After dealing with several other paver companies that either didn't follow through or left us disappointed, I was understandably hesitant. I explained our past experiences to Ben, and he was incredibly professional, patient, and thorough. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel confident that we were in good hands. The entire team exceeded our expectations. Josh, the Production Manager, personally came out to inspect the project and made sure everything met their high standards. There were a couple of small details he wanted addressed, and he didn't hesitate to have them taken care of. That level of quality control and pride in their work really impressed us. Rob, one of their service technicians, was wonderful to work with as well. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, courteous, and professional from start to finish. Several months later, our pavers still look fantastic, and we're so happy we chose this company. It's refreshing to find a business that truly stands behind its work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.
