It took weeks to dry it out, the fibers got rotten and the smell was so terrible that I had to remove the rug from my house. I understand that the staff could be inexperienced and I thought that the company would easily repair this damage but I was naive. I contacted Bryan, who I think is the supervisor, to come and see the rug. After scheduling multiple times he didn't show up and now doesn't even answer my calls or return my texts. Honestly, I never had to deal with such unprofessional service in my life.

I live in a two-story townhome and my dryer duct blows out of my roof, rather than ground level and they didn't charge me anything additional to go into my attic or up on my roof. I opted to pay an extra $30 to replace part of the duct work in the attic that had holes in it causing the lint to blow out in the attic. My vent and duct was so clogged as you can see in my pics. They showed up on time, were very friendly and did an awesome job. I wouldn't hesitate contacting them in the future for dryer duct cleaning, and will have them do my carpet too when I'm ready to have it cleaned again. Over all a very good experience!

Josh, the Production Manager, personally came out to inspect the project and made sure everything met their high standards. There were a couple of small details he wanted addressed, and he didn't hesitate to have them taken care of. That level of quality control and pride in their work really impressed us. Rob, one of their service technicians, was wonderful to work with as well. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, courteous, and professional from start to finish. They were definitely in need of some TLC! Like majorly! Jonathan Schling was our technician, and he was so great to work with. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, honest. He took the time to go over our carpets and explain which areas needed extra attention and which ones were fine as they were. I really appreciated that he didn't try to sell us on things we didn't need. You can tell he really knows his stuff, and takes great pride in his job, he took great care of our carpets. They also have written on their estimates: "Lifetime warranty on leaks/7 year labor/20-50 year manufacturers warranty." Their price to replace ~30 feet of gutters was reasonable and they were very friendly. After several years my gutters began to leak at the seams (disappointing but not too big of a deal) but then water began to overflow at one of the sections, creating a waterfall type effect during hard rain. I called naively thinking they would come out and fill the leaks and fix the overflow issue, but they were reluctant to do anything. They first said the leak was because they weren't cleaned regularly (they are 30 feet high with no trees above them), but when they came out to look at the waterflow issue, they stated that what was needed were wider gutters to replace the narrower ones they had initially installed. The cost to "fix" this was ~9x what I had originally paid. When I pointed out the absurdity of this "remedy" to my solution, they did not follow up (they had been calling weekly to let me know about their financing option). Looking back, they were never interested in fixing anything, just angling for more business. In fact, the person they sent out was not even a repairman but the guy that gives estimates. I now have to replace gutters that they replaced-the rest of my gutters are all fine. Incredibly disappointing.

He sent an AMAZING crew to my home. They were quick, professional and got the job done with excellence and within just a few short hours I had the back re-screened and the front screened in. They were attentive and cleaned up completely... they even went so far as to clean up some of the exposure debris and dirt that had accumulated due to my missing screens.
