If you're looking for a painting company, you can stop looking. This company is aces in my book! From start to finish, I was always impressed. For starters, I had 4 different businesses provide me with an estimate. Not only was Premier right in the middle with the pricing estimates, the guy that came out (Randy), was the ONLY one that physically inspected the whole house with us (the others walked around and glanced). He noticed things that needed repair, and offered suggestions. He was always very professional, and very down to earth. After we hired him, he kept us updated with things, and any questions we had, he always got back to us quickly. I felt pretty sure that we were hiring the right company, but as we all know, the finished product can be a whole another deal. It only took them about 2 days to paint it, but oh my gosh, I'm in love with my house!!! Had I known about this great company, and that the price was going to be what it was, I would've had my house painted 4 years ago when we first moved in! We also had some stucco damage in the back of the house, our porch ceiling was looking bad, and our wooden front door was faded from the sun. They fixed all of these things in advance of the painting, and did a flawless job with all three! I have closely inspected the work that they did, and it is beyond my expectations! (which if you knew me, that's a tough accomplishment). I tend to be a perfectionist, to the point of being OCD (just ask my poor husband - LOL). So a lot of times, I have to "settle" for the work done, and I just deal with it (and do touch-ups myself afterwards). Well, NOT this time!! This time, Mama's happy!! I checked the paint lines, and they are all perfect lines, around the windows, soffits, everything. I can't find ANY drips, overspray, or anything of the sort. AND, I knew that they would be making a little trench around the house so that the paint would go down several inches, but it's close to SIX inches down they went! I am SO happy I found this painting company, and I will most definitely refer my family and friends to them!! read more

Needed 3 bedrooms and a bathroom painted. They showed up on time, were professional, incredibly sweet with my dog, moved all of our furniture and even assisted my husband with breaking down and helping him move out a desk we were getting rid of (which they did not need to do). If I could give them a zero I would! Paint peeled the day after they paint the exterior of my house. Left drip marks all over my lanai gutters spray marks on the gutters in the front and painted over the corrosion, without informing my It should be sanded down. Terrible. Oh and they used the wrong paint color. They ruined my house and now I have had an even harder time finding someone who wants the job to fix it and will do it right . The paint peeling is now all over my house and way worse! I would NEVER recommend them read more

I own a large vacation rental in Indian Rocks Beach and have used Premier on three different occasions. Travis is the owner and is very responsive and knowledgeable. I dealt with Travis when we were doing a complete renovation and they painted both inside and outside. All of the workers were courteous and professional and the outcome was beautiful. I have used them a few times since to do some updating. Most recently I dealt with Randy. Again the experience was very positive. The job they did looks beautiful, they worked with me on timing in between guests and the price was fair. Maybe not the cheapest but certainly the most professional outcome. It looks amazing. I should say I live in texas so all of this was arranged long distance and Randy coordinated everything and it was done within the timeframe I needed. I recommend this highly and wouldn't trust anyone else the way I trust Premier. They're wonderful. read more

