This company is the worst one I have ever had. They work only 2 days a week 4 hours a day. All their employees don't know what to do... their schedule is huge lie. Never answer the phone. Never on time. We lost so much stuff after they finish. Just they finish as dump and go. Please don't hire them ever . You will feel dying to deal with them. Huge liar people. I've worked as a corporate engineer for 30 years and NEVER worked with a company this bad in my life. I've worked with fortune 500 companies to one man working out of the back of his car and none were as bad as their project manager Richard Diaz. He lied to me with every breath out of his mouth and made a 2 day roofing project take 4 weeks to complete and it still isn't complete. Now I have asphalt primer on my concrete driveway. A two year old kid could have done a better job than Mr. Diaz did for me. The best part is when he knew he screwed up, he wouldn't answer his phone (which was most of the time) and then he would come up with excuses like "It was my daughters birthday". Really??? I've spoke to others at the company but everyone pointed me back to Mr. Diaz. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! It's not worth the headache. read more

I am renter and my landlord hired the Rapid Response Team to fix a pin whole leak in the water pipe above the laundry room. The leak was very minimal and only destroyed the ceiling in the laundry room. I unfortunately had a stroke just a few days before the leak and was in the hospital when this was discovered. My lingering disability is left side blindness and partial paralysis. The water to the unit was immediately turned off and the landlord was contacted when this was discovered. During the time I was in the hospital the RRT convinced my landlord that the entire kitchen needed to be replace; keep in mind the water went downstairs in the laundry room. (water doesn't normally flow up hill) This took over 3 months to complete. I was back home in 8 weeks with no kitchen and a floor that had been ripped up. This means there were nails sticking up from where the wood floors were removed and grout was left where they ripped up the tile; the house was complete mess. Now realize there are cardboard boxes strewn about the floor, appliances are scattered about the room and it is filthy. So now I have no way to eat or fix food, I can't drive and the place is a mess. The workers would literally come to the house and complete one thing and then leave. For example, they would take the blinds off the window and leave. Come back the next day and paint the wall and then leave. When the cabinets finally came in, they set the cabinets down but did not attach them to the walls/floor. Next day the counter tops were just set on top. A few days later the sink was placed in counter (the water was not hooked up nor were the drains.) This went on and on until my friend finally was able to confront them. At that point they stated they don't know anyone was living there. (Really??) It took another few weeks for them to complete the tasks that quite frankly didn't need to be done in the first place. On a final note, the workers also went through my personal items. For example, the shower curtains were moved, drawers were left open and doors to other bedrooms were left open. I would not recommend this company at all! read more

Here's how it works.. if you have Peoples Trust. Rapid Response is the vendor that Peoples Trust partners with to complete disaster recovery claims. In our case, water pipe burst. They were very quick to respond and came out with giant fans and tore up all of the laminate flooring that was beginning to stink. They then sent out a person who wrote up everything they needed to fix. She made it sound like we need everything..new in the bathroom and kitchen as well as flooring throughout the home. Then the next guy comes out and says you have to PAY your deductible up front and they can finance it if you don't have the funds. So instead of deducting the money from the claim you end up on a payment plan. Then he comes through on the phone with his boss and starts nixing all of the work the previous person said you would get, stating it is not necessary. So you THINK you are paying your deductible and rationalizing that its a good deal (where else are you going to get a remodel for $2500). But you don't end up with a remodel... you end up with the very minimum they can get away with and everything else is an upgrade they will gladly do...for extra $$$ on top of your $2500. They warrantee the work for 3 yrs....but good luck getting scheduled for warrantee work. The are TOOOO busy scamming other folks to fit you in. Literally I was told when they get a little free time then they would do the warrantee work. read more
