Unfortunately, our experience with this cleaning company was extremely disappointing. I would give zero stars if I could.
Our cleaner was very sweet, but for a move-out deep clean, having one person handle the entire home was the first red flag. Unfortunately, we didn't realize just how much had been left undone until we arrived to inspect the house.
For the price we paid, we expected a detailed, professional move-out cleaning. Instead, the cleaning was extremely mediocre. The shower was not properly cleaned, the glass was still dirty, the mirrors were not cleaned, the toilets were not properly cleaned, the microwave and stove were not cleaned, the floors were barely cleaned, and the doors were not cleaned.
We brought these issues to the cleaner's attention and pointed out the areas that still needed attention. I understand that she may have been frustrated, especially if she was relatively new, but ultimately, we paid $300 for a move-out cleaning and expected the home to actually be cleaned to a professional standard.
Perhaps the company should be sending 2-3 cleaners for a move-out service rather than expecting one person to complete an entire home to the level customers are paying for.
What happened afterward was even more disappointing.
My husband contacted the owner, who directed us to his fiancée, Theresa. While Theresa was speaking with the cleaner on the phone, she apparently did not realize my husband could hear her. She said, "Oh, he's just a douche bag. Just smile."
Excuse me? That is an absolutely unacceptable way to speak about a paying customer, especially when the customer is simply pointing out work that was not completed properly.
When we later spoke with Rich, the response was essentially, "That's just my fiancée." That is not accountability, professionalism, or customer service.
We paid $300 expecting a quality move-out clean and instead received an incomplete cleaning followed by extremely unprofessional behavior from the people running the company.
The cleaner herself was kind, but the overall experience from the quality of the service to the way our concerns were handled, was unacceptable.
$300 should buy you a professional move-out cleaning, not a mediocre clean and disrespectful name-calling.
