This company was recommended by the piano technician at UCI. Because of this referral and the conversation with Donnie, I was convinced right from the beginning that this move work out. This was exceptionally a challenging work with 30 steps at the pick up location and 15 steps at the drop off location with a tight turn. Many company gave me outrageously expensive quotes due to the number of steps and turn without giving me assurance that this would work, and that they are happy to do it. Donnie gave me the most reasonable quote of all the companies I've talked with while giving me great reassurance. His son Josh gave me a call on the day to give me the time frame and also few minutes before they arrived. They took amazing care of my baby grand piano on the stairways, and made it through the tight turn at the entrance of my studio. They also carefully adjusted the position of the piano in the room until I found the right spot. Also gave me advice on caster cups. You can for sure trust their work, and will be happy with their outstanding service. read more

was on the road when these dudes were driving their moving truck around. very unsafe driving practices. pulled in front of my vehicle when I was going 40 mph through a green light, then proceeded to pull in front of me and another vehicle a second time. writing this review here because I'm assuming the guys that were driving this truck are also the owners of the company and are not going to care about a complaint made directly to them. they clearly don't care about anyone's safety and I would not trust people like this with my piano to save my life. read more

I was able to schedule and have my delivered within the same week which was great as I needed to get the piano out fast! Donny was super easy to communicate with and very professional. Also, I did shop around and his rates were the most reasonable! Delivery was great as they coordinated with my contact at the pick-up location so I only needed to meet them at my house.
