He was on time and completed the cleaning as scheduled. We had some very old stains that remained after the cleaning, but overall we were pretty happy. Several of the stubborn stains went away (I think it may have been due to the cleaning product he used).

The price kept changing and after arguing back and forth with the owner I decided to accept my loss . They charged me more and then tried to give back half. They also left their supply packaging in the house, disconnected the water hose and didn't reconnect after they left. They did not inform that they would charge a 3% credit card fee and had it listed as a sales tax on invoice . The work was average nothing wowed me. Would not recommend or give second chance Update: had heard a loud bang during their work, but was told to leave the room due to slippery floors... turned out they broke a piece of art and placed it back on shelf without admitting it! There were a few different blood stains on it so I used a cleaner made for upholstery, and although it cleaned the blood stains, it dried leaving several soap rings. It looked horrible! So last Sunday, I decided to find someone to see if they could clean it for me using the Yelp app. Several people responded, but what I liked best about Jack is that he told me he didn't feel right charging me his minimum for what he considered a small job, so he would also clean my rug, which was fine with me. He was $60 less than the other quotes that I received, and he was super quick in scheduling an appointment. We set an appointment for two days later because Monday was a holiday, and he arrived on time. He explained everything upfront, and made suggestions, and was very open minded with what I wanted to accomplish. As you can see from the pictures, he did a great job! I feel like I have a brand new couch and a brand new rug! I was actually looking for other things in my house for him to clean, it was that good! I will definitely use again and will refer him to anybody and everybody that I can! Not only that, he was incredibly affordable and saved me from buying a new couch! I'm trying to post all the photos, but for some reason, Yelp isn't posting what I'm trying to post.