These folks were terrific in every way. From John, who came out and gave us the basics of the job and a quote, to Allison, worked with a couple of anxious clients as we worried ourselves over picking the right color and helping is in every way to Wayne and Brandon, who did the power washing, taping, sealing, priming and finally painting, they were all the best treating us as if we were family. We wish we would have never let them in our home. I do not have the time or energy to give this review the attention it deserves or post the hundred or so pics I have of their work, so I will simply defer to the sentence above. With that being said, Amanda was a true pleasure to work with. She runs the office/financial side of the business and unfortunately got stuck having to take on a more active role while negotiating and trying her best to rectify the issues that were caused by whoever Premier subbed my popcorn removal and painting job to. There is no doubt in my mind that some, if not all, of the good reviews online are warranted (assuming they are not relatives, friends or employees). I am sure if you got an actual Premier crew with Premier employees you are probably happy with your outcome. I on the other hand got a day or two of a real premier crew before I received an email telling me that crew was being "pulled" to go fix a problem on another job and my job would resume two days later. I think some of the work done by that crew looked pretty good. They did a good job patching and repairing multiple outlet holes and other drywall items to the point you would never know they were patched. I can only assume, and this is clearly a guess, that after that crew was "pulled" my job was subbed out to what looked like day laborers picked up at Labor Ready. I stood in my house and told the owner Travis that I was not going to "trash them" on the internet, and I am not. I just get angrier every time I walk into one of the rooms these day laborers painted that has the texture and appearance of sand paper that causes my guests to actually comment on it. I will not go into other negative details of my experience because in all fairness, they did make some concessions and reduce the costs in an effort to make things right. Any issue I addressed that was within their ability to rectify with a credit to my account they did. I did not want them back in my house, so correcting the awful sandy texture, over-sprayed texture and other cosmetic issues was not an option. Does it change the fact that we still overpaid for a paint job that I will certainly be redoing myself in the coming year or two? Probably not, but I want to tell the whole truth. Travis, who I think is a genuinely nice person, made a poor decision in whoever he sent to represent his company and for all intents and purposes trash our clean empty house in the process. His father John, who came out for the initial estimate, is one of the nicest guys I have met and a true pleasure to be around. The same could be said for Amanda who was extremely professional and polite to work with. So you have a really nice family that probably have a good company, but I just happen to be the unlucky guy that got my job subbed out for whatever reason. If you use them I would make sure you are getting a real Premier crew for the entirety of your job. I picked this company because for once in my life I wanted the best. They were the highest of three other local "big name" panting companies and were twice as high as two of them. I did not care, I wanted my house to be prepped for popcorn removal like the ones on their website. I wanted my paint job to look like the ones on their website. In the end, I got neither. It's really sad that when it was all said and done, my wife and I both said we just wished we would have kept the popcorn and painted the walls ourselves. Working with Premier Painting and Coating was probably one of the most pleasant experiences I've since my current project started. Travis, the owner, is super responsive. If you e-mail, he'll e-mail you back. If you text, he'll text you back. I ultimately decided to go with him because he was responsive, professional, and customer service oriented. The only part I struggled with was getting a carpenter before Premier Painting could come out but that's not on them. They came when they were supposed to come and they did great work. Brad and the other guy paid a lot of attention to detail and did everything the way we wanted. They were also really pleasant when we would come by. Nowadays, it's hard to come by a company that does quality work with superb customer service. They even take credit card without charging extra. I'm glad I found them and wouldn't use anyone else. Can't give more stars but I would. My home is beautiful! What a pleasure it was working with the upmost professionals in their field. Travis, the owner was 100% at your service. If there was any issue of any kind it was addressed on the spot. His staff was very attentive to detail to my exterior home of 2600 sq. ft. plus my concrete privacy walls. ( last paint job was 14 years ago) I have had numerous rental properties done before I knew Travis' company. Nothing compares. Highly recommend this company. Travis sent out Joseph, his project manager a number of times to inspect and address and issues to his staff. So happy to have a company do a great job. Today we all know we are lucky to find a great company then relax knowing the project is going as planned. I will be doing the interior of my home next. I would not use them again, they did not finish the job that was quoted, did not clean the mess up afterward, had to come back for many areas that were not finished, did not rehang curtains as promised, did not put outlet covers back on and took two weeks over what was quoted! read more

We have a manufactured home and the ceiling cracked where the two halves come together. Since the haves were nailed together, the wood swells and unswells depending on how hot and cold it is outside. I explained this to their rep, and he said the joint just needs to be taped and the damaged area retextured. Plus we had some settling cracks and the whole house painted. Two weeks after the job was done, the ceiling cracked again. I called the company and they said your home is defective, we aren't repairing anything until you fix your house. Our home is a 2016. We've owned it since new. We just had a company named Under Home Armor just check the complete supporting of the home, it past. So, this company, Premier Painting, screwed us for the repairs part of our bill, $1900! They did call me back, after I posted this same review on Facebook, and since they couldn't help repair my ceiling, they refunded me $500 plus I had to remove my review on Facebook. My wife and I were told they would fix the ceiling, their rep said they would, his manager said he misunderstood what we needed. I told him how the company who put the house together tried to cover it up/ fix it, he didn't misunderstand. Please don't use this company! read more
