Our previous remediation company had cross-contaminated our entire home to the point that our independent inspectors instructed us to vacate the premises. As a result, we were out of our home for almost four months. Our animals had to be boarded at a nearby kennel/spa. We live near Jacksonville, Florida, and I tried desperately to find another remediation company willing to take on the corrective work. No one would touch it. By that point, we had been displaced for months, and we needed a company we could trust. Josh came highly recommended by our mold inspection company, a nationally respected firm. I couldn't be happier that I followed their recommendation. Josh and his team took on the enormous task of correcting the remaining contamination, working through our home in stages. But what impressed me most was that Josh understood this wasn't simply a remediation project. It was our home, and we desperately needed to get back into it. He actually asked whether there was a portion of the house he could prioritize so that we could return while he continued working on the rest. His question was essentially, "How can I help?" The technician showed up on time, and when back up was required the senior support manager came within 20 minutes. The plumber we originally called (different company) took 2 days and 4 visits to "incomplete" the job. Roto Rooter got the job done in one service call and stayed until the job was done correctly. The parts that needed to be replaced cost $25. I gladly accepted his price and he got the job done in 30 minutes.
