High protein, tastes great! I'm a breastfeeding mom and felt very good about this meal. So healthy and didn't even have to sacrifice flavor. These ladies know what they're doing. It was also very clean and a nice calming environment. Great family place or great for post workout treats that feel good. I got the tree hugger and the chicken pesto sandwich. Ate the sandwich too fast for a picture though.

So glad to have found this spot! They are clean, cute interior, and location wise, it is right by a breakfast place. They fresh juices, smoothies, breakfast and deli sandwiches, acai and pitaya bowls, salads and wraps! We ordered the Purple Haze and the Green Party Juice and they were both refreshing! Excellent service and great quality ingredients. While visiting Glendale during a 114 degree Saturday afternoon (a break from the prior 118 degree days before), we stumble upon this gem. Phoenix Phresh has a diverse menu selection and great options. We were pleasantly surprised with the Purple Haze juices we ordered! We will definitely be back often!

Stopped in around 2pm on a Friday. There was one other table. The ambience was just fine. There's gentle music in the background, the place was clean and inviting. I ordered at the counter. A very polite young lady helped and answered some of my questions regarding the protein powder. They offer a whey protein and a Pea protein I opted for the Bob Marley smoothie and added Chia seeds. The smoothie was very good and tasty. I particularly liked peanut butter in my açai bowl so I thought this would be a great smoothie and I was not disappointed. To the previous commenter who compared it to Nekktar, I would agree with that stance and I'm glad this is in my neighborhood. They also provide delivery service through a third-party vendor.

First time and last time going there I ordered two wraps and a bowl spent almost 50 bucks with a 3 dollar tip! The wraps are so small and not worth it! You're better off going to subway! When you leave the gym your hungry and it's not worth what you pay for what you get! I'm sure this place won't last! Service is great though! Phoenix Phresh is a small fast/casual health and calorie focused eatery in Glendale. They offer breakfast, wraps, sandwiches, salads, bowls, acaia & pitaya, smoothies, and juices. You order and pay at the counter. Someone runs out your food when it's ready. I tried the mixed berry salad. I thought it was a good sized salad. I was surprised that it's made with lunch meat that contains sodium phosphate but then again it's a big salad with lots of natural fresh fruits and only cost $10.99. It's a good salad for the price. My husband tried the el diablo bowl (brown rice, black beans, spicy chicken (lunch meat), pepper jack cheese, jalapeno, eggs, chipotle sauce. This actually tasted good but was at least half the size of my salad. My husband said that he would need to order two bowls next time. This is a very good stop for if you are calorie counting. All the calories and nutrition are available for you. The place seemed very clean and the people working there were efficient and friendly. Three stars is a positive review on Yelp and translates to A-OK

Very relaxing atmosphere on a very clean restaurant. I ordered the acai smoothie and it was very fresh and the fruit tasted wonderful no complaints. I also got the sourdough tuna which came on toasted sourdough bread with homemade tuna with lots of veggies and this was a real treat. I say that because the tuna fish really tasted great and you can taste the vegetables on top of it which give it an extra great flavor. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a healthy alternative to the fast food stuff that's out there.

Super overpriced tiny croissant breakfast sandwich

I wanted to like this place. I really did. Healthy places on the west side are hard to come by but this place just isn't it. It's super cute and clean inside and the staff was great so I had high hopes. I ordered a croissant breakfast sandwich with turkey bacon. The turkey was so overcooked that it changed color and practically disintegrated and just had an off taste, probably from being microwaved into oblivion. The eggs were nice and fluffy. But the croissant was clearly toasted on a griddle that has not been cleaned in a while. It tasted like old oil. The price was pretty outrageous, too. $13.50 for a sandwich about as big as the palm of my hand. And why no nutrition info on your menu? I would've expected that from a place like this. I don't think I'll be trying it again especially considering there's another health food eatery on the other side of the plaza that is super good.

