High protein, tastes great! I'm a breastfeeding mom and felt very good about this meal. So healthy and didn't even have to sacrifice flavor. These ladies know what they're doing. It was also very clean and a nice calming environment. Great family place or great for post workout treats that feel good. I got the tree hugger and the chicken pesto sandwich. Ate the sandwich too fast for a picture though.

So glad to have found this spot! They are clean, cute interior, and location wise, it is right by a breakfast place. They fresh juices, smoothies, breakfast and deli sandwiches, acai and pitaya bowls, salads and wraps! We ordered the Purple Haze and the Green Party Juice and they were both refreshing! Excellent service and great quality ingredients. While visiting Glendale during a 114 degree Saturday afternoon (a break from the prior 118 degree days before), we stumble upon this gem. Phoenix Phresh has a diverse menu selection and great options. We were pleasantly surprised with the Purple Haze juices we ordered! We will definitely be back often!

Stopped in around 2pm on a Friday. There was one other table. The ambience was just fine. There's gentle music in the background, the place was clean and inviting. I ordered at the counter. A very polite young lady helped and answered some of my questions regarding the protein powder. They offer a whey protein and a Pea protein I opted for the Bob Marley smoothie and added Chia seeds. The smoothie was very good and tasty. I particularly liked peanut butter in my açai bowl so I thought this would be a great smoothie and I was not disappointed. To the previous commenter who compared it to Nekktar, I would agree with that stance and I'm glad this is in my neighborhood. They also provide delivery service through a third-party vendor.

First time and last time going there I ordered two wraps and a bowl spent almost 50 bucks with a 3 dollar tip! The wraps are so small and not worth it! You're better off going to subway! When you leave the gym your hungry and it's not worth what you pay for what you get! I'm sure this place won't last! Service is great though! Phoenix Phresh is a small fast/casual health and calorie focused eatery in Glendale. They offer breakfast, wraps, sandwiches, salads, bowls, acaia & pitaya, smoothies, and juices. You order and pay at the counter. Someone runs out your food when it's ready. I tried the mixed berry salad. I thought it was a good sized salad. I was surprised that it's made with lunch meat that contains sodium phosphate but then again it's a big salad with lots of natural fresh fruits and only cost $10.99. It's a good salad for the price. My husband tried the el diablo bowl (brown rice, black beans, spicy chicken (lunch meat), pepper jack cheese, jalapeno, eggs, chipotle sauce. This actually tasted good but was at least half the size of my salad. My husband said that he would need to order two bowls next time. This is a very good stop for if you are calorie counting. All the calories and nutrition are available for you. The place seemed very clean and the people working there were efficient and friendly. Three stars is a positive review on Yelp and translates to A-OK

Very relaxing atmosphere on a very clean restaurant. I ordered the acai smoothie and it was very fresh and the fruit tasted wonderful no complaints. I also got the sourdough tuna which came on toasted sourdough bread with homemade tuna with lots of veggies and this was a real treat. I say that because the tuna fish really tasted great and you can taste the vegetables on top of it which give it an extra great flavor. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a healthy alternative to the fast food stuff that's out there.

Super overpriced tiny croissant breakfast sandwich

I wanted to like this place. I really did. Healthy places on the west side are hard to come by but this place just isn't it. It's super cute and clean inside and the staff was great so I had high hopes. I ordered a croissant breakfast sandwich with turkey bacon. The turkey was so overcooked that it changed color and practically disintegrated and just had an off taste, probably from being microwaved into oblivion. The eggs were nice and fluffy. But the croissant was clearly toasted on a griddle that has not been cleaned in a while. It tasted like old oil. The price was pretty outrageous, too. $13.50 for a sandwich about as big as the palm of my hand. And why no nutrition info on your menu? I would've expected that from a place like this. I don't think I'll be trying it again especially considering there's another health food eatery on the other side of the plaza that is super good.

