My wife and I were searching online to hire a trustworthy and reliable painting company to help us with our investment home in Ruskin, FL. My husband and i would not refer this company. Don't get us wrong, the crew was great, even with the language barrier; but our overall experience left a lot to be desired. What was supposed to be a 2-3 day job turned our household upside down for a week; and our home is still not complete. On our third walk thru we are still finding debris in the yard, chipped and peeling paint, dirt and grass that had been painted onto the patio floor, electrical outlets/boxes that are sealed shut with paint, painters tape that was not removed but instead painted over, and nothing seems to be uniform or clean when you take a closer look. We have paint on our shingles, lava rocks, windows and sidewalk entryway. Not to mention masking tape adhesive that has stained the driveway. The crew began working even though the weather forecast wasnt good. They barely got one coat on the front before they were rained out. All that paint then ran off and sat in the paper and yard for three days before the crew returned to work. None of which was ever cleaned up (the staining, not the paper, plastic, and actual tape). The trash was not removed from the premises and instead placed in our yard waste bin and left a bag on the side of the house. We now have a dead patch of grass in the front yard that was not there proir to pressure washing, as well as trampled lantana plants in the flowerbed. Getting our front door and shutters painted the correct color and design was a nightmare in itself. The crew never spent one full day working here, but instead would arrive at 8 in the morning and leave between 11-1 despite the weather being clear well into the afternoon. It was poorly planned and the customer satisfaction didn't seem to be a concern. It was truly one nightmare after another, and now we're going to have to find other means to finish this project. Its a shame that our home was not completed. Everyone was polite and courteous whenever they were here. The crew members were very hard workers, and the look and appeal of the paint is very nicely done. However, the clean finishing touches and professionalism we expected, just wasn't there. read more

Carlos was involved from start to finish, making sure I was aware of the scope of the project and what time his painter would be there so there were no surprises. He was also in touch frequently via text. Right after the job was done he was there personally to make sure everything met my expectations and the job was done very well. Carlos and his team at Only Pro Painters did an exceptional job with our exterior home painting project. We received quotes from a number of painting companies (6-7 different painters) prior to selecting Only Pro Painters. We have what I would consider a difficult house to paint (3 story home which requires a lift, neighbor on one side pretty close to our home,etc). From our interviews with other painting companies, it was pretty clear that several of them felt it was too big of a job, but not for Carlos and his team. Carlos made it clear that it was certainly a job that he and his team could handle, and they delivered. His quote was fair for the quality of the service. We had a pretty specific window in terms of when we ideally wanted the job done, we didn't even think it would realistically be possible to complete the project in this time period, but Carlos adjusted his team's schedule around and impressively made it work. Wow! This is now officially my go to paint company! My plan was to have part of my entry way painted and a single bedroom and have a few companies come give me a quote. Carlos from Only Pro was the first one to come by to quote me. From the moment he set foot in my house, I was very comfortable with him and respected his deep knowledge of painting from layering, edging, cutting and understanding flow and colors. He was a professional by all accounts, and guided me on what needed to be done to have a proper paint job in the house. He told me from a professionals perspective of what needs to be done, even if I didn't go with him. After about an hour of talking, I showed him the rest of the house and instead of a small paint job, he and I agreed to do the family room, kitchen, entire foyer, hallway and the bedroom! I cancelled the remaining quotes just because I felt that comfortable going with Carlos. His quote was great, but his knowledge is what really sold me! Having young kids, he offered me Super Paint from Sherwin Williams in satin, and a provided color choices that would highlight accent tiles from my kitchen that would create a beautiful flow. I honestly didn't know which paint we were going to use in the kitchen/family room, and Carlos helped make the choice very simple. His guys came out just a few days later On Time (by the minute!) , and did better than any professional job I have seen. They had my floors covered, helped moved my furniture, used proper blockage so as to not have any paint spill over between rooms. His guys worked non stop and made my house look spectacular, they cleaned up so well once that once they left that you could not tell anyone had been there working all day. Once everything was done, I had my wife do a walkthrough, and she agreed that their paint job is the cleanest she has ever need. No paint bleeds, cutting was beautiful, and the layering was perfect. I did see one spot that didn't dry well, and didn't see it when the paint was wet, called Carlos and he and his guy were back the next morning to make sure it was all fixed! I can't stress enough how much of a professional Carlos is, he came in as a contractor, but ended up leaving as a friend! I really think his advise is that of a professional painter combined with an interior decorator so the color choices he provides are colors that will make your rooms stand out, and really make you comfortable. His quality paint is something that is going to last, so going cheaper would have been okay for a year or two but then I would be in the same situation. I plan on doing other rooms in my house in a few years and possibly doing the exterior of my house, and guaranteed to call Carlos and his crew of Only Pro painters to do the job. First of all, let me began by saying, I paid a lot of money for a painter to paint the interior of my new home. He missed spots, left streaks, dripped paint on the carpet, etc. It was a total mess. Then I had another guy come to install wainscoting and paint. That paint job was HORRIBLE. He didn't caulk or paint it correctly and it looked terrible. I saw Only Pro online and read good reviews so I decided to give him a try. Carlos team was awesome!! They repainted all the walls which corrected that other painter's mess. And he even had a guy who was able to caulk and repaint my wainscoting . Everything was done in one days work and to perfection. The whole team was super nice and friendly. I am very very picky, and I have to say my home looks absolutely amazing now!! We are starting to work on the other rooms and I will be sure to call Carlos for those rooms too. I cannot express how highly I recommend Carlos and Only Pro Painters. I own a rental property single family home in Ruskin Florida and the fact that I live in Vermont makes managing it a nightmare.
