They say that unit there is very poor conditions and need to be replaced, not even worth to do service. One year after , they did a "service" I send there my guy , who send me a bunch of pictures , that it all dirty ...basically, they did nothing. And I pay for service again , make it clean, make sure it working . It seams that they only want to sell new units. 4 years later the AC units are still working, so how bad are the units in reality when they are still working 4 years later.

Trevor is a nice guy who recently took over as PM and I understand he's in a crazy situation, but why not prioritize the families who have been waiting? Iv had so many meaningless setbacks and lack of communication in this process, and I still can't get an update on when they will come out my floors in. Every deadline they give me gets pushed back. The office literally didn't know what they were charging me for when they called and collected payments. We've had concrete floors for months and my wife who is highly allergic to dust is losing her mind. I will update this review if they can get their crap together and finish us up this week. A call from the owner or president would go a LONG WAY. Iv been very patient but I have hit my limit. Do better.

I had another company (which shall go nameless) come in to correct the resulting mold issue. Many months later I still smelled mold. Having the luck to find Paul Davis Restoration in Sarasota has made me feel that, at long, last, the problem is now solved!! I can't say enough good things about the people working for this company. They are top notch in every way!! I am one who rarely writes reviews. I just don't have time. This company deserved the few minutes it took me to write this, for sure.

A few days later Luis came out to write an estimate and send to our Insurance. We had 2 major hurricanes (Debby and Milton) come through during this process. Luckily, our home wasn't affected by them but MANY near us were. Insurance was a little slow on getting the claim approved due to the hurricanes. Once it was approved, Paul Davis was swamped with work due to emergency needs on the islands near us. Once work could resume for non emergency needs Luis and his team (Rey) were out here and ready to begin work. Rey was the contractor on site and he was nothing short of amazing. He was on time (even early),efficient, clean, kind and his work was great. We had a unique situation that we needed a plumber to come out to take off the water heater and reinstall so Rey could get to the damaged area. They replaced drywall, insulation, baseboards, and painted. Everything was done perfectly. I cannot say enough good things about Luis and his team. They are perfectionists and it shows in their work. My motto is always you get what you pay for and they were worth every penny and the wait. HIGHLY recommend Luis and his knowledgeable, skillful crew ( Rey)! Thanks so much for helping us and communicating with us when things got slowed down due to an act of God. We will use you and your crew again and again when we have a need.

I would definitely recommend them their hard-working. They get the job done and they are Reliable.read more

I couldn't get a price, a quick appointment or even calls back. The floor in my bathroom was warm, so I knew something was up. I just happened to be at a charity golf tournament the next day and one of the holes was sponsored by H2o Detections Inc. I immediately tracked the business owner down and told Jason my story. He listened, gave me a price range based on what I told him, and came over that night. He had a bunch of listening equipment and pinpointed the problem. He even gave me tips on my what to do if I got a huge water bill. Jason got a call from someone in Venice and in Orlando while he was at my house. I asked where he services and he said he even goes all over Tampa Bay and even to the East Coast. I have to say I'm glad I went with the guy doing this for 13+ years that has some work ethic. I'm done with these large companies that treat you like they are doing you a big favor and charge you $$$. The plumbers that came over said he was right on the money and showed me the leak right where he marked. This saved me money all around. I hope this never happens to me again but if it does I know who to call.
