEND NO ONE JOIN PURE BARRE NOW OR IN THE FUTURE.

Onelife gyms expanded to purchase a lot of locations of other region gyms and in doing so their styles differ a bit between gym - which may be jarring for some. But you don't have to notice if you get the cheaper membership with fewer gym choices. Classes are good and offer varied options, but you may have to hunt for which gym works for your time schedule as getting to one on time is a chore with our traffic. Including all the basics you may need and more, like child care optional extras for the families that need it. At this pace this is set to be a good gym for you for the next ten years easily.

It turned out to be a high-energy, nostalgic dance party to celebrate the 42nd Jazzercise-teaching anniversary of one of our awesome instructors, Debbie. The class was an unexpected joy (as well as a real workout). Now that I think about it, every class comes with an unexpected spark of happiness or motivation--learning a new move, making a new friend, or finding my positive center. Why would you not go?

Two unique features here: 1. some classes are in-person or virtual so there could be some people at home-which definitely allows for more availability in the studio and 2. 12:30 every Sunday there is a free class with an instructor that is either new or in the certification process to give them a chance for live teaching. You still have to register online but I've never come across a studio offering anything for free so this was nice to discover. Love the welcoming community here and will keep coming back.

I joined for a couple of months and had mixed feelings about the place. The facility is in need of a major overhaul...it could be fabulous. Now- It's dark and dated. Hasn't been updated since the 80's or 90's. The women's locker room in particular is so small and uncomfortable. I really liked the pool itself, though. It was sparkly clean, set at a good temperature, and it's for adults only. You schedule your lane time online. It's actually pretty hard to find a nice pool like this in our area, and this one is really nice. The locker room is small and uncomfortable. Even do, I may go back. The answer may be to skip the locker room entirely? Membership plan was available on a month by month basis, running about $90. There are other plans which cost less monthly but require a 12 month commitment and a membership fee up front. I may well rejoin this place. If things have changed, I will update this review. I want to mention that Yelp has "hidden" a number of 5-star reviews from 2023. I suggest you take a look at those as well.

I primarily play tennis there & have taken many classes in the past. The tennis courts are kept in good shape & are cleaned regularly. The restrooms are also clean. There is a fee for taking a guest, but one is allowed to visit unlimited times which is appreciated by myself, a member. Also, non-members may take lessons for a slight up-charge over what a member pays for lessons.

Including that I spent a ton of money on the link that goes on my Apple Watch for orange theory and it had so many technical difficulties which they refused to resolve. They wouldn't give me a new one or send it out for testing but it continued to not work and I was barely able to track progress. I would also have to stop in the middle of a workout for them to try to get it to link to my watch. Anyway, I recently considered giving orange theory a shot again. I started looking at this location with the hope they might be more professional. They have repeatedly called and emailed me. At this point I feel they should know that if someone really wants to join, they will. Calling and emailing again and again doesn't change anything. At first I was just ignoring it but this morning they called me before it's even 9:00am yet. On a Sunday. I personally felt this was really disrespectful. They obviously don't have any care or respect and once again come off as unprofessional. At least understand that it's a Sunday before 9:00 am. I am with my family. Stop harassing me.
