FIVE STARS ISN'T ENOUGH! Two weeks ago, I hired a company that had been recommended to me to expand…read moreand replace my driveway with concrete. The project was supposed to take two days from start to finish, with all permits properly pulled. I paid a large deposit, and work began. TEN days later, I was left without a driveway, a partially excavated mess, a front porch with destroyed tile, a permit that still hadn't been approved, and an incredibly stressful situation on my hands. I reached out to several companies to get quotes for finishing the job and repairing the damage. From the moment Joanna answered her phone at 7:30 a.m., I had a feeling her company was going to be the right choice. Interestingly, before meeting with Joanna, another concrete company actually "warned" me about working with her. They criticized her work and her experience. Thankfully, I didn't listen. Instead, I did my own research. I found that Core Built had literally ZERO negative reviews, while the owner of the company warning me about her had been sued by customers (public record) at least four times in just ONE county. My gut feeling and my research about Core Built proved to be right. I ultimately decided to have Core Built install a paver driveway, something I honestly didn't think I could afford. I signed the contract on Thursday night. By Friday, Joanna had successfully gotten the city to void the prior contractor's unapproved permit application and had a new permit pulled for the job. On Saturday, Joe showed up with their crew and began excavating and prepping the property. On Monday, they installed the ENTIRE 1,300-square-foot paver driveway. I've worked with a lot of contractors over the years, and it seems like something always comes up short. I can honestly say that Joanna, Joe, and the entire team at Core Built Solutions wowed me from beginning to end. Whenever I had a question or made a last-minute request, their response was always, "We want you to be happy!" Their crew up showed up on-time each day, and worked non-stop. Happy is an understatement. My new driveway made my home look INCREDIBLE! This company turned my nightmare into a situation where I pull up to my house and actually smile because of how amazing the driveway looks. It has now been 7-days since I offiicially hired them, and I think of Joanna and Joe as "two friends who came to save the day", because that is truly what they did. If you're on the fence about hiring Core Built Solutions, I'm telling you: don't be. HIRE THEM. You won't regret it. Don't hire them, and I promise you'll wish you had. Words can't truly express how happy I am with their work. I'm already planning their next project...overhauling my backyard. I won't even consider another company.

Settled on a lease and when I went to inspect, the person handling the negotiation for the owner…read moredropped the ball. The office space was previously occupied by a clothing printing company. In short, these previous tenants trashed this lease space with ink and other chemical-based stains. I thought to myself...there is no way in heck this tile, nor the bathrooms could be fixed without a total gut of the premises. When I brought this to the attention of the owner, he asked me if I knew anyone capable of addressing something of this magnitude as his goto cleaning company wouldn't take the job. I told the owner...Spot On was the company to call. Within 24-hours Spot On was there to do a walk thru on Friday afternoon and provided the owner a very reasonable (to me) estmate...and promised to complete the job over a holiday weekend. So it would be ready on Tuesday. When I arrived to inspect, I was amazed that they were able to deep clean years if ink stains and gunk....The tile looked brand new. The bathrooms were fit for the most critical critic...I honestly thought the bathroom fixtures were going to be replaced...but Spot On worked miracles. So much in fact, the owner of the office complex told me that he found a new cleaning company for all his properties. WTG Spot On. These guys do a great job for a great price. So much in fact, I have scheduled them to detail my yacht. Anyone reading this review and looking for an all around cleaning service that is very reasonable, professional and prompt should look no further. Give them a call...you won't be disappointed.
