Shine On Windows…read more Date of Work: 11/25/2023, Date of Review: 11/26/2023 Bottom Line Up Front: I've used Shine On Windows twice a year for several years and have always been very happy with the quality of their services. I would confidently recommend them for pressure washing and window cleaning. Positives: Interactions with all members of the business have always been very friendly and professional regardless whether it's been the owners (Rhiannon and Matt) or their staff. This visit was particularly positive as Juan and Eduardo were fantastic. Juan volunteered to clear off my gutter leaf guards, a process that terrifies me, lol. Work has always been done diligently and easily meets my expectations. Observations: Getting on their calendar can be very challenging; I suspect due to the demand of their services. I'll discuss cost below. General Commentary: As mentioned above, we've been using SoW twice a year (to have things looking sharp before hosting Thanksgiving and in late April after the pollen-geddon is over) for a number of years. My standard service includes pressure washing ~90 ft of vinyl fence, a 600+ sq ft deck, lots of wrap-around sidewalks and the exterior of a 1951, 1,550 sq ft home. It also includes interior and exterior washing of ~35 windows (we have a ridiculous amount of windows...). The whole process takes two works between 2.5 - 3 hours but the final product is demonstrably better than before the high pressure water gets thrown around. Even my neighbors have even commented that house just looks better after the cleaning. I've not price-shopped this service because I've been so pleased with the outcome so can't comment objectively on the relative value. I will share that my charge is about $550 before tipping (and I always tip). I believe I get a discount as a return customer, as well. I'm sure some will balk at this price but ultimately it's a personal decision. The time it would take me to achieve the same effect would far exceed 2 or 3 hours; and that's not even counting avoiding my fear of heights! In summary, I continue to be pleased with the quality service Shine On Windows provides and will continue to use them. If professional pressure washing and window cleaning is a need of yours, I highly recommend them.
