I spoke with Jim, the owner, and he offered suggestions on possible repairs I could do myself but none worked. He had a serviceman at my house the following day. I needed a new main circuit board and a new exit loop. I specifically requested a hardwired, rather than wireless, exit loop. After almost 2 weeks of waiting with NO calls from the business regarding reasons for delay, they showed up to do the repairs. The circuit board was quickly replaced. Despite my request for a hardwired exit loop, they installed a wireless loop. Jim said the hardwired loops are not UL approved (go figure!). It did not work and was removed and a hardwired loop was installed as per my original request. Cost: $1,295 for the circuit board (Cost of board on web approx. $600), $1,295 for the exit loop (cost of hardwired exit loop approx. $200). Jim was argumentative, poorly communicative (actively avoided phone calls with me), and blaming the world for his poor customer service ("I can't find anyone that wants to work" or "I train them then they leave to start their own business"). All in all, a horrible experience with Jim and his company.
