So, I said in reasonable defense "I have not ever done this, this is only the first time I returned anything at big 5. Anyway, he said well, someone who looks like you keeps doing this. (By the way, I'm a black woman). So he reluctantly does the return and warned him not to judge anyone this way, but he just kept arguing with me. And the other employees were just standing there just simply not caring. I'm writing this review in the hope that NO ONE, especially a person of color has this experience.