Phoenix Phresh is a good place to stop in for a quick bite, though it's a bit lacking in organization. I stopped in for an Acai bowl and found the young man at the counter to be very pleasant. When I presented my Yelp 10% off digital coupon, he was unsure how to process it, so he asked another employee for help. The second employee was also unfamiliar and needed to call (perhaps an owner) on the phone for help. When they ended their phone call, I was told they "don't do those anymore", but they'd extend the discount one time. While the business has every right not to offer coupons, how is a Customer to know they don't accept "live" coupons with no expiration date? I recommend the management take ownership of the issue and inactivate coupons / discounts they no longer wish to extend. As for the Acai bowl, while it was a little light on granola, it was tasty and refreshing.

This is in the same lot that I grab my meal plans from and my friend Mo H. had some great things to say about it. I ordered a Caesar wrap and a large Bob Marley bowl. The wait wasn't long and the girls at the front were super friendly. The Caesar wrap had fresh hot chicken along with plenty of romaine and crunchy croutons. It was seriously so refreshing and a great lunch. The Bob Marley bowl is açaí and pitaya topped with granola, bananas, strawberry and honey. It was the most delectable refreshing treat! It was a straight dessert for me and so good! I'm already craving another. My only wish is they opened earlier and stayed open later! Lol I'll definitely be trying their breakfast in the very near future along with another Bob Marley bowl ;)

On a clean eating month with my husband and saw the sign for Phresh on our way home from work. We stopped in on off hours so there wasn't a line and we ordered right away. Menu did look very fresh. I got the Chef salad and my husband got the Power bowl and then split a Southwest wrap and it was honestly the perfect amount. The wrap was mixed together well. You know some wraps you bite into only egg, or only avocado? Not this one. I'd definitely go back to get another wrap and not share My salad was also very fresh and the ingredients all meshed well. I wasn't expecting the chipotle dressing to kick, but it did a bit for my tastebuds. My husband enjoyed his power bowl. A great place in Glendale if you are sick of greasy fried food and want to have a meal and still feel good after :)

This is my second time here, I wasn't too excited about coming again, but decided to give it another chance. We came in at 5:30pm (planning for takeout) and when we order the guy said that it would have to be for takeout, sorry. I got a Mediterranean wrap this time. I asked if I could add grilled chicken, he said yes. It was $2 extra for what was actually Boar's Head lunch meat. On top of paying extra, there was barely any. It's okay if you don't have grilled chicken, but let me know it will be lunch meat. AMy wrap also didn't have any hummus in it. The flavor however was good. Went to have lunch and figure this would be a good spot with healthy choices. Sooo disappointed in my experience. For starters there was a weird smell inside . The place is very simple . Wouldn't really mind that if the food is good. Then they had menus on the tables that had all the wrong prices. When we went to order the price on the menu said $8.99 but the girl rang up $11.99. When we showed her on the menu she said the menus haven't been updated. When asked why they still have them available for their customers , the girl told us the owner refused to change them. Sounds like a bait and switch. So we walked out. Will not be back. read more

I was at EOS fitness on 59th and Thunderbird after my workout I looked over and saw Phoenix Phresh so I feeling pretty health and I wanted something healthy and I walked in really nice place nice man you lots and lots of options and I got me an Acai bowl with Honey granola bananas pineapple and mango and I got to tell you it's pretty goddamn good the best acai bowl I've ever had I might suggest it is get up here and try this place it's yummilicious the owner and staff were really nice to so enjoy it here read more

Worth the 20 minute drive to get here. I found my new favorite place to get açaí bowls! I ordered the regular sized Phoenix Phresh bowl ($7.50) and it was so good! A refreshing variety of fruits and components that had me wanting another bowl. The blueberries were questionable but still edible. they were berry sour (aha...) Service was fine but quick. A coworker and I ordered from here. We got our ordered delivered through a delivery service. When we opened it everything looked good. We got 2 coffee crunch shakes and two different t açaí bowls. The shake was good!! Really liked the peanut butter flavor. The açaí bowls were good. Neither had the granola which is a staple for any açaí bowl. Both were supposed to come with it. And don't be fooled the blueberries they give you are only mini ones. We called to let them know there wasn't granola and the guy simply stated, oh they must have forgot. I think that is horrible customer service. No apology and not even an effort to make it right. I guess I will take my business elsewhere and will want others. read more

