During construction Len's Roofing stored roofing materials/debris on my neighbor's law overnight. Pictures attached. During construction, the owner Lenworth Dacas stopped by while I was in a work from home meeting. I told Lenworth I was in a meeting and unable to talk with him. Lenworth then proceeded to bang on the front door with a metal flashlight. This damaged the metal and paint on the door. Police were called, Lenworth Dacas had remained on my property and was trespassed by the police department. Received an estimate for the door repair for the damage Lenworth Dacas caused. Lenworth would not pay the full amount to repair the damage. I took Lenworth Dacas to small claims court (Case Number 2024SC407) and Lenworth Dacas received a court order to pay for the full price door repair. Keeping this review objective, I would avoid hiring this company and working with Lenworth Dacas.
