Bryce and his partner arrived right on time and did a great job of going deep to remove damage grout and replacing it. They were careful to match the new grout as close as possible since I did not know what it was. They color sealed the grout and clear sealed the walls. The most concerning issue was in the game room; while other rooms showed signs of being buffed and sealed (leaving a slight haze), the game room appeared completely untouched. He came right away to clean the carpets in my home. My previous tenants had a dog and 3 rambunctious young kids with lots of friends who came over. Lots of traffic on my carpets. Our primary bathroom was not maintained well during the tenants stay. Lots of soap scum and hard water built up in the tile and grout. Bruno came initially to clean the full bathroom.