So thankful to have stumbled upon this rare healthy food establishment in Glendale!! The restaurant is very clean and quaint, it has a very casual vibe to it. The menu is very broad and has a lot of different options. We ordered a Bob Marley Açaí bowl and a spinach wrap, plus a bag of chips. Our total was $17.76, very cheap for the quality of food we were getting!! The only compliant I have is it did take a little while for the wrap to come out, but considering this establishment is only a month or two old, it's understandable about the wait. Especially since there was only two people working at the time. Both of us were filled up with our meals, each meal has a great portion sizing. Overall, we were very satisfied with our visit to Phoenix Fresh. And cannot WAIT to return!! read more

Holy moly! I'm totally excited I found a healthy cafe near my house! In the west valley it's typically chains everywhere. I travel to central phx just for the food, well not anymore! Everything looks amazing and fresh and homemade. I'm a nutrition nut. I like tasty nutritional food, and this is definitely one of those places. Omg heaven has met earth! The açaí bowls are straight up delicious! Super fresh, made on the spot and really inexpensive. The staff is great too! I wish they had some good keto options! Sadly with this new low carb diet I can only stare at their menu now. I stopped in here a couple times for a quick lunch while visiting someone in the hospital across the street. Both times I ordered the White Coco smoothie because it was sooo gooood. I got my orders to go but from what I can tell the setaings area was clean. The staff served me quickly but seemed like I was ruining their day by ordering something. AMAZING!! Tip ordered the breakfast quesadilla w/ jalapeños!! Ollie wrapped it w/ a Caesar wrap (next time I'm adding avocado )!! ...and to top it off... SERVICE WITH A SMILE!! Love this place!! Chef salad and mixed berry salad are my go to! Great place if you are looking for a lighter lunch. I always call ahead my order in order to avoid my wait time! The workers are super friendly. They answer any menu questions. An added bonus is that they accept Apple Pay! Definitely recommend! read more

I went here & asked if they had anything gluten free & vegetarian. The response i got was... PP-"we don't have gluten free or vegetarian" Me- "what is in your rice bowls that has gluten?" PP- "i don't know, they aren't gluten free" Me- "do you know what gluten is?" PP- "we don't have gluten free here" Me- "gluten is wheat, barley, spelt & rye." PP- "this isn't a gluten free restaurant!" She said very snarkily/aggitatedly while Bob Marley's "One Love" was playing loudly on her stereo system...maybe she should take the soundtrack she is blasting to heart & maybe go that extra mile to accommodate customers. Instead she was stubbornly steadfast in refusing to see what she could do to satisfy a customer. When restaurants go that extra mile i appreciate it & come back & recommend them to others. I would have spent about $20 or more. She didnt look like she had customers to spare to start with. If you run off 5 customers who would have spent $20 you just lost $100 plus all the recommendations from being treated well. Plus i tip about 30% when i know someone is considerate & willing to go that extra mile. Those of us with allergies/intolerances or vegetarians have networks. My suggestion: they have rice, beans, eggs & veggies...they could have made a rice bowl if she had wanted to! Bye return bussiness...bye $...bye positive word of mouth... read more

First time here! Had an Aloha Acai bowl, it was really good!!! Ingredients are great and the presentation was fun. Great location, super clean and nice, cool with A/C. The acai bowl photos drew me in to this place and they sure lived up to my expectations! We ordered the pineapple acai bowl. The fruit was so fresh and the acai was so cold (great for the hot, hot weather).
