I ordered shoes from pickleballcentral.com. that were my usual size. When they arrived, they were too large. I contacted customer service by phone to initiate a return. I received an email with a return label that I printed on my home printer. I mailed the shoes to Pickleball Central and incurred a $3.99 charge. Several weeks later I received an email regarding my refund. They had deducted $6.55 from my refund for sending the email with the return label that I printed myself. When I talked with the customer service representative by phone initially there is no mention of this charge. I feel that the return process is not transparent and is unfair. read more

I ordered 100 lifetime Pickleball's that said they were in stock. Then got an email stating that I wouldn't get them till November.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU NEED ITEMS QUICKLY. My order was paid for on July 10, and it was supposed to be shipped the next day. It stayed in "prep" status for three days before I received the email with tracking number. USPS lost/misplaced the shipment and it stayed in limbo for a week, for which I do NOT blame Pickleball Central. BUT I contacted customer service at PC for help after waiting for a week without a paddle, and on July 18th, they were going to ship a replacement. Today is July 21, and it is still in "prep" mode again. So this will take over two weeks for me to see any resolution. UNACCEPTABLE. read more

Customer service They will not refund your money until you can return your order. However, when their shipper loses your order, you cannot get the refund, nothing to return!!!. Awful customer service and terrible return policy. Make sure you're 1000% sure on your order if you get it from them. I was told by customer service there was "literally nothing I could do to cancel the order in time" so I'll now have to wait to get the item, then return it and only then I'll get my refund. An absolute joke! Then the guy was super passive-aggressive and rude when I suggested a "cancel order button" My guess is they make it difficult to return on purpose so you'll just accept the item and not deal with all the BS. read more

Avoid this website, it's a SCAM! PickleballCenteral advertises themselves as 100% satisfaction guarantee. I purchased 100 pickleball balls and they delivered some really bad quality balls. Now, they don't cover return shipping. I got them in $100, now return shipping is on the customer, so it's way too expensive to ship. I ended up losing $100. I've ordered several things on line for shipping, Always great communication and fast shipping! The last deal is what really did me in, I had a third party order for a really nice net (not just you average portable) the net manufacturer made a small mistake and sent the wrong net. After waiting for more than a month for the net to be made and shipped I was a little Bummed. I reached out to Pickleball Central: They apologized, was NOT their fault! Horrible customer service. I was told I could have an 8% discount to my order. When I placed my order the discount did not show up. I called to ask them why and they said it does not apply to pickle all machines. Well nobody told me that. Instead of trying to remedy the situation they said my least favorite word " unfortunately" so now( unfortunately) I will buy my machine elsewhere. I can't say enough about their customer service. I had an issue with a net I purchased and Eliza helped me find possible solutions. With her help, they found my net system to be defective and offered to replace it with a new net. Within a couple of days they delivered my new net and provided a return label for my defective one. Had a question about a used paddle that I saw on the website. Called and spoke with Tamara. She was outstanding--friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. She went and found the paddle and answered my questions. I told her I was not in a hurry for the paddle and we agreed on the cheapest shipping. I have purchased 3 Pickleball Paddles from them. One recently, a Rally Graphite Power, 2.0 came apart at the binding on the top. I run a small 45 person Pickleball group in our community and 3 of us had the same problem recently with this same paddle. I called Pickleball Central and followed up with an email and several photos of the defective paddle. Immediately and without question a new paddle was sent to me within days. Throughout the entire process from purchasing the paddles to my return I had a response from a person within a short time. They were always a pleasure to deal with and took care of my needs immediately.. something rare in this day and age.