Phoenix Phresh is a good place to stop in for a quick bite, though it's a bit lacking in organization. I stopped in for an Acai bowl and found the young man at the counter to be very pleasant. When I presented my Yelp 10% off digital coupon, he was unsure how to process it, so he asked another employee for help. The second employee was also unfamiliar and needed to call (perhaps an owner) on the phone for help. When they ended their phone call, I was told they "don't do those anymore", but they'd extend the discount one time. While the business has every right not to offer coupons, how is a Customer to know they don't accept "live" coupons with no expiration date? I recommend the management take ownership of the issue and inactivate coupons / discounts they no longer wish to extend. As for the Acai bowl, while it was a little light on granola, it was tasty and refreshing.

This is in the same lot that I grab my meal plans from and my friend Mo H. had some great things to say about it. I ordered a Caesar wrap and a large Bob Marley bowl. The wait wasn't long and the girls at the front were super friendly. The Caesar wrap had fresh hot chicken along with plenty of romaine and crunchy croutons. It was seriously so refreshing and a great lunch. The Bob Marley bowl is açaí and pitaya topped with granola, bananas, strawberry and honey. It was the most delectable refreshing treat! It was a straight dessert for me and so good! I'm already craving another. My only wish is they opened earlier and stayed open later! Lol I'll definitely be trying their breakfast in the very near future along with another Bob Marley bowl ;)

On a clean eating month with my husband and saw the sign for Phresh on our way home from work. We stopped in on off hours so there wasn't a line and we ordered right away. Menu did look very fresh. I got the Chef salad and my husband got the Power bowl and then split a Southwest wrap and it was honestly the perfect amount. The wrap was mixed together well. You know some wraps you bite into only egg, or only avocado? Not this one. I'd definitely go back to get another wrap and not share My salad was also very fresh and the ingredients all meshed well. I wasn't expecting the chipotle dressing to kick, but it did a bit for my tastebuds. My husband enjoyed his power bowl. A great place in Glendale if you are sick of greasy fried food and want to have a meal and still feel good after :)

Phoenix Phresh my go to spot since this place opened. So happy I found this place on Yelp. I've tried everything from there mixed berry salad to there breakfast bagel sandwich to there Acai Bowls. There hasn't been one thing here I dont like. My main go to is there Quinoa Wrap and Island Breeze smoothie. I love me some Quinoa and there's is definitely one of my favorites. I've gotten to know everyone there fairly well especially Lydia one of the owners and I must say some of the nicest people very welcoming whenever I come in. Our breakfast experience wasn't terrible, but we were disappointed that we chose this over Hot Bagels. We were starving, we were the only ones in. I ordered Rob's Special and my partner ordered the Diablo Wrap, it took a good 10-15 for them to bring it out. They came out looking hot pressed but were barely warm. My partner wasn't crazy about his wrap and the flavor combination, and I always lose my appetite when I wait too long to eat lol so I wrapped my croissant sandwich up and took it home. My sandwich was your typical breakfast croissant+mayo, and I only wish our meals were warmer. read more

On a whim, came in for lunch. This place is spectacular. Gorgeous decor, clean and beautifully set up. Inviting. Tried the Chipotle Wrap and was not disappointed. Crisp fresh ingredients, served hot but ready to eat. Great flavors and not too spicy. The Island Breeze smoothie was divine. Hands down coming again. May try to make it weekly. What a great place!! They were super friendly and even gave me 10% off because it was my first time. I ordered the breakfast quesadilla and it was great! They only use boars head meats so you know it's going to be good!! They have an extensive menu of healthy choices and smoothie. I definitely want to come back and try one of the smoothies. This place is pretty good. So far, i would give it 3.5 stars. I like that it is family-operated and not a chain, the food is fresh, and i like that they use egg whites in a lot of their wraps and bowls for added protein. My only criticism at this time is that on a couple of different occasions i ordered a wrap that was missing the chicken/protein , but i have only ordered to-go, so it was too late to take it back or mention it to the staff. I tried the liquid gold juice last time and that was very tasty! I'll keep coming back and trying new things. Would like to give them a chance. West valley needs more places like this that can offer fresh juice and healthy, quick eats. read more

