During the call, I was given one price for an after market screen and another more than double for the Apple brand screen. I asked if there was a difference in quality and the man said, no difference, and the warranty is exactly the same. When I got to the store, a different person came out and said if I get the after market screen, it won't look good and my phone will probably overheat. So he said if I don't pay double what I was quoted, my phone would malfunction. This is the most egregious bait and switch I can remember experiencing. I left to get my phone repaired elsewhere.

I try to charge it and got nothing. I come back and tell him I was not pleased and he says "we let you keep the screen!" are you kidding me? There was a consult/diagnosis fee, but they count this towards your final repair cost at the end, so it's free as long as you are getting your item fixed. Gadget Guru was able to fix our drone for less than the cost of having to buy a new one and we are so excited to have it back and running again :) There were unexpected delays in supplies of drone parts which we would have experienced ourselves as well (the times we live in). They reliably called with updates and thanked us for our patience. Great communication regarding what they found to be wrong and what they would be replacing to fix the problem, with time estimates as best they could :) I will definitely be a return customer with any other electronics in need of repair. Friendly, courteous service, with business hours late enough I can still reach them after work when needed. Completely recommend the Columbia Gadget Gurus :)

For the amount they charged me they left lots of damage behind and then used my spare propellers…read morethat I forgot to take out the box instead of ordering new ones and then didn't even bother to fix some of cracks and replace the back left propellers that was still cracked. So overall not good value. But I can say they atleast take the amount of time they say they will and give updates so good customer service. Final verdict good customer service lack luster overall job.
