The tile size wouldn't have lined up perfectly so Rodrigo suggested transitions and he made them seamless and fit perfectly. Where we didn't need them, he lined things up exactly. He finished the job early, was there every day working, not only that, but him and his team were beyond trustworthy, we just gave them the code to the house since we weren't living in it yet and let them work. And they worked, they cleaned, the did an amazing job......and they were fairly, competitively priced (I'd have paid more for the quality of work they did.) When we change the bathroom, there's no question who we call for this job. 5 stars isn't enough. Do not even bother looking at other companies, hire RK Tile and if they're busy, wait for them. Cannot give them enough credit for the spectacular job and professionalism.

I wrote the first review of BBCS without having sufficient exposure to them and the quality of…read moreservices they provide. In view of that, I will be removing my first effort at reviewing them. I was 100% wrong about the quality of service and the value of their services. First, I explained to them what I want in a service such as theirs. The first experience went well...the manager of our high-rise condo building called them because I had a very important appointment with a real estate agent who was taking prospective buyers to look at our place. These condos are very high end and they must be shown in their best light. The service was responsive -- and pleasant -- and they did help in a timely fashion. I told the owner I would probably call on a last minute basis for similar urgent requirements. She nodded and indicated she understood and would do her best to meet my (our) needs. Well, the next time came and there was a bit of grumbling from her about how busy they were with other clients and how difficult it would be to fit me in. So, now that I have had time to reflect on how it all went, I must say every single visit was not all that wonderful. The individual cleaners were very pleasant and did a good job, but the irritation is with the owner and her daughter. They are very tough with clients and ended up submitting their resignation, saying I was (in essence) too demanding and they could not work with me. So...I did the best I could. I AM demanding and I am entitled to be just that way given the rates that are charged. For "cleaning," the price is okay and the level of service was acceptable. When I broached the topic of doing laundry in the future (not much more than folding sheets and putting them away, plus moving wet sheets from the washer to the dryer), it was as if I were asking for the world! That type of service took me up to the next level of service they offer, which is "housekeeping!" I think if I had known up front that they operate that way I would have steered clear of them. Now that they and I have parted ways, I feel a tremendous sense of relief. I do not need that type of treatment from a cleaning service. I alerted the building manager to the problems I had in working with BBCS and he was interested to learn of my concerns. He followed up with me regarding quality, value, and service(s) requested. You can be sure I did tell him everything. I hope he keeps an eye on them because who knows who will be snared in their web in the future...it is not his fault that I found myself in that predicament, but I would never, ever hire this team again. We did sell the condo and we will not return to St. Pete again as things stand but, given the need, this company would never be hired by me again. That is too bad because once I love a subcontractor everyone who is interested will be told of all the wonderful features of working with them. Once, though, they let me down (rudely!), no one will hear a positive review from ME -- maybe from others, but not me, for sure!

Tim was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I had traffic areas cleaned of a very worn carpet cleaned.Tim did an amazing job, I didn't think the carpet could look that good. I pointed out to Carlos that this was dirt and that I know it will come up and to make sure he gets this area clean. The dirt areas showed up the next day. I had specifically told Carlos that I wanted to make sure this didn't happen. I ended up using Dawn diluted with water and cleaned it myself! I paid for service that was not Quality. Before he came, I called the company to make sure they would be here at 10 o'clock, which was the time Carlos set up with me on the phone, Carlos said , that he would never say 10 o'clock. He would say 10 to 12. I had a at 11:30. I would not have set up an appointment between 10 and 12 for carpet cleaning. Ironically I have a text message from Quality counts saying my appointment was at 10 o'clock. I had explained all of this to prior but it did not matter. He agreed, to come after 12:30. I called their office around three to see if they were still coming. He said, he was still coming but he would call 30 minutes prior. He didn't call prior, but he did come. I hope they will use this information to improve their cleaning service And to be more understanding to their customers.
