They had a crew there within an hour and stayed cleaning up until after 10:00 PM. Came back early the next day to complete the clean up. Because I was remote, the called and texted me with updates several times letting me know about the cleanup project. I highly recommend United. First of all, we informed this company we would be staying away from our home while the mold repairs were being done, so we wouldnt be there to observe what they were doing as they were doing it. The first time we came back to our home, it was made clear they were not the most professional or clean of companies, as they had not only broken our ac, but also broke a pipe in a secondary bathroom after removing the toilet, for some reason, they left the toilet in our living room and somehow managed to splash toilet water all over our living room tv. they used our toilet (the working one) after informed not to and peed all over the seat, so bad ewe had to buy a new toilet seat. more problems arise as seen in the pictures the more times we went back to our house and as for the ac, they gave us the run around and did not even answer the phone a few times! they finally fixed it later on but refused to pay for it untill we made a claim on the bbb website that they told us to take down. overall, i feel at least most of these 5 star reviews are fake because there is no way a company can act perfectly normal in one place, and then unleash like wild monkeys on another. this company is an obvious rip off, do NOT work with them!

They have honored my price each year as well. The pressure washing is spot on and makes a huge difference. They also have cleaned out my gutters when needed and make sure it is cleaned to the bottom (see pictures) and not just spraying some leaves out.
