I called the No Streaking office number, which I think is just an answering service, and while the person I spoke to was comfortable scheduling the window cleaning, she couldn't answer any questions about the pressure washing. She did convey my wants to the Owner though, and then left me a voice message trying to clarify. Because it was frustrating to deal with communicating like this (indirectly) I waited a few weeks, then decided to go ahead and book it. The Owner then got in contact with me directly, which made the process much easier. The two guys showed up on time, and the right day, and got right to work. They did a great job! Very thorough, very detailed, and they both were friendly and courteous. Our building and windows were brand new clean looking when they were done.
