Steve was SO amazing! I didn't get any before pictures of my grout but it was dark brown before and now it's so light tan it's almost white. It looks like when we first moved into this house. We have 8 cats here and I pride myself on cleanliness, so when people visit they don't think 8 cats live here. Quoted a great price and I let them know the rugs would be outside my front door because I would be in a meeting when they came by to get them. They became frustrated that I didn't come to the door (I was in a meeting) and messaged me to convey their feelings. I let them know that I understood being frustrated but that we had coordinated ahead of time that I would be unavailable when they came to pick them up. He called and said the previous job was going be done sooner than planned and asked if he could come 30 minutes early. Communication was great. We did not have a large job. One area carpet and a couch. Steve did a great job and got our carpet and furniture cleaner than anyone had done previously including the ridiculously overpriced Stanley Steamer. I had a fabric sectional and two bedrooms with Berber that needed to be cleaned. Because of some rescue animals we care for, there was soiling.
