I'm rather particular, so his attention to detail and accommodation was on point. Between initial quote and the final application of paint, the entire timeline was less than a week (as he was able to fit us into his schedule between jobs to align with optimal weather). The job itself took Jeff and Joe only three days to complete (full exterior, including power washing, patchwork and caulk + inside/outside of lanai + mailbox post): Monday, 7/6/2020 - Wednesday, 7/8/2020 Side note: Jeff happens to live in the same neighborhood as we do, so his work can be seen throughout. During the process, my neighbor across the street also inquired (and spoke with Jeff while onsite) about possibly doing some work on his home, too. The caulking either cracked or they missed large sections. I am still scraping up paint drips from my tile floors. There was a large blob of paint on my dryer. Drywall work can be very messy/dusty, but not only did they tarp off all of the furniture in the room, each night they finished they cleaned up every spec of dust. They did an incredible job repairing our wall that got water damaged from a leaking A/C air handler in the attic. Not only did they have to tear out drywall and kill mold in the wall and replace the drywall, they also had to match the texture we have on all of the walls of our house. The final price ended up being more than the initial estimate, but Anthony said right up front if there was mold it would be a bigger and more costly job. I still think it was a good value for the amount of work, their respectfulness, and the way the cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Anthony for any carpentry/drywall job and will be calling him back for our next job.

On the phone and in person he was friendly my husband and I agreed to hire him after he promised the house especially the driveway will look awesome. First day He power washed the landings of the house. then a rep from Sherwin Williams arrived, we picked colors and stressed my concerns. I was so concerned about the driveways new paint peeling. So,the day he returned to prep the house with caulking I asked him why was the crack cover up were so messy and the driveway seal so uneven he started to get sarcastic and started to say if I wanted it perfect to get a new drive way. He refused to go fix the problem and he also said Sherwin Williams do not offer warranty on the paint (lie). Beware He is very nice in person and over the phone. He is not a professional or very detailed person. He lies to get your project then when there's a problem he is not able to accept criticism. Mr. Sean he calls home self Jimmy Sean from Mexico. I will be taking him to court. For the money he offered and refuses to pay. He also refused to provide an updated receipt from $2400 to $3600. For more work given. IRS will be delighted to hear about this. What a mess! Before Hire this man look up his reviews in google. Bad very bad.
