They quickly responded to our call and took ownership of the entire project, including dealing with the insurance company, as their sign says, from "Start to Finish." Out onsite main men were John & Anthony Cali. They always took the time to explain anything in layman terms that we needed to understand. These people are hard working and excellent at what they do, because they are passionate at getting the job done right, it is apparent. I might add, this includes owner Kathy Cali. She is Start to Finish's Secret Weopon. She is tiny, but intentensely awesome! Kathy may be the voice on the phone taking your first call, or dealing with insurance companies. She definitely is a client advocate, dealing with the hassles so headaches don't happen. Thank all again for a job well done, and to all other workers not mentioned by name. *Also, to our favorite workman, Anthony? Do you have stock in Colgate? Wow, Great Smile, man

To make a long story short, Go Time was tremendous. His estimate was on-spot, no hidden charges, and his work crew tremendous: the condo was cleaner when we returned than when we left. I dont normally write reviews, but since i have had such a bad experience with this company, i just…read morehad to. First of all, we informed this company we would be staying away from our home while the mold repairs were being done, so we wouldnt be there to observe what they were doing as they were doing it. The first time we came back to our home, it was made clear they were not the most professional or clean of companies, as they had not only broken our ac, but also broke a pipe in a secondary bathroom after removing the toilet, for some reason, they left the toilet in our living room and somehow managed to splash toilet water all over our living room tv. they used our toilet (the working one) after informed not to and peed all over the seat, so bad ewe had to buy a new toilet seat. more problems arise as seen in the pictures the more times we went back to our house and as for the ac, they gave us the run around and did not even answer the phone a few times! they finally fixed it later on but refused to pay for it untill we made a claim on the bbb website that they told us to take down. overall, i feel at least most of these 5 star reviews are fake because there is no way a company can act perfectly normal in one place, and then unleash like wild monkeys on another. this company is an obvious rip off, do NOT work with them!

I spoke to the owner of the business to discuss my review. It is true that I never executed a…read morecontract with JA Edwards, so I do not know the quality of their roof. My concern was their door-to-door marketing. As I said before, a representative came to my door and asked me if I would be interested in a roof inspection. The reason was that there was a recent windstorm (and she showed me a past weather report for my neighborhood showing a wind speed greater than 55 mph., which is the definition of a wind storm). She explained that if the roof had been damaged by a hurricane, there would be a large deductible, but if the roof is damaged by a wind storm, the deductible is much smaller. I was initially curious, and allowed her to go up on the roof. She brought back photos that she said confirmed damage. She said that her roofing company would handle all the correspondence with my insurance company, and that I would get a replacement for my 12-year old roof. I said I would think about it. I asked two other roof compainies for an inspection, and both of them said that there was no evidence that the roof needed to be replaced. One company said that the lowest six lines of shingles adjacent to the flat roof over the lanai could be replaced for loss of many of the roofing granules from foot traffic. Based on this, I decided to not replace the roof. The thought of a new roof with only a low deductible payment is might initially be attractive, but the insurance company will likely get their money back in the long run by raising my rate for making a claim. Further, it seems unethical to me. I will raise my rating from 1star to 2 star to acknowledge that the owner called me to explain things from his point of view. However, I would advise persons to be cautious of this door-to-door windstorm pitch.
