It really depends on the instructor and the time you go. Hyrox, on the other hand, is great since you're usually in groups, which makes it feel more structured and supportive. All of the peak instructors I've had have been really friendly and motivating! The owner is also very welcoming and encourages bringing friends, offering a free trial class so you can see if it's a good fit. *Workouts: Classes usually have about 10-25 people, and you can go at your own pace. I typically go 4-6 times a week, switching up which classes I take. When I first started, the workouts felt tough, but over time, they've become much more manageable (results, yay!). Personally, I'm one of the most unmotivated people when working out alone, and they do a great job of encouraging you to show up at least once a week. The classes are a mix of bodyweight exercises, weights, and cardio, so there's always variety. *Pricing: I pay $159 a month for unlimited classes (~$6.65 a class if you go 6 days a week), which also includes 24/7 access and amenities like massage chairs and saunas. When I first started, I was on the $99 plan for two classes a week, which is a good option if you're not ready to commit fully. *Overall Thoughts: Halo Fitness is a great option for anyone looking for that little extra push. It turned out to be a high-energy, nostalgic dance party to celebrate the 42nd Jazzercise-teaching anniversary of one of our awesome instructors, Debbie. The class was an unexpected joy (as well as a real workout). Now that I think about it, every class comes with an unexpected spark of happiness or motivation--learning a new move, making a new friend, or finding my positive center. Why would you not go?

I came in for my regular workout around 8:00 PM and started a warm-up on a machine in the personal training area. I understand that this area is prioritized for personal training between 6 AM and 7:30 PM, but at that time (8pm)there wasn't anyone using this specific machine. I even asked another member nearby, who confirmed he was not using it. A trainer with tag name under Michael L approached me in a very aggressive and confrontational manner. I had my headphones on and barely heard him yelling out, but before I could even respond, he walked up and pretty much forcefully pulled the machine cord and told me to leave this machine because he claimed to be using it for his trainee. What made the situation worse was that even the trainees he was working with appeared uncomfortable, and another member who witnessed the interaction told me not to mind him and kindly offered me his machine instead. This was a very disappointing experience and not the level of professionalism I expect from someone representing this gym. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on an otherwise good facility.

They wouldn't give me a new one or send it out for testing but it continued to not work and I was barely able to track progress. I would also have to stop in the middle of a workout for them to try to get it to link to my watch. Anyway, I recently considered giving orange theory a shot again. I started looking at this location with the hope they might be more professional. They have repeatedly called and emailed me. At this point I feel they should know that if someone really wants to join, they will. Calling and emailing again and again doesn't change anything. At first I was just ignoring it but this morning they called me before it's even 9:00am yet. On a Sunday. I personally felt this was really disrespectful. They obviously don't have any care or respect and once again come off as unprofessional. At least understand that it's a Sunday before 9:00 am. I am with my family. Stop harassing me.

Hasn't been updated since the 80's or 90's. The women's locker room in particular is so small and uncomfortable. I really liked the pool itself, though. It was sparkly clean, set at a good temperature, and it's for adults only. You schedule your lane time online. It's actually pretty hard to find a nice pool like this in our area, and this one is really nice. The locker room is small and uncomfortable. Even do, I may go back. The answer may be to skip the locker room entirely? Membership plan was available on a month by month basis, running about $90. There are other plans which cost less monthly but require a 12 month commitment and a membership fee up front. I may well rejoin this place. If things have changed, I will update this review. I want to mention that Yelp has "hidden" a number of 5-star reviews from 2023. I suggest you take a look at those as well.

I primarily play tennis there & have taken many classes in the past. The tennis courts are kept in good shape & are cleaned regularly. The restrooms are also clean. There is a fee for taking a guest, but one is allowed to visit unlimited times which is appreciated by myself, a member. Also, non-members may take lessons for a slight up-charge over what a member pays for lessons.
