I am Asian. This food is just terrible. I know this is Americanized Chinese food. But it doesn't mean you'll have to make everything sweet. My God! Do you have to put sugar in every sauce and every dish? Their food is nothing like Panda Express level. The chow mein is super saucy and sweet and Mongolian beef is saucy and sweet too. I wonder if they used same sauce for both dishes because they all taste the same! Also the beef didn't come in like whole pieces, there's a lot of small broken pieces in the dish, like ground beef level which is very unappetizing. The coating is very weird too, like mushy, starchy texture... The line is very long and yet they are not like panda where everything is ready to serve. You'll need to wait 15mins to get your food. I don't understand how this establishment can have such high reviews. I would eat literally anywhere but here. Ok maybe not anywhere, but I wouldn't come back here. The food is so drenched in sauce that it over powers and ruins everything on the plate. I think I got some sort of orange chicken and chow mein in a bowl. Everything was swimming in the super sweet sauce from the chicken. The chicken itself was tiny little pieces and it all got lost in the orange syrup. Bummer. My husband got a similar dish but I think kung pao. His had a bit less sauce or it wasn't as over powering. But it's wasn't much better. The restaurant was super clean and that is major in my book. Service at the counter was friendly. They have all the condiments on the counter and I love that they carry Chinese hot mustard. Just too bad the food is so shitty. From the second I walked in the door it was obvious that this location far surpasses the others. First you are greeted when you walk in, the cashier was sure to recommend the lunch special which saved a couple bucks. Cashier was very friendly, had a smile and never made us feel rushed. The entire place was clean, we were given a number to set on the table and within about 7 minutes of ordering a very pleasant young lady brought our food to us. That was kinda nice. She checked back a couple times so we had the feeling of a full service restaurant and not some fast food place. Food was delicious and cooked perfectly. Marked no white onion - it's on option they give to exclude listed ingredients. Well they failed to follow directions! Tons of onions, huge pieces! Ordered the family meal for me and my wife. Came with fried rice and brown rice. Had choices of two chicken dishes. Also had 4 wontons and 2 veggie eggrolls(they were supposed to be 4 dumplings but they messed up my order. The total came out to be $29.01 for this meal. Seriously, it did not fill us up and it was supposed to be a family meal. Maybe we are just fatties...well, my wife weighs 110 pounds and i am around 190...but we could have gone to panda express for way more food and half the price. I've been here for lunch a couple of times. Love their Chinese Chicken Salad. Nice, clean location. Close to movie theaters, lots of stores, and other restaurants, so the parking lot can get crowded. Good service and staff overall. Today, one of the staff members came out and offered each of the dine-in customers a free chocolate dipped fortune cookie for dessert, which I thought was a nice touch. They don't prepare your order until you order it so it is freshly made. So far I've tried their house special chicken and their kung pao chicken. I find that they make their entrees a little bit too sweet and it's fried and I did not like either of them. The Kung Pao chicken was not spicy. Their entrees range between 9 to 11 dollars depending if you want chicken beef or seafood. the only thing that I loved about this restaurant is that there's unlimited fortune cookies that you can grab on your own and they're want on Wednesdays for cream cheese rangoon's are $0.40 for one piece. if you sign up for their birthday club you'll get a free 6 piece cream cheese rangoon. besides coming here when they give you coupons for free on trees or cheap cream cheese rangoon's I don't think that I will be coming back. I see that most people spend an average of $40 here but you can get a lot more high quality food at a sit-down Chinese restaurant or even at Panda Express. read more

My sister absolutely loves this location. There is a shift leader by the name of Brianna that I would definitely like to acknowledge on this review. On Sunday 08-13-2017 around 2 PM we went there to have a lunch, as always food at all of their locations including this one was great, good customer service too. The thing that bothered us was that there were about six to seven tables empty and most of these tables / booths FLOOR were dirty with left over rice, chicken or trash papers. They seemed to cleaning tables but ignoring floors completely. Some of the floor areas were sticky too.
