MJ and his team are AMAZING at what they do. I contacted MJ late to help me with plumbing issues after installing new countertops. With family coming into town the next day all while having no water and, not knowing anything about plumbing, MJ came over the same day which was late when he could have told me to wait until the next day but he didn't. (Just goes to show how much he truly cares about his customers). He was able to walk me through the process of what exactly needed to be fixed. He and his team installed new sink hooks ups, new garbage disposals and completed the work in a short amount of time. All while being so kind in the process. I am so thankful for them for saving the day. I would 1,000% recommend his services to any others looking for a handyman that can get the job done. His positive reviews speak for themselves. As he prioritizes truly caring about his customers. I am so thankful for MJ and crew. 100% recommend his services.

Customer BEWARE! I do not like to post negative reviews; however, everyone out there should hear…read moreabout our experiences with this company. We contracted with Precise Painting Solutions to paint the trim and doors to the front side of our 8-unit complex (2 colors). The contract specified: Power washing the exterior (Yes) Caulking (Nope) Priming (Nope) Scraping (Nope) Puttying (Nope) Repair damaged wood window trim (for $200 we got one piece of window trim replaced which fell off before the day was over; they did secure it with painters' tape the following day) Over a 3 week period of time, we were "assigned" one painter. This seemed reasonable except we were unable to communicate with the painter - he only spoke Spanish. This would not have been a problem at all if someone from the company effectively communicated with him. A "foreman" was dispatched early on to address our concerns, however, almost every single thing the foreman said ended up to be total BS. Communication (or lack there of) was simply abysmal; appointments made to address problems were blown off -- not even a courtesy call to say no one was going to show up. Assurances that a notification would be provided when the front doors were going to be painted (so that the owners could be make arrangements to have their doors open so that the inside jambs and edges could be painted) never materialized. Paint bubbled, paint peeled, areas were missed altogether, cracks were never prepped, cracks were never filled, NOTHING was sanded. A walk through with the owner of the company at which a comprehensive list of problems was provided per unit, resulted in the owner placing pieces of painters' blue tape over each issue (and photos taken of those areas not accessible from the ground floor). The following day "our" painter came through and simply removed the pieces of blue tape before doing anything and then asked for a check. (BTW his request was illustrated by gestures since he does not speak English and I do not speak Spanish.) After 3 weeks of little communication, total lack of courtesy and disregard for the contract, we asked the company to leave the premises. BEWARE!

They worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job faster than estimated. Jeff was able to catch some things we hadn't noticed before, like closet ceilings being painted the same color as the walls. He offered to pick up additional white ceiling paint so they would match at a reasonable cost. Jeff and his team were nice, friendly, and easygoing and they did quality work. They walked through the home with us once they were finished and were happy to touch up any remaining spots. Overall, they left our house clean and looking really nice with fresh paint.
