I contacted them for a dryout after noticing a water heater leak, they came out the next day with the equipment which was prompt enough. I had extensive water damage and decided to go with them for repair. They immediately tore out the kitchen and bathroom walls and failed mold remediation tests 3 times before they could put the walls back up more than 1 month later. Technicians would give me a time and date that they were coming and then never show up or call--this happened at LEAST 3 times. They charged $2,000+ to put in 5ft of drywall and a vanity in my bathroom, not including cost of vanity and fixtures. The kitchen was never completed by them. I contacted a smaller company that completed the work in literally 3 days total when Diamond left me without a kitchen for 2 months while they stalled and couldn't pass inspections. Luckily, they never did deliver the contracts for me to sign that are supposed to be completed before work begins. Would never recommend these people for anything residential and will talk poorly about them at any opportunity and on every rating site.