Such a clean and cute place. The food was delicious the first time i tried it. I had the simply good bowl and went back a couple of days later. I'm trying the power bowl next. Food was so flavorful, service is quick and the staff is so nice. Definitely my new favorite place Update: this place continues to amaze me. My friend and I decided to test this place out. I wanted to try something new and healthy and I thought this would hit the spot. I asked the workers what they recommended to eat and they both said the chicken pesto sandwich. I went on their recommendation and wasn't disappointed. My friend said she really liked this place. So, I live right up the street and I am always looking for good, healthy spots. I decided to try the Hercules wrap, and I was very disappointed. The "spicy" chicken was not spicy at all and it had a strange consistency. The spinach was okay, as was the cheese. I could only force myself to eat half of it, because I was genuinely hungry. Could not eat the other half. What a waste. The worst part is that I had the worst stomach ache about an hour after I ate the wrap. Will not order from here again. read more

I came in to try something different than what I'm used to. I never thought I would enjoy eating clean like I did at Phoenix Phresh. If you're looking for a sandwich, you have to try the "Phoenix Club". I had an "Island Breeze" to drink afterwards which was perfect for the Phoenix heat. The customer service is amazing and the design inside has a great modern look to it with comfy chairs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. read more

I worked for this company ab 2 yrs ago for ab a month before I was fired. The smoothies and sandwiches are alright but not good enough to be over priced the way they are. The owner Lydia was a nightmare but the other owner Robert was always so nice. Lydia would micromanage the hell out of everyone. She always watched us through the cameras and called the store immediately if she saw something she didn't like (like us sitting for a few minutes during major downtime while the floors dried from a mop). There was a morning she told me not to wear gloves because there wasn't enough for everyone while PREPPING FOOD. That one time I accidentally cut myself while chopping lettuce and she got mad and yelled out loud "god damn it." I took a break to the bathroom for ab 10 mins just trying to stop the bleeding because it was a real deep cut. I ended up having to go to the doctor to get it taken care of because it wouldn't stop bleeding and I still have the scar. When I came back to the kitchen she reprimanded me for taking too long but there wasn't anyone in the store anyway. She's not as nice to her employees as she is to the customers. A customer once asked what the acai was made from and I repeated what I heard her tell a customer once but she interrupted me. "Don't talk about what you don't know" is what she told me when the customer left. If there's downtime you can't stand for even 3 seconds, you must have something to do even if the store is completely spotless. I understand because it's a "restaurant" but she took everything wayyy over board. "I'm not as mean as you think I am :)" LOL read more

I love their Bob Marley açai bowl. I also love that you can add CBD to your açai bowl. I've had a couple sandwiches here during lunch and they've always been delicious. This is one more new favorite lunch spot in the neighborhood. read more

Um WOW!!! Ok I've only been twice and I've only had their juice but WOW!!! How long has this place been here!?! It's hidden for sure but should be front and center! Talk about PHRESH! Everything looks incredible and even though I've only gotten the juices, they were freakin phenomenal! Tasted like I was drinking a garden and it was delish!!!! I gotta try more for sure! read more

Delicious!! Worth the 30 minute drive from Avondale. My Dad has the Phoenix Club. He said it was one of the best club sandwiches!! I had the quinoa kale salad.. very good!! It's delicious, healthy, and fresh. It's a good place to take out healthy food or sit and eat real quick. They make everything fresh and offers gluten free choices. The place is clean, no public bathroom so not a good place to sit and work for a long time at. Something they can work on though is that the people that work there aren't so welcoming or as friendly as many places I've been to. And I've gotten smoothies there many times already when I'm in the area. They could use some smiles more often especially to their customers. I don't like rating places so low but it is what it is. Customer services is pretty important to me when I go out and spend my time and money to eat out; its for the social experience after working my ass all day, all week. read more
