WARNING -- My Experience With FG7 Cleaning LLC Tampa…read more I'm sharing my experience to help other landlords & property owners make an informed decision before hiring FG7 Cleaning LLC. I hired FG7 Cleaning LLC to perform a move-out cleaning at my rental property. Unfortunately, I was unable to personally inspect the property immediately after the cleaning was completed. I was sent photos of the finished job, & based on those photos, I believed the property had been properly cleaned & was ready for my tenant. 3 days later, my tenant moved in & contacted me about the condition of the property. She sent me photos showing that the home had not been cleaned to the standard I expected from a professional move-out cleaning. I will include those photos with this review so others can see the condition for themselves. EDIT* FG7 Cleaning LLC did offer to come back & make things right but their guaranteed time period was for only 48 hours & that time had passed since my tenant didn't move in till a day after that time. A $25 credit was offered but the offer wasnt agreeable to the condition the home was left in. FG7 had such a late response to my complaint & concerns, my tenant had already moved in & understandably, could not wait & chose to hire another company to properly clean the property. Additionally she did not want to deal with this same company. My biggest takeaway: Do not rely solely on the photos provided by the cleaners. Personally inspect the property before considering the job complete. Unfortunately I was already 500 miles away. I'm posting this review not to be unfair to the company, but to share my actual experience & warn other property owners & landlords who may be considering them for a move-out cleaning. Based on this experience, I would not use FG7 Cleaning LLC again for a move-out cleaning. Photos provided by my tenant are included below.

Top notch experience with First Class Cleaning FLA…read more Andrew was easy to work with, was patient with the many questions I had, and was prompt to reply. I asked for a pre-move in cleaning for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1700 sq ft house. I was a bit concerned when only one cleaner showed up, but Maryori was all over it and made it look easy. She finished the job in under 4 hours and the house looked great. Their attention to detail was stellar and I was extremely happy with the result. I asked for a lot to be done and I feel like their pricing was very competitive and fair. Will definitely ask them to help with another project in the near future.

If Perfection Cleaning has a more satisfied customer than me, I would like to meet them…read more Found them on Angies List and Breginia responded to my email inquiry right away. I was looking for someone to do a "move in" cleaning on a home I just purchased that had been in foreclosure. She gave me an estimate and we scheduled an appointment. When the interior painting was going to take longer than expected, Breginia was flexible and moved our previously scheduled appointment to 2 days later. Breginia & her team showed up on time and ready to work....unfortunately, the guys installing the appliances in the house did not. They were making a mess in the kitchen (including excessive dust from cutting granite), making the simultaneous cleaning pointless. Since I was moving in the next afternoon, Breginia rearranged her schedule to come back herself the next morning to finish the cleaning before I moved in. I couldn't believe that- I was SO thankful. Between the 2 days, they did an amazing job- cleaning baseboards, getting rid of all the dust, shining my new appliances, and making the bathroom sparkle. She took extra care with my hardwood floors- steaming and polishing them till they glistened. She also worked with me on price, considering the moving budget I was on. Once I get settled in my house (and recoup some money), I will be contacting Perfection Cleaning to schedule monthly visits to keep my house in tip top shape!! THANK YOU!

I hired Turn Key for a move-in deep cleaning. They were able to fit me into their weekend schedule,…read morewhich I appreciated, and since I had used them once before I trusted the job would be done well. My main concern was dust, as the house had sat for some time, and I made that clear when booking. Elissa and another cleaner were on-site for several hours. At completion I was told over the phone that every top surface had been wiped (door frames, shelving, ledges, etc.) and that if I saw anything missed, she'd be back in the area later that week. Based on trust and their prior work, I opted not to do a walkthrough -- a mistake I won't make again. When we returned just a few hours later, the house did not look, smell, or feel like it had been freshly cleaned. The floors felt gritty, and there was no "just cleaned" smell at all. We tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but as the night went on, we kept noticing obvious areas -- door jambs, hinges, ledges, and slider rails -- still covered in thick layers of dust and dirt. Instead of moving in, we spent all of Sunday and Monday scrubbing and cleaning everything ourselves. The exact thing we paid nearly $400 to avoid. When I reached out with photos, the initial response seemed promising, but quickly turned dismissive. Moe's first reply to my photos was: "I will reconcile the situation immediately and get back with you shortly." That never happened. After four days and two follow-ups, I was told: "You're not our only priority... your impatience has caused you to think there has been a lack of communication." When I asked for a refund (in response to being asked what I expected), I was told: "I can guarantee you that you won't receive a full refund since there were hours of labor spent at your home." Hours of labor? My timestamped photos prove otherwise. And when I pointed out that taking money for a job never done is theft of service, the conversation was shut down with: "Now you're making false accusations and that's where I'll end the conversation." A full week later from the initial conversation and there is still no resolution- No refund. No accountability. Just deflection. This wasn't just disappointing, it was infuriating. The service I paid for was not adequately delivered, the communication was unprofessional, and the attitude was downright disrespectful. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do yourself a favor and hire literally anyone else.
