They applied two coats of paint to both the ceilings and the walls, carefully touching up any spots that were missed. They also cleaned up thoroughly and put all furniture back in its proper place. The inspector and project manager, Elijah Tucker, maintained excellent communication with me throughout the project and even provided his personal cell number in case I had any concerns. His inspection team came out afterward and did a fabulous job reviewing the work. They pointed out minor deficiencies, which were quickly corrected. The walkthrough was very thorough. They even had a trainee, Dominique, who was very professional and knowledgeable as he trained to become an inspector. I appreciated that they had a separate team dedicated to inspecting the completed work to ensure quality. Another thing I liked was the five-year warranty they provided on the job. They will return for touch-ups if needed, which gave me peace of mind. They used top-of-the-line Sherwin-Williams paint and took no shortcuts. I had been researching painters for weeks before choosing this company, and I can truly say it was the best choice I have made. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they did not nickel-and-dime me like some other companies. I felt safe having them in my home--they felt like family. They offer a wide range of services, including interior painting, exterior painting, and cabinet painting. Dawin and his wife were an excellent team. They communicated with me every step of the way, and if they noticed anything additional that needed attention, they fixed it right away without hesitation. Third, they placed everything they moved back and left the site clean. The quality of paint (versus what the builder put on) has added a luster to the house that just looks clean and polished. I'm not in construction, but am a better contractor than he is!! The price quoted seemed reasonable but the responsiveness and service provided was atrocious! I realize there is lead time in ordering materials, but had I not continued to hound Marlon I don't think the job would have ever happened! When the job did occur, it was all screwed up! We were getting replacement French Doors installed. First of all, we had to provide final payment before Marlon would allow his guys to even start the job. The check I gave Marlon was cashed before the guys were even done. We both work from home, so I guess we should've supervised the job, but we were paying for the job so we shouldn't have to supervise it, right? Well, the guys leave and then we check out the doors to find out they were installed backwards. Swing-out doors with internal blinds were installed as swing-in doors so the blind controls ended up on the outside of the house! After about three weeks of hounding, Marlon, he finally sent his guys back out to check it out. Did they fix the doors? NO!! They continued to insist that they were installed correctly and left. I ended up having to hire somebody else to turn the doors around and pay them to do it so now the reasonable quote was no longer reasonable! I told Marlon about it, and he promised he would repay me for the door re-install. After 2 months of asking and reminding him he never did so here is his review. Never ever hire Tricolor Flooring or you may end up with Marlon and you will regret it.

Yandry was extremely professional and courteous ( I might add, they both wore shoe covers). Upon completion, I inquired as to what I owed them, whereas Yandry simply said, " Nothing."
