Avoid this company. Greyhawk installed a hurricane door at our condo on Longboat Key & left us with a door that wouldn't lock properly & a visible gap at the top where daylight shines thru. They eventually fixed the locking issue but the gap has been a nightmare to deal with. Ignored emails & phone calls & then finally a service call. They suggested a drinking straw inside the weatherstripping to solve the problem. More emails & calls & eventually another service call to install heavier weatherstripping. They did not use a heavier product, but simply installed the same weatherstripping moving outwards slightly, leaving a bigger gap & more light shining thru. Poor installation, ignored emails, ineffective service visits & still no resolution. If Greyhawk resolves this issue properly I will be happy to update this review. read more

Love Grayhawk. Todd designed our kitchen and did an awesome whole house renovation in 2017 then in 2023 replaced all of our windows with hurricane windows And automatic shutters for our lanai. Service when adjustments are needed are never a problem. This year our front door was replaced and the door and sidelight are just beautiful. The paint job is exquisite!! Thank you ! read more

Terrible business. Find another company if you need new windows It's been a month and still have not finished my small condo. Broke the stucco on all windows and now they want me to pay for the lift and stucco repair. They told me a lift may be necessary to install, not after to fix the damage that was caused by them. I should have gone with Sun Window and Doors. They too did work for me. Tried to save a little, ended up paying about the same and got aggravation on top of it. read more

Windows & Sliding Doors - Still living with the mistakes they made. When problems arise, this company ignores. We had a large job done by this company. The worst of our issues with them - they sawed into the Lintil in our house frame in order to install the wrong sized door. They had ordered the wrong size and butchered our house to 'make it fit'. They did this without asking our permission or written approval. Now this is a problem in our house we have to live with the rest of our lives. One of the sliding doors they installed has never been water tight. Repeated requests for them to fix it have been ignored. No return phone calls. We finally paid to have a reputable company in the area fix their errors. This company runs fast when you have problems. read more

Grayhawk did a renovation for me in 2014 which included slider to patio, a very large 4 panel window, flooring and drywall all on the 4th floor. Grayhawk team was professional, worked with a difficult logistical situation, and got the job done on time. After Irma I had a leak Grayhawk responded quickly, evaluated and was back to take care of it and make it good as new. I also had a ceiling leak and they fixed that too so I didn't have to call in another company. I would recommend them to everybody. read more

Incredible job! They installed windows in my entire home in just two days and did a fantastic job. The crew cleaned up after each window and were very courteous. I have worked in the construction business in the past and I recognize quality craftsmanship when I see it. We were very happy with the work and the price. It's been almost 2 years now since Grayhawk installed our new windows and I haven't had a single problem with them.
