My main concern was dust, as the house had sat for some time, and I made that clear when booking. Elissa and another cleaner were on-site for several hours. At completion I was told over the phone that every top surface had been wiped (door frames, shelving, ledges, etc.) and that if I saw anything missed, she'd be back in the area later that week. Based on trust and their prior work, I opted not to do a walkthrough -- a mistake I won't make again. When we returned just a few hours later, the house did not look, smell, or feel like it had been freshly cleaned. The floors felt gritty, and there was no "just cleaned" smell at all. We tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but as the night went on, we kept noticing obvious areas -- door jambs, hinges, ledges, and slider rails -- still covered in thick layers of dust and dirt. Instead of moving in, we spent all of Sunday and Monday scrubbing and cleaning everything ourselves. The exact thing we paid nearly $400 to avoid. When I reached out with photos, the initial response seemed promising, but quickly turned dismissive. Moe's first reply to my photos was: "I will reconcile the situation immediately and get back with you shortly." That never happened. After four days and two follow-ups, I was told: "You're not our only priority... your impatience has caused you to think there has been a lack of communication." When I asked for a refund (in response to being asked what I expected), I was told: "I can guarantee you that you won't receive a full refund since there were hours of labor spent at your home." Hours of labor? My timestamped photos prove otherwise. And when I pointed out that taking money for a job never done is theft of service, the conversation was shut down with: "Now you're making false accusations and that's where I'll end the conversation." A full week later from the initial conversation and there is still no resolution- No refund. No accountability. Just deflection. This wasn't just disappointing, it was infuriating. The service I paid for was not adequately delivered, the communication was unprofessional, and the attitude was downright disrespectful. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do yourself a favor and hire literally anyone else.

No, I did not say this, because we were out of town. I only saw photos that you sent of the job. I expressed that I was concerned that I could still see large dark areas in the driveway, but it assured me that if was just because that some areas were still wet, and that's why it looked dark. I paid you regardless, because you didn't want to wait the 6 hours until we got home to see it. I'm not really sure why you would make up conversations we never had, but I also do still have the text messages if you want to push this any further.
