After Hurricane Milton my insurance company referred me to PuroClean to put a tarp on my roof until…read moreI could get it fixed. Due to the number of houses that have been damaged my contractor was not able to get to me right away. High winds and rain made the sandbags and tarp fall off of my home. The first time it happened they came out and fixed it no issues, the second time sandbags were hanging off of my home endangering my family and my neighbors. I requested they label it as an emergency so that it could get fixed quickly and no one gets injured. I got a call back two and a half hours later stating that they were "at the movies". They refused to come out and told me I needed to go through my insurance company which would obviously take way longer than needed. They are a money hungry company that does not care about the well-being of others I will not EVER use them again I will be telling others about my experience as well.

We had some minor water damage that we were afraid could lead to mold/drywall issues if we didn't get it checked out. PuroClean was friendly, fast and efficient. They came out within 24 hours of us reaching out and took the time to thoroughly check the area and explain what they were doing along the way. Thankfully, we got good news and didn't have as much damage as we suspected. If I ever have any future issue with water, fire, etc. I will not hesitate to reach out to PuroClean and the team. Anyone who's experienced similar issues knows doing these kinds of project can be stressful, so working with a solid company is critical. I am beyond impressed.

My planner David & coordinator Erica, after I made selection for new cabinets. They put the different teams in motion, Redd & Randle were the mitigation, Leo & Oli were the installers, Plumbing was done by Chris & Charles. we also had dry wall & painting done. When the teams would over lap each other they all worked well together. There was some ups & downs but we worked threw them . I would (& have recommend)use them again if needed. Donna H. 7/18/2024

We are extremely disappointed with the quality of the work and, quite frankly, the level of…read moreworkmanship we received, particularly given what we believed we were paying for. Our original water lines were run underneath the house and through the concrete. During the initial work, you helped us identify several locations where those lines were already leaking. Given the age of the existing plumbing, we understood that it was likely only a matter of time before additional sections failed. For that reason, we decided to proactively replace the lines with PEX tubing and reroute them through the ceiling. Once that work was completed, we were quoted what we considered an excessive amount to restore everything to its previous condition. We therefore decided to handle the restoration work ourselves. What we do not understand, however, is why the old water lines were left protruding from the wall rather than being cut flush. Leaving the pipes sticking out creates additional difficulty when finishing the drywall and reinstalling the vanity. This seems like a basic detail that should have been addressed as part of completing the plumbing work. We also discovered that the valve installed at the end of the new water line is leaking. We did not realize this initially because the line was already connected to a faucet. Obviously, we are now going to have to contact them to have the leaking valve addressed. When we do, we will also ask that the old water lines that were left protruding from the wall be cut back and capped appropriately. However, I have to express our significant disappointment that these issues were left behind in the first place. We chose to have this work professionally completed because we expected a certain level of quality, attention to detail, and finished workmanship. Unfortunately, the condition in which the job was left does not reflect the level of quality we believed we were paying for. We would appreciate an explanation as to why the old lines were not cut flush and capped and why the leaking valve was not identified before the job was considered complete. We also expect these issues to be corrected properly and without additional cost to us. The master bath is also a huge debacle. The placement of the toilet stub out was not discussed prior to their work. The way they did it makes it impossible to put the vanity back where it was. We cannot destroy the vanity to get it around the tubing. They should've ran the tubing behind the wall and then brought the water out by the toilet, which they did not do. They left the holes in the wall and some other places, but by bringing the line through the side of the ball partition we can't put the vanity back correctly. It was very shotty work. I really wish they would've given us the entire estimate at one time and not given us the second estimate after the first part of the work was complete. My father is 75 years old and elderly, I really feel they took advantage of him on this job. Unfortunately, I live out of town and only just came down because of the issues he's having with them. Hopefully this gets squared away quickly and without any additional issues. I might think twice if I was somebody else considering using them at this point. Running new lines was in excess of $10,000 and then after that they gave us another $6000 bid to put the drywall back up where they left the holes!!! Seriously- 6k? $75 worth of materials. The insurance capped it at 10k.
