It's delicious, healthy, and fresh. It's a good place to take out healthy food or sit and eat real quick. They make everything fresh and offers gluten free choices. The place is clean, no public bathroom so not a good place to sit and work for a long time at. Something they can work on though is that the people that work there aren't so welcoming or as friendly as many places I've been to. And I've gotten smoothies there many times already when I'm in the area. They could use some smiles more often especially to their customers. I don't like rating places so low but it is what it is. I worked for this company ab 2 yrs ago for ab a month before I was fired. The smoothies and sandwiches are alright but not good enough to be over priced the way they are. The owner Lydia was a nightmare but the other owner Robert was always so nice. Lydia would micromanage the hell out of everyone. She always watched us through the cameras and called the store immediately if she saw something she didn't like (like us sitting for a few minutes during major downtime while the floors dried from a mop). There was a morning she told me not to wear gloves because there wasn't enough for everyone while PREPPING FOOD. That one time I accidentally cut myself while chopping lettuce and she got mad and yelled out loud "god damn it." I took a break to the bathroom for ab 10 mins just trying to stop the bleeding because it was a real deep cut. I ended up having to go to the doctor to get it taken care of because it wouldn't stop bleeding and I still have the scar. When I came back to the kitchen she reprimanded me for taking too long but there wasn't anyone in the store anyway. She's not as nice to her employees as she is to the customers. A customer once asked what the acai was made from and I repeated what I heard her tell a customer once but she interrupted me. "Don't talk about what you don't know" is what she told me when the customer left. If there's downtime you can't stand for even 3 seconds, you must have something to do even if the store is completely spotless. I understand because it's a "restaurant" but she took everything wayyy over board. "I'm not as mean as you think I am :)" LOL read more

This place is amazing! I suggest the Phoenix Phresh Bowl, Aloha Style. It was so good and visually beautiful. The atmosphere was quite with light music playing really added to the dining experience. I have only ate here twice now but I have been very satisfied with both the açaí bowl and the black bean burger. They do not have ranch however it tasted amazing with their chipotle mayo ! They barely have vegetarian (let alone vegan) hot food. However you can get a wrap (or something else) and instead of the meat and cheese ask to put in a veggie burger (extra cost) and it's totally worth it. They also have a variety of salad's, sandwiches and some rice bowls. The day I went, I got the Diablo Wrap: Wheat Tortilla, Brown Rice, Eggs, Spicy Sliced Chicken, Chipotle Sauce, and Jalapeno's. I was only able to eat 1/2 and it was so fresh and tasty. My husband got the Bob Marley: Acai and Pitaya topped with Hemp seed Granola, Banana, Strawberry & Honey. I was able to sneak in a few bites and it was so refreshing. The girl that was behind the counter was super sweet and made everything right as you ordered it. Why a five star, last year I wanted to clean my body, so I did a little research on juice drinks. I started drink the Green Party drink, I noticed I started feels refreshed and my mind was clear, I had energy because I knew I was taking care of my body. I fall back to junk food and I felt bad, almost sickly feeling, no energy to do anything, so I started again this year drinking the juice again and I feel better already, and lost 4 pounds in two weeks, because I have energy to walk. I received it and it didnt come with the salsa that it says it does and it came with deli chicken instead of chicken breast(I'm pregnant and canT have deli meat). This is a great place to get fresh salads and smoothies. The açaí bowls are also very good. The atmosphere is welcoming and if you want to eat there they have tables and chairs. There is also a comfy sitting area. The only downfall is that there is one guy behind the counter taking orders and preparing them too. Love love this place and everyone is super nice! I've been there about a half a dozen times helped by someone different every time and they are all super helpful and accommodating. When I asked about gluten free products on two different occasions they stated they can't claim completely gluten free because some of the products are made in factories with gluten. Had a Hercules wrap recently and it was DELICIOUS! Super tasty and healthy. I wish they opened earlier because I would stop in before work for an acai bowl. We went there at a time when we couldn't tell if they were open yet or not, no signage on the door, and the windows are so tinted that it looked closed. I'm sure they will have signage on the door soon - they probably had just opened for business and haven't gotten that far yet. We were traveling and sick of fast food. Phoenix Phresh serves fresh, healthy alternatives a lot like what I would make at home. It was very tasty. The only changes I would make is to add more ice to the smoothie to increase viscosity and to use almond or soy milk instead of milk (milk is too high in sugar and offsets the healthiness of the other ingredients.) It's possible that those options were available, but I had a very distracting toddler with me. The service was ok. She rushed me to take an order even though it was my first time there and seemed impatient with us. I didn't get to read the menu very well.
